I called GDex Alor Setar Front desk at 10.20 am and the receptionist was impatient and she keeps on saying she needed my tracking number when I am about to ask for information. She also hung off the phone before I finished talking which I assume it was rude enough. The service was good but not the front desk. I can tolerate if she was acting like that at 6 pm. But this is morning sister! You just started your work. Can't you wait while I searched for the tracking number and just answer me politely? Hopefully, you can make changes after this so that no one had the same experience with me. Thank you.
