did not receive order
I placed an order with Fashion Nova on October 12th. I paid for 2 day shipping. 6 days after my order was placed, I emailed customer support because there was NO movement on my order ( It was still showing as unfulfilled. ) When I emailed customer support I received 2 emails, one right after the other. The first email I received was from "a customer support agent" but the email seemed like an automatic response. The email told me that the order would be sent out soon and thanked me for my patience. The 2nd email I received stated that there were "delays, " and told me I could 1.) Wait for my order 2.) Click the link below and cancel my order / request a refund by gift card or a refund to my original payment method. The email also stated that if the order did not ship 10 days after I originally placed the order, It would automatically be canceled and refunded to my original payment method.
I did not want them to cancel my order and refund it to my original payment method, because I new it would take even longer to get my money back because I would have to wait for bank processing time.
I decided to wait to cancel my order until 9 days after I placed it. So on October 21st, I clicked the link they provided and I attempted to cancel my order and requested a refund by gift card. On Monday October 22nd I still had not received a gift card, and when I checked my order status, it was not canceled and it had not shipped.
I emailed customer service immediately and asked them why my order was not "automatically canceled, since it has been 10 days since I placed the order, " and I asked them why I had not received the refund by gift card as I requested.
I received an email from customer service explaining to me that my order was going to ship very soon and to keep an eye on my email for a tracking number.
This makes NO sense to me considering:
1.) I placed my order 11 days ago and nothing has happened with my order ( except them taking my money)
2.) When I emailed them they told me that if an order isn't shipped 10 days after the order is placed it will be automatically canceled and refunded ( that did not happen)
3.) I was also told I could cancel my order by clicking the link they provided, and request a refund by gift card ( which I did 9 days after placing my order ) and I did not receive that as well.
I'm actually VERY pissed off, because I have been doing early Christmas shopping, and after I placed that order on the 12th of October, I placed 4 other order between the 14th and 16th) NOT thinking there would be this much of a delay.
So now they have about $450 of my money, and I have NOTHING to show for it. Definitely NOT ordering from them again. This is ludicrous

None of my orders have shipped. I contacted Fashion Nova on October 18th regarding order # [protected], and I received 2 emails within minutes apart from each other. The first email basically said to be patient and that the items would be shipping soon. The second email was from " noreply@fashionnova.com "
The second email said,
"Due to delays in our warehouse, we are still putting the finishing touches on your order. " ... "While we don't have an estimated ship date for you yet, we will be dispatching your order and sending you a tracking number ASAP.If you'd rather not wait any longer and would like to cancel your order for a refund or gift card, please click here to cancel any time before we ship your order. Of course, if you want to wait for your order, you don't need to do anything.While we do not anticipate a significant delay, we will be monitoring your order - and if it doesn't ship within 10 days of your original order date (and you don't cancel prior to shipment), we will automatically cancel and issue a refund to your original form of payment."
I received this email on October 18th about my first order I placed ( order # [protected]) I decided I would wait until the 21st, to see if I received any update on my order. I didn't want fashion nova to automatically cancel my order and issue a refund because that would take even more time for it to be processed with my bank. I wanted to receive a gift card instead, so I waited until the 21st, and clicked the embedded link in the email to cancel that order and request a refund.
On Monday October 22nd, I had not received a refund, so I emailed support asking what the status of my order was. They emailed me saying that my order # [protected] was almost ready and to keep an eye on my email for a tracking number.
Well, now it is the 24th ( 2 days later ) and I have receive NO email with a tracking number, and no email of a gift card refunding the cost of order # [protected]
I have 4 orders in total sitting and not moving. I feel like my money was stolen from me.
I am going to keep posting updates on this.
If they end up contacting me and telling me half of my items were sold out after ALL of this - oh I am going to loose my mind and #notshophereagain

I ordered with fashion nova on 5th oct and today it is 23rd Oct still haven't received my order. I have been trying to contact them via calls and emails but noone has gotten back to me. Considering the name and fame of fashion nova their customer service is pretty [censored]. I am very disappointed and frustrated, I have no idea if I am ever going to receive the order or a refund.

Same thing happened to me! They have just now posted that they are moving distribution centers so orders will be delayed. JUST NOW after orders from their halloween collection that will not be here in time for halloween. There is no cancellation of orders. You have to play the wait game.

I recently ordered a track suit for $25. It charged my card but I didn't realize I had messed up on the delivery address. I tried to go back to the website and my order to fix it but it doesn't let me and I've emailed the support system and gotten no reply. I have waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes with no reply and now my package is being sent back to fashionnova. How can I fix my address and get it delivered to the right place ?

I made two orders, one on the 12th of October and another on the 13th. I received the second order in a few days but here we are on the 21st and my first order still hasn't shipped out yet. They did not contact me about the delay. I had to reach out to them. The emails were very generic and still did not tell me when I would receive my order. I get sometimes orders are delayed but if that's the case, how did I get my second order first? At this point, I just want my money back.

I am so disappointing my first fashionnova experience... I made an order on their website of the few items, most importantly I wanted to buy a dress for special occasion of mine. But the date of the occasion has passed and i've never received my dress. What is more, I tried to contact the support service but there was no reply from them. I tried several times and still no reply. I even asked for the refund but they ignored my email. On the tracking website it says that my parcel has been delivered but I haven't received anything. I am very disappointed in fashionnova and it makes me feel very anxious about purchasing stuff online because you never know what company is going to ditch you.. Girls and boys never buy from fashion nova! They are liars!

I placed an order on october 11, with a second day shipping. Today is the oct 20th haven't received anything. I sent an email to them and no reply yet. They already took my money as fast as the wind blows but my order or an email reply nothing. We customers only have the option to email that's it they don't provide us with phone numbers. All we can do is wait until they decide to reply. I got tired of waiting and I am concerned that I will not see my money or my order. I would like a refund and after this incident I will not order from them ever again.

I placed my order on 10/15/2018 I received my confirmation number but have not received my tracking number. I've ordered from them about 5 times in the past and I usually receive my tracking number by the next day.. I've reached out to see if there is an issue with my order but no response I would just like to be updated on what's going on if they are backed up or having a delay it would be nice if they just said so and I am pissed that I won't have my outfit for tomorrow!

Placed an order last week on 10/10 expecting it to at least be shipped out by now. It is now 10/17 and I STILL haven't received an email with my tracking number. IThis is seriously [censored]ed up. I've emailed them several times only to get no response. My flight is Friday morning @8am so I guess I wasted another $120 on clothes for my vacation because they definitely won't get to me on time. I also emailed them 3 times back to back! They sent me my tracking info the next day. One item was refunded the day before I received my purchase for being out of stock and the other doesn’t fit. Everything else is here on time but now there’s no time to exchange items!

THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO ME. I ordered a week ago and my order has still not shipped. I need it next week for my 21st birthday and at this point it doesn’t look like that is happening. I think think the holiday being on a Monday delayed all orders. I am waiting on an order as well and this is the longest I've ever waited. The week of October 9th had a holiday on that Monday..so imagine the orders they have from the week prior and then they ran a Columbus day sale and with that stated I estimate they are now 7 to 14 days slower than usual.
I ordered 275.00 worth of items on 10/8 and have emailed several times, I continue to get the same response back, I order from them constantly and have never had this issue!

Horrible and they don't offer returns ! They give you a gift card to shop with them ridiculous! My recent experience with Fashion Nova has been a complete nightmare. I would not place an order with them if you have an important engagement to attend, shopping for a planned outing, or trip. They're not reliable for on time delivery of items claimed to be in stock at the time of purchase nor trustworthy.
I placed an order with Fashion Nova on 10-8-18 with 2 day shipping. I have not received my order nor have I received a tracking number for what I've paid for. I've contacted them several times to no avail. At this point I believe I'm being deliberately ignored.
They do not have a real customer service line where you can speak to a live human regarding orders you've placed with them. But instead a support ticket system or contact form on their website that they never respond to. I've attempted numerous times to contact them through the payment method used & have had zero success at receiving any response for my order.
Shopping at Fashion Nova is no longer an enjoyable experience. All I want & actually need is my order. I'm having to beg for something I paid them for. This is so disgraceful & unprofessional.
negligent delivery issue
I placed an order #[protected] with fashion nova on october 8th 2018 for the amount of $211.35. The item was delivered by usps on october 11th at 12:37pm . The postal carrier took the package and left in in the front of my home in the middle of the day. Within 30 minutes the package was stolen, which was captured by my security system. I reached out to fashion nova immediately to report the incident and provided video clips of the theft. The issue for me is simply that fashion nova partnered with usps to ensure the package was delivered to the customer.
This means that usps did not exercise due care because there was no notification from usps of when the package would be arriving so that someone could be there to get the package, nor was there care in where it was left . Leaving a package in front of someone's home (not in the bushes or in the back of the home, where they could have left it) and no signature upon delivery is basically inviting a theft to occur. I receive deliveries all of the time from fed ex and ups and they are sensible enough to leave the packages in a place that is not visible to the public or in the back of the home.
When i contacted fashion nova the customer service department they were unresponsive and referred me to the post office to file a claim which is utterly ridiculous. I contacted the u.S postal inspection service (case id [protected])which tracked the package and informed me that fashion nova has insurance on the package and should have refunded me for the loss. So now i am left with no product and out of $211.35 which is unacceptable. I informed them of this via email and they have not responded to date. I have never experienced such a lack of customer service and incompetence before in my life. Any other company with a sound business practice ( especially a million dollar company) would have refunded the money or resent the items upon seeing that they were in fact stolen due to their carrier's negligence.

I placed an order on Wednesday, October 10 at approximately 9:15 am PST with 2 day shipping. This was my first order with Fashion Nova and probably will be my last. My order was over 300.00, yet my experience with customer service in regards to the 2 day shipping has been horrible as it seems as if they use standardized replies as opposed to actually replying to individual situations. The event that I needed these outfits for is tomorrow Saturday October 13, and as of right now on the website it states that my order is still "unfulfilled". I offered yesterday to pay the difference for overnight shipping to receive these items today and was told they cannot make changes to an order that was already submitted. At this point I want to cancel and am going to call my bank to see if I can do something about the charge since Fashion Nova not only has not complied with their "2 day shipping" but also has horrible customer service.

Perhaps non celebrity status customers are treated like crap. They have totally screwed me over for my sons engagement I’m attending having to scower around for something else. I ordered a homecoming dress and shoes to match on Monday October 8th and it is now Thursday and my package still hasn't shipped out. I paid for 2 day shipping but I am not actually receiving 2 day shipping . I emailed Fashion Nova & was only given 30% off for my next purchase and this solves no problem with the shipment of my order. I asked to get a refund not just a store credit and I didn't even recieve an email back. Terrible customer service and deceiving customers with this 2day shipping.

Spoke with saul miranda (spa) through csr. They literally lied about why my items never came, after inquiring many times 13 days later, finally got an answer that it was b/c bank info didn't match so they couldn't ship the order. It matched! They took my money-transaction was done! Told me to check w/ my bank-bank told me nothing was wrong about the transaction! I made a purchase the day after (stuff that I forgot to include into my bulk purchase) & paid for 2 day ship, which came 2 days later using the same card as the first purchase! Also, sent me an e-mail after I kept asking, where the heck is my stuff, saying they're putting finishing touches on it & if I wanted to cancel, I could do so on a gift card or my original card. I clicked gift card so I could immediately reorder... Then I got an email about all this supposed bank stuff & it's being returned now to my card, which could take another month, who knows w/ them... But hmm, thought they didn't have the correct card info to proceed with the order, how could they refund money they never got! Any person with a brain knows once a bank releases the money, it's a done deal... They're taking me for an idiot and are very unapologetic about it. It took a click to take my money out of my bank, kept me waiting for 13 days thinking my package was going to be shipped any day, then come up w/ some excuse b/c they couldn't then fulfill the order. I'm so mad, thought this was a reputable business. I wish I would have read these complaints first because I relate to many of them! I think they're too tied up dressing their influencers, that they don't have enough oversight on their own business... People who actually pay for their products! So, in conclusion, I emailed saul back, telling him/her it was nothing to do with my bank. Got an email back to please again, check with my bank, that he/she is not able to see the details on what was wrong (conveniently). Dont take money and then claim nearly a half month later suddenly you discover there was a problem w/ the $-because your business processed my money. The problem was, you sat on the order, it wasn't completed & needed some excuse. Same credit card for two orders (one day apart), one order 13 days later after multiple inquiries where it was & kept being told to wait, got this reason & the other that I paid to ship, arrived on time. Bad business. Didn't even offer me any compensation for this, like a % off next purchase, or to cover expedite ship or anything! Worst experience of my life dealing w/ a business, I swear on that!

I have emailed back and forth with "Sara Rojas" whose lack of customer service is extremely frustrating. She does not acknowledge the problem and most definitely has not provided a solution other than a discount code of 30% that you can easily find on fashion no a IG every other day! I placed my order Sept 28, here we are Oct 10 and I still have not received my order! My order qualified for free 2day shipping, she advised it was is 2 - 3 business days, it has been 8 business days since and I have received nothing! When I call to speak to someone I literally stay on the phone for over 30 mins and never get a live person, so I asked at least for a direct number to someone and she provided the same exact number I mentioned had not reached me to anyone! She has been the worst help! Her only "solution" - "you can return your items for a full refund" HELLO I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK?

I purchased items from Fashion Nova paid for two day shipping and after three days I never received my package I never received a tracking number after the 72 hours I don't even know if my package was processed I would never order from them again when you pay for two day shipping you receive your items in 2 days 3 days maximum that's with any company orders are supposed to be processed on the same day especially if it's before the deadline time. So angry I had events the whole weekend and had to go buy more clothes
