Global Tel-link / billing dispute / customer service
it is hard to get to customer service to talk to a real person and when you do no one can help you. if it is a billing problem and one has to be transferred to a sprvsr then forget it. you are disconnected, this has happened to me 3 times in one wk. i has $60 in my acct. on june 3, in july they tell me it's gone and that i owe. no one can tell me what happened to my money and i can't talk to anyone, i get cut off. gtl has screwed me out of money before and now they want to do it again. i have no choice but to use gtl and i receive only 4 calls a month at 2.60 a call. where's my $60.00. do the math!!!
