I did my keratin in essensuals hairdressing kilpauk, chennai branch on october and I got breakage in my hair in 1 week so I informed the salon and the manager told me to wait for 4 months so that they will do keratin again, as they cant use chemicals in my hair within 4 months. Hence after 4 months when I called then and asked they are informing me that the manager has resigned the job and there will be no compensation or no re-keratin will be done. I hardly oppose this kind of behaviour they didn’t when approach to me after that

I been to Tony and guy selaiyur branch in Chennai yesterday,I asked for hair wash service,one male staff was seating at sofa with ph another female staff was on video call at reception area and receptionist lady said all staffs are busy till 9 pm,when I am a regular staff of Tony and guy how cum you people provide this kind of poor customer service?

I broght my seven year old daughter for a haircut in Essenuals,they cut with a trainee person and charged me a huge money by billing by forgly including senior stylist charges of 560 in West Tambaram branch chennai.

This may spoil the reputation of the organisation as even they are doing such things to a regular customer,I have attached a proof of it.

Today November 15th 2018 I went to the Essensuals store in Bath, uk. What I asked for was a chocolate all over tint with rose gold tones. I very specifically sis so did NOT want red, plum or anything vibrant. What I ended up with was a mosh mash of colour. Bright plum red on the roots and brassy copper, bright red and darker tones in the lengths. It wa sawful and liked absolutely nothing like the photo I took in. I was in there for 2.5 hours for a simple tint! When the colour went on I was told it would be left on for 20 mins and someone would come to check my colour. NOONE came to check my colour! Plus it was left on for much longer than 20 mins! As if the result wasn't bad enough, when I came to pay I was charged £20 more than what I was quoted. I went into the store to make my booking, so they could see my hair! I was quoted £70 for the tint which is not cheap. When the lady came to discuss my hair dye before applying the product she said she would normally have to charge £20 more because of the length of my hair, but as I was charged £70 would add the two extra tubes and still charge me £70. However this was not the case, the salon manager was at the till when I queried it and she whimpishly said "I did tell you it would be £20 more because of the length of your hair" I was furious and by this point wanted to get out of the hairdressers. I threw my bank card and got out as fast as possibly. My friend was waiting for me and I was humiliated. I could see my friends reaction at my hair colour. While having my hair washed off I was again humiliated by the young girl washing my hair. The usual hairdresser chit chat started and I made some comment about being a small kid in the 80's. The next thing I know is she is assuming I went to sixth form in the 80's which would make me about 55! (I am barely in my 30's). It was rude and not funny at all.

My hair now needs to be fixed which is going to cost me MORE money, time and inconvenience. I am requesting full refund plus damages, plus the money it will
Cost for me to put my hair right. Namely

£90 refund

£120 to correct hair

£200 damages

I will give (-5) star to this parlour due to I hear about that employees are getting bad treating by owner and giving sexual torture, this is modern trade parlours how dare they are doing like this how customers believe you to touch their body. Shame on you [censored] of you [censored]...

I have registered a complaint with Paulson's as I was made to buy shampoo worth 3600 (2 bottles of shampoo on different occasions) for my keratin treated hair and one bottle they asked me to not use after buying it and the other product of label. m is causing intense hairfall as agreed by the salon and it's hair expert.

They also charged extra for a hair conditioner tube and said "We make profit by charging more than MRP". The essensuals desk manager gave me the number of the store manager who was extremely rude and misbehaving. I don't know his name but [protected] is his number. He was yelling at me for filing the complaint and refused to help me and said he cannot run his business by helping people or doing the right thing and did not even apologize for all the inconvenience. He runs a scam business and I'd like my refund. I can return both the products but he has refused to help.

I walked in for a consultation on March 8th Evening to get my smoothening down because I had wavy hair and that I wanted it to be naturally straight and not pokey straight. My natural hair is quite way and I was looking for around 60-70 % straightness.
The Stylist first tried to pitch me in for Keratin, explaining that it would give me 20-30% of Straightening plus 2-3 months of effect. (Which isnt what I want)
We proceeded to finalize on smoothening and I fixed an appointment for the next day.
Right before the treatment began I proceeded to ask the stylist if he would recommend smoothening or straightening.
He pitched in for smoothening tell me that I would have more naturally straight hair. 2 hrs into it, and half way through the ironing his co-worker keeps calling because another client is working, and it was quite clear he was rushing up things to meet the other client.
He proceeded to iron the fiinal strands of hair in the front, bunching them together. The ironed hair looked pretty neat and he told me that's how my hair texture would come out to be. Once the neutralizing (In a very hurried way again!) and the blow drying was done the hair in the front was disappointingly wavy while the hair in the back - the one he worked on diligently looked like how I wanted it to be. The front hair looks abysmal, and the guy proceeded to tell me first that he did semi-smoothening for me. I do not remember asking for semi-smoothening. He decided to then "patch up" his words saying he meant 60-70% straight, when the front fringes were clearly wavy.

I walked in with a wavy hair. Told him I wanted straight, and He give me straight hair. I spent 4 hrs and good money on this. And he gave me excuses that since I used Henna - 2 to 3 months ago this happened. I apply the henna evenly on my head, if the back strands can be straight, the front needs to be straight too. He clearly tried to make excuses on the issue instead of coming in terms with.
They agreed to a second sitting, this is going to be 2 rounds of chemicals on my hair in a short span of time, and he says he would do some "Re-touching" which am not satisfied with. And not to mention the additional hours I need to sit because he made his own assumptions and didnt spend the attention that he had to.
