Ramsey Motor Cars is a great place to buy a car. The guy we worked with, ***, was awesome. He stayed late to meet us last night and then met us early today to finish the sale. It was a really good experience.

I was gonna buy a Black 2011 328i from Ramsey Motor Cars, Inc. as an out of state buyer. I said I'd pay a deposit and was getting ready to travel from *** to NJ to pick up the car. But then some other dude came and made a better offer and the dealer just sold it to him without even asking me if I wanted to match or beat the offer. That's not cool, man. Don't trust this dealer, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I bought a used car from Ramsey Motor Cars, Inc. and they said it had no problems. The car was running when I got there, which was weird. They told me not to turn it off, but when I did, it wouldn't start again. They jumped it and said it might need a new battery. I was like, okay, no big deal. I bought the car and went home. But then I had to put in a new battery and found out the alternator was dead. That's a $4k fix! I don't usually write reviews like this, but when I heard the staff talking about their past sales, I should have known better. They said they don't care about customers, they just want to make a sale. The manager even said, "That car I sold earlier could break down on the way home, I don't give a F! That's not my problem." Don't go to this dealership or deal with these people.

I bought a car for 16k from Ramsey Motor Cars, Inc. and in just 12 days, the engine died. The mechanic told me I needed a new one. When I called to ask about it, the lady at the dealership said not to worry and that they would take care of it. She told me to bring the car to their mechanic. But then, 10 minutes later, she called back and said her manager said they couldn't do anything and that I was on my own. Now I have a loan payment for 4 years and no car. They didn't even try to help me out!
