To whom it may concern: I have been a loyal Ford customer for 32+ years and have bought all Ford products and vehicles all my life. I currently Lease a 2014 Ford F150. In April of 2016 I made a honest mistake and missed one payment not realizing I missed April 2016 payment until August 2016. Ford Credit reported the late payment to all three credit bureau causing serious damage to my credit accounts! I called Ford Credit when I Realized in August that I missed one payment in April to solve the problem. Ford Credit recommended that I do a lease extension of two months to bring the account current, which I was not happy about.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Stoughton, WII'm still paying off the ridiculous fees that I was charged for the lease extension! Ford Credit then recommended that I write a letter to the disputes department with the collections Department of the collection agency that handles the late payments, so I wrote a letter to the collection agency disputing the late payment. The collections agency ruled against me and refused to remove the late payment from my credit record! Now I am currently trying to refinance my home to make ends meet, and the late payment is still on my credit reports! Words can't tell you how angry I'am at Ford Motor Company for this kind of policy! Ford may have lost a loyal customer over one late payment and an honest mistake that I went over and above to try and solve or fix! Ford Credit customer service representatives were very rude and unprofessional in the manner of trying to solve this problem. My lease is up at the end of 2017 and it won't be soon enough! I want this late payment taken off my credit reports immediately! I've made every payment since April 2016 proving that all this was is a honest mistake! Thank you, Matthew Koch
