I ordered merchandise on December 14th for my daughter for Christmas. Never got a tracking number until I emailed and asked for one on the 22nd. Finally got a response 4 days later on the 26th that my order had shipped. There is no phone number on the emails or on the website to call. I googled the phone number only to find that they do not answer the phones. After seeing the multiple complaints on here I now see why they don't answer the phones. Their phone menu doesn't even give you the option to stay on the line for a customer service rep it just leaves you with a message telling you to go to their FAQ link on their website. My order was enough to have free two day shipping and I still haven't gotten it! Now my daughter has gone back home to NY and I will now have to pay to ship the items to her when or if I ever get them. I will never order from them again. I have also took to FB to let all of my family and friends know not to order from them.
