Ginny's Overbilling... Entire payment was pulled... Without my agreement or preknowledge

My name is connie strawser... My email is connie. [protected]@gmail.com... I recently ordered a carpet shampooer.. I was told my payment was 80. Oo down...25. Oo a month... Your ordering people confirmed the order... And received a email to confirm the monthly payments... Almost 300.00 was pulled from my card... This was not... What the agreement was to be... When I called the billing... I was told ginny's did not... Have to honor to agreed amount... And was rudely told they did not have to honer my payment plan... I was told the billing could take whatever they wanted... I am sorry the man in billing... Was having a bad day... I wish this matter corrected... And the original plan honored... Never have I been treated so cold and rude... I hope no. Further legal action will be needed... And poor post... Aka word of mouth can go a long way... As well has the.. Bbb... So on...

Ginny's Product/customer service

Ginnys customer service is a joke. Their products are poor quality and when you return them they deny receiving them so you are stuck with a bill anyway. Do not buy from them. They charged me for expedited shipping I didnt ask for as well
When I tried to pay for returned item just to get off credit report they refused to credit shipping.

Ginny's Hard credit inquiry and account opened without consent

A family member paid for and sent me a gift during the holidays from Ginnys.com. I later received paperwork from Ginnys.com saying I had opened an account (I did not!), and the credit bureaus reported that Ginnys.com had pulled a hard credit inquiry. None of this was done with my knowledge or authorization, and my family member never had my date of birth or social security number, they were simply sending me a gift. When I contacted Ginnys.com to ask for the account to be closed, and some way to verify it was closed, they confirmed they had no social security number on file for me, but could not give me a confirmation number of any sort to make certain the unauthorized account would be closed.

Ginny's a order I never placed but billed me for

i went to order some things today and it said i have a payment late of 80.00 that i never ordered anything today was my first time so im not gonna pay for something i never ordered i had never heard of ginnys til today my mom was telling me about it...i dont owe anything the date is 2017 i was un aware of this until today when i placed a order with ginnys .

Ginny's credit department

I have been trying to reach the credit department to speak with them regarding a problem that I've been having. Maybe this will get to them because I really need to speak with them. It is in regards to the multiple attempts of orders that I had on my account which I didn't do my daughter did which would've brought me over my limit. I apologize for that I canceled all of those orders. I now have one order in for one duffel bag for 2499 which is a Christmas gift And I would really like that on my credit. I have attempted several times to get through to the credit department and no one answers. How am I supposed to resolve this issue I can't speak to anybody regarding this issue. Please help me

Ginny's supervisor

Yesterday night around 7 pm. My wife called to inquire on my account and the gentlemen she spoke with was extremely rude and arrogant as she asked to speak to a supervisor, he arrongantly stated he was one, I myself called back about 5 minutes later to report this incident and told the supervisor I spoke with all the facts time and etc. I was then told this matter would be handled as you have recorded lines for such incidents as this and I would receive a call back either last night or today, well the call back we got was not knowing if the matter as if they were just being told again, really you work with the public learn how to act professionally and leave any problems you may have at the door before you step in to work, I demand an apology to my wife from the supervisor Daniel or can't remember it started with a D but it's recorded and the times are reported or either proof that he was repramended for his unprofessional actions and I will continue to contact whoever I have to in order to get it even if I go to my local news station, I will not let this stand because right is right and wrong is wrong and I'm a paying customer never late on my payments but I expect to be treated with the utmost respect as I do for my wife also, this is no way to get continued business and we all know that's what this is business.

Ginny's products ordering department

GINNYScatalog and customer service dept. is nothing but a fraud and a ripoff.so is MONTGMERY ward and seventh ave is a fraud and a ripoff. GINNYowes me $129.84 for MERCHADISE i paid for and never got the MERCHADISE or my $129.84 back either. i have all the receipts and money orders of the MERCHADISE i ORDERD and the receipts where i paid $129.84 for nothing. GINNYS is a crook and so is MONTGERY WARD and seventh ave. the law in WISCONSIN should make GINNY pay us all back our money she owes us or arrest her for fraud, abuse, and neglect and theft! where is the law when theives get away with theft? arrest GINNY, arrest GINNY, arresGINNY, arrest GINNYthe crook and theft. do it now law officers. Ginny's disappointed

My granddaughter gave me a gift certificate, but when I tried to use it, I was said it was already used. Alison (my granddaughter) said she bought this certificate from the website and of course she never used it. They promised to call me back later, but they never did.
5 days later I called them to ask how it was going. They said nothing was done and said they will send me an email with a neede information and further instructions.
I got nothing. I guess they just don't care, that's why they did absolutely nothing. It's horrible.

Ginny's terrible customers service

Dec 29th 2016 I order a wheel chair bag and pillow. I receive the wheelchair bag right away. But the wheelchair pillow was on back order for three different time 6 months later they call me inform me that it will not be deliver till June 17th 2017. So I try to cancel it. Call CS they gave me a really hard time stating that I could not cancel it; I would to wait till I receive it and return it. I explained that the person that it was ship to was no longer here so I would not have any way to get it or send it back she not there so it was finally cancel. So I called CS the next day to check in see did I owe a balance explained what had taken place this CSR was rude, crude to the fact the love one was no longer here and unprofessional interrupters’, she well very much not trained, do not value your customers at all. She hung up on me while I was talking asking to speak to supervisors, I call back ask to speak to supervisors she stated the she was the supervisors I explain to her what had taking place over the course of the today s she act as if she could really careless. I am beyond disappointed because I really been satisfy with all my products I have order from this company

Ginny's do not trust this store

I had a very bad experience with this store Ginny's and they gave me nothing but headache! I ordered several items from them back in November and in paid over $1000 for everything. These items were Christmas presents for my family.
My items did not arrived and they cancelled my order and my account! When I finally reached someone from Ginny's they said that there was a suspicious activity on my account so they blocked it. They promised I'll get a refund any time soon, but instead of giving my money back they charged me again! I sent a message to their customer service but did not receive a reply. Later they did something and now I can't even access their site. Do not trust this store, they stole from me and they will do the same to you!

Ginny's fake promises!

Before I made an order I checked the reviews on Ginny's website and there were only positive ones, so I thought that it was a trustworthy company and ordered a set of bowls from them. Now I understand that all the reviews were fake and that I was fooled like many other people. My set arrived on time, but two bowls were broken so I contacted them and asked for a refund. They promised to send me a return label and agreed to give my money back, but I never received the label and was not able to send the bowls back! Every time I have contacted them they kept giving me fake promises!

I received a catalog from Ginny's which said that I was pre-approved for up to 400 dollars. I placed an order and they denied me. I have decent credit. I just bought a car and have a credit card. When I asked them what happened they said everyone's credit rating is checked even though the order is supposed to pre-approved. I think that this is false advertising and just a scam.

Ginny's they charged me for the return, but didn't refund

Don’t buy from the company www.ginnys.com. Bad products, services and attitude. I bought blender from them, but the appliance was so bad that I returned it. After that they didn’t reply to my emails and didn’t provide refund. But 2 weeks later they provided the bill for the return and postage. I was shocked, but they didn’t mention about refund. The worst company, so please, warn other people and post comments about your things with them.

Ginny's poor merchandise

I have placed 3 orders with this company via the internet. I contacted them to let them know the mattress toppers I ordered after less than a month are defective. I received an email from them offering me either 25% off or the option to return the items. I replied back letting them know what I chose to do and they still haven't gotten back to me 3 months later. I also ordered a blanket from them which sheds all over my house. All you see is little brown pieces of fleece all over the place and this is after 1 week of having it. I contacted them about this situation as well and the same thing happens, I receive which appears to be an automated email from them offering me the same solution and when I reply back to them I NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. I can understand having a problem with an item from any company you order from. It's normal but to have problems with all 3 items I ordered and since March of 2014 I still do not have my issue resolved by this company is extremely disappointing. I will never order with this company again and I recommend you think twice before doing so yourself.

Now they send me another email telling me to contact them but when I hit reply to their email it won't allow me to reply to THEM, instead I ended up sending the reply to my own email address.

Ginny's credit/customer service

Never, ever use this company. I bought something out of their catalog in 2011 and it was defective. I called for a replacement and was treated rudely. Then my billing was incorrect. I contacted their credit dept. and tried to get a credit on my bill. Fast forward about 6months. They closed my account. I then paid them off (overpaid them and they had to send me a refund check.) Low and behold, I pull my credit bureau and they reported me as a charge off, even though it has been paid. I have spent endless hours with them on the phone with each rep being ruder than the next. I have written to Ginny Bean with no reply, disputed it with the credit bureaus and Ginnys still claims the info to be correct. I have complained to the FTC and WA State Attorney Generals office, and Ginnys still has not fixed. Dishonest company with rude reps. I will tell everyone I ever meet not to use this company. Shame on you Ginny Bean!

Ginny's no support or credit

They sent me catalog, I liked it, so I decided to order a vacuum cleaner and deep fryer, the total came up to $267.00. I asked them where is my credit account at so I can make payments? They said you have to talk to the credit person about that, after they sent me my deep fryer. They did not approve me like every other poor person, they are just here to waste my time, making me have to pay a whole lump sum for something that should be paid for with their "Choose and Charge" credit account. If I do not get my credit card from them, their stuff is being sent back. They are just a bunch of problems that you cannot solve. They let you order from them, but cannot establish credit for your protection on time. They are slick!

I ordered Towels and they came full of lint, which is noted when you get them but not before you place the order. It's not better after washing them numerous times. I called for a credit. I spent over $200.00 and wanted to give me less than $3.00 credit. I told them they can keep the credit. Do not but Towels from Ginnys. I will never buy Towels again from them.

I have personally never had an issue with my orders with Ginny's. They have always delivered the orders as promised, and I have not had any billing issues. As it has gotten closer to the holidays, the only issues I have ever had were items being so popular that everything was out of stock. I would recommend this company.

what really sucks is, they DONT report positive credit, which I am trying to re-establish. I wouldnt have ever bought anything from them if I knew it wasnt going to help me.

I have been a loyal customer of Ginnys since 2014. I started out with a $400 credit limit. I make my monthly pymts on time. Also let me note I have paid off 3 other online catalog creditors, and I have 5 other open online catalog accts/3 of them sister Companies to Ginnys. All of which are in great credit standing. Over a yr ago I applied for a credit increase at Ginnys/ I was denied due to 1 late pymt at a sister company 7 months prior. But the company I had the 1 late pymt had given me 3 credit increases & gave me a 5 star customer review. Apprx 6 months later I again applied for increase at Ginnys & this time I was told I am eligible for increase BUT increases are NOT AUTOMATIC!And I never had a $400 limit. Increases are given like a LOTTERY, if my name is randomly computor picked then & only then can I be considered for increase. What kind of BS is that? I called last wk & talked with a supervisor Mark & he gave me more ###..And the balance on my Ginnys account is actually the balance from HOMEATFIVE when they closed & it transferred to Ginnys. My monthly pymt is $25/ my balance was $169, and I'm making monthly pymts over the allotted payment chart.So this is how it goes>>get suckered into Ginnys, order, get used or defect products, get headaches trying to get their merchandise returned & replaced or credited, pay monthly- over what it shows in the payment schedule, and have no chance to get a credit increase! MY ADVICE TO ALL OF YOU IS RUN & RUN LIKE HELL -DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS GINNYS DRAMA RUN BY PPL WHO ARE RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, GO AROUND & AROUND THE QUESTIONS

People avoid this SCAM Company! i received a catalog from them which said i was approved for $250 credit, i tried to place an order and the lady on the phone told me everything was fine and i would receive my order on Friday which is Today! but all i did received was a leather that said i had to make a down payment for $125 dollars. I'll be suing this company for false advertisement, my credit score was 680 before i placed an order and today it went down to 650 because there is a Hard Inquiry on my CreditKarma rapport, stay away from this SCAM company! they haven't even shipped anything to me and already lowered my credit score...
