Hello
I have problem with the staff
I travel to lebanon in 5 July and I have 3 kids the age 3 and 8 and 12
When I'm in the plain I find me and my kids in different place I surprise because When I'm in airport and i make check the person not tell me anything
He not tell not available seat or she tell me anything
So please check what happen and I need Apology and check the person in the counter

    Lost Baggage, When I told employee at the boarding in Dubai to check my baggage, They behave me rudely. They are not supportive and not seem responsible. I flew from France and already been 5 hours at the transit. They have enough time to transfer my baggage, but they did not care and told me go to your country and make a claim. It was such a irritating to hear you are at country but you did not get your baggage. They can deliver but did not care. I came to my country at Kathmandu and talked to baggage claim. They let me to fill a form, they do not know when will my baggage come. I called more than 10 times only after 31 hours later got my baggage. it was torn, and chain was broken.
