I received flowers on 10/16/17, three days later, a rose and a daisy were dead, the very next day, all the flowers were dead, dead, dead!!! I took pictures, because I was flying home a few days later. Customer service rep refused to do anything to make this right because of my tardiness in contacting them. She did tell me to go to the teleflora website for instructions on caring for fresh cut flowers.

I would like a full refund, if I settled for a new arrangement it may be just like the first. 76.81
