GearBestterrible experience

I found a longboard on GearBest and decided to buy it because the price was really awesome. I thought it was a great deal. They said it would be here in 7-10 business days. Well, I received nothing yet and the order was placed over a month ago. That board was a present for my brother. I gave up waiting and just bought him another board. So I emailed GearBest and asked them to cancel my order, but they never replied. I will never order anything from them again and I will tell my friends and family about what happened.
