FashionNovarandomly cancelling an order

I ordered 5 items on 11/17, and on 11/24 got an email saying that they had refunded my purchase, which I never asked to be done. I do not understand why this happened and I have not heard back from Fashion Nova. I would like an explanation as to why this happened without my consent and why others who placed orders for the same products on Black Friday (11/23) have their orders fulfilled and not me, who ordered well before them. I will not be shopping here again nor will my friends and family.
