Fantastic Sams Franchise Corporation / lack of customer service and incomplete eyebrow wax

My first issue is the location I went to would not honor my coupons because they were owned by some other salon and weren't a franchise. That is very poor customer service. When the stylist waxed my eyebrows, she only waxed one eyebrow, so I left the salon with an incomplete eyebrow wax. The haircut is okay. The prices for the services were not listed anywhere in the salon, so I feel like she just charged me whatever she wanted to for a haircut, eyebrow wax and chin wax. I feel like I should get some of the money back since I was probably way overcharged and my coupons weren't honored.
