Family Dollar store had no cart not one, stock all in the lanes, stock all over the place, dirty inside and out side

The store address is 4603 tidwell rd houston, tx 77016 the clerk put out round laundry baskets. Store # is 10679, it just down right dirty the box container is a disgrace, need to hire a ground keeper/. Aug 31 2018 around 4pm that clerk stated that need help to keep up with the stock, get a night shift to stock, just the stocker in the store so nobody getting in the way

Family Dollar tower light up speaker 40 in

I purchased this product and I'm not happy with the sound and I took it in to return it and they're telling me I cannot return an electronic and less I wanna exchange for the same thing as well if I'm not happy with the first one I don't think the second one is going to be any better and on your voicemail recording from when I called the corporate it says you have a 30 day return on any merchandise so therefore why can I return this speaker

Family Dollar store manager locking doors 15 minutes prior to closing

My husband and I reached the family dollar in Topmost Ky on July 29th 2018 at 8:45 Pm one of the sales associates had came to the door and I could read her lips as she was saying they were closed she then unlocks the door and I ask what time they close and she proceeds to tell me 9:00pm. She then goes back in and asks her store manager Alicia Turner if we were able to come in and I could see Alicia making smart remarks towards us. The sales associate comes and unlocks the door and tells us that we can come in but Alicia said that we had to hurry. My husband was the one that went inside and as he was checking out Alicia told him that she was ready to go home and get out of the store that she had been there allday so everyone needed to hurry. I really do not believe that this manager deserves the position and title that she is holding as she is very unprofessional and rude to her customers. This happened to several other people last night as we were not the only ones and they said as well that they were going to contact corporate. This is not the first time that we have been done this way with her locking the doors early and not letting anyone in. Something really needs to be done about this because alot of people are getting done really dirty by your store manager at Topmost Ky.

Family Dollar bad behavior, lies, discrimination

At store [protected] north Ashley street Valdosta ga 31601 phone number [protected] on 7/28/18 at 14:45:34 I went in this family dollar store to purchase some eye lashes me an my daughter had walked on the aisle to look at them as I seen the one I like I pull them off the rack to look at them as I pick them up they was already open so I continue to look at them the manager lady was at the computer a aisle away from me an my daughter she got up an acme where we was cause I guess she thought us black people is stealing in stead of her asking did I open it she got loud with me an said u gone have to pay for them lashes I said to her they was already open they fell out in my hand an I'm not paying for nun I didn't open an there was another one that was taped up up there too so the manger was like if u don't pay for them then I'm gone call the police so I politely told her to call them an to show them the cameras an it will show everything that happen she was so rude loud so she called them an tried to locked me inside the store I still paid for the lashes an I have two other witnesses that was there there name is Brittany an shell they seen an heard everything they stayed there until the office came we told her what was going on an the officer told me to do an complaint against the store an gave me an year trespassing so I can't go there

Family Dollar ice cream been sold without seal and freezer burnt

On 7/29/18 my other half went to buy me some ice cream but he didn't check the product before leaving the store as well as the cashier didn't do his/her job of quality control of product leaving the store. Well the chocolate chip mint ice cream had no seal and when you open it up it has freezer burnt and look as if someone took a taste and just sat it back in the freezer. I'm 28 weeks pregnant my health and safety are very important I love you guys but you had to do better. Please email me A.S.A.P [protected]@yahoo.com

Family Dollar unsanitary conditions at family dollar

The Family Dollar store located at 1043 Stuyvesant Avenue, Irvington, NJ 07111 has rats running around inside the store. The smell inside the store is foul and unbearable. The freezers are broken and dirty. The rodents are taking over the store which makes it impossible and needless to say fearful to shop there. The Health Dept should be made aware of this to get this awful situation abated/resolved.

Family Dollar service

Complaint against Family Dollar on Broad St. New Orleans, LA. 70119
I would like to begin by saying that I spend on average $100 week at this store.
Today I made a purchase of $37. When I got home my husband had already bought the items. I kept some and my husband went to get a refund on 4 items he had the reciept. We are on a fixed income so every dollar counts. My husband called me and said the manager will not give me a refund, I thought he was joking. He told me the manager yelled at him Infront of all the customers. My husband was so upset when he came home and let's add he walked there, approx. 9 blocks in 100 degree heat. The next day after church I decided to walk the 9 blocks in 100 dgree heat and I am on disability. The store was crowded only one register opened and guess who the same manager that my husband had encounter with. I placed the 4 items on counter with my reciept in hand I said I would like a refunds on these items. He said like o told your husband I am not doing it. I said that is not the store policy. Here took my items put them in a bag and handed it to me. I asked if I can exchange the items since they were double bought and he said no. I am beside myself and decided to seek an attorney. Horrible experience

I just posted a complaint and wanted to add that I feel that the manager was prejudice. He is black And 95 percent of the customers are also black. They have had numerous complaints relating to being prejudice. Fox news did a story on a lady who experienced this. My husband and I are white. I felt very violated as well as my husband

Family Dollar service

I was at the Sydney New York 1338 store today and Alice waited on me and I had a lot of things I was going to purchase for my granddaughters for next year along with everything else I was purchasing I spent 200 as it was and it put a lot of things back because Alice said when I brought up two bathing suits one was marked $1.50 and one was not marked she would not let me have the one marked $1.50 which it's only a matter of $2.50 and I'm not going to argue. about that but how I was treated was just very very very unfair and very demeaning and I will not tolerate that at all, However I know how that works if somethings marked a certain price that's what you get and the girls name was Alice and I am very disappointed and I will probably never go in that store again a dollar general or is in our town to that's where I'll be taking my business so I'm tell Alice and she shouldn't be treating people like a piece of crap about a two dollars and 50 Cent item and that is not good for your business either and I would be very careful how you treat people because this I have a business in my own town as well and I won't have a Little Miss Alice treat me like crap

Family Dollar customer harassment

On July 28th 2018 and previous dates prior as a customer have witnessed employees calling the police on customers. Some whom were assumed shoplifters. Which I agree you should be apprehended if you take without buying products. But to assume one. Or more are making drug transaction in a store. Is a bit over the top. Yrs that is what one of your assistant managers did on July 28th. 2018. First, its a crime to falsely accuse another of something they did not do. Secondly. Shopping while black is not a crime although your employers at 340 es Blvd. Muskogee Ok 74403 do. I spend a Lot of money in your business but after this incident. I will not spend another penny in that establishment and I will let others no what to expect when they shop there. And they can make a conscious decision if they choose to shop in a discriminating business. Judging a customer by their color of their skin or buy the nature of their personal appearance because personally. Your employees look like well. I have no good words but surely nothing to be judging another. I thought you should know what your employees are doing. And begging customers to buy candy for a dollar to boost sales is ratchet. Maybe family dollar need to take some pointers from dollar General employees. At least they don't act like they got panties stuck between their buttocks. Shop family Dollar . I THINK NOT!

Family Dollar rude customers service

I was at this store location a 8:50am waiting for store to open at 9am but only to still be waiting still 9:10am. I saw the employee enter the store at 8:50am so I decided to wait cause I only needed aluminum foil but only because she heard me mention I was contacting corporate for store not being opened. She contacted security on me and wouldn't honor my purchase. I was then put out by security and most importantly I was humiliated in front of customers because she was able to speak her mind but refuse my service, called security, and had me put out with my grandchild. I will be contacted BBB of incident cause No one should be denied service when speaking back to Rude workers.

Family Dollar disrespectful employee

I was shopping with my two boys and my husband we was looking at board games when I was approached buy a child around the age of 12 which seems to be the daughter of one of the employees she then began to ask me if I tore open the game which I had not it seemed to look like the box was stuck to another box which someone must have told them apart after I told her that I did not do it she's then said in front of several customers that we was probably going to steal it anyways I've never felt so humiliated in front of people I'm a regular customer and have never been treated this way I am so much didn't even have a purse on me for someone to even think that I could have possibly been stealing something. The fact that it was a child approaching me and not an employee while the employee stood in the main aisle I do believe her name was Nikki

Family Dollar family dollar

The store employees are requiring that women relinquish there purses to the cashier in order to shop in the store, or leave your purse in the car, where he in Gainesville there has been a rise in car break thief's . I refused to relinquish my purse because I have shopped in the store for years, I am not a thief and nor will I be treated like one because they are falling short in the area of having a loss prevention associate in the store. They also have a sign on the front door that states you have to relinquish your belongings. I'm pretty sure that this is not a corporate policy. I also know other people that they have done this too, my sister being one of them. This is completely unacceptable .

Family Dollar workers

I went up to the store today to try to get some soda. The emplees were out side smoking. They procced to tell me i was not allowed to enter the store due to not having any shoes on. Yet there is no law saying that you have to have shoes on to go into a store. So when i said this they procced to tell me this was the policy and i could not enter. Yet there is no sign posted saying no shoes no service. So I am not understanding why i was not allowed to enter the store. I will not be going back to any other family dollar if this is how i am gonna be treated.

That policy is actually in place for your own safety. The pins we use to tag our items are extremely sharp and about an inch long and will go right through your foot. If you were to accidentally step on one it would cause serious harm

Family Dollar I kellie higginbotham is a asm full time at family dollar at store 8482!!!

I, m complaining about my hours are been cut as a full time worker..! I should be getting about 32-36 hours a week my cashier and stocker are getting more hours then me...! Also I have got writing up about thing that I wasn't trained on and also my Store manager has been making her schedule out on Sunday! So this Sunday I got my schedule and it said I was working Friday and off Saturday..! Ok Kool I planned my son party and paying for it Monday so coming Wednesday I get a text from the store manager saying that You has to work Saturday 1-5 I text her back and let her know I had already planned and play for my son party..! And can't get my money back! She then text me and told me I was off Friday and has to work Saturday! But my money supposed to just go down the drain...! My ID # is 6264550 all so I don't think it's ok to have her kids to come in to work and stock in the store! Y'all can contact me at [protected]!

Family Dollar employee

Yesterday when I went in to Family Dollar located at store number 8868 I was being followed by an employee "Michael" as if I was being watch like I was going to steal, I understand about retail an watching your customers but when I asked if there was a reason he was following me he automatically got an attitude stating he was not following me he was just doing his job. At the register when I was paying for my items he snatched the money out of my hand so when I asked if there was a reason he snatched the money, he states he didn't snatch it with more of an attitude an kept getting angrier, he was also wearing a undershirt wrapped around his head.

I spoke with Victoria Henderson "who was her on vacation" she called me back an stated she spoke to the store manager regarding the employee an said he will be talked to the next day he works, also that he was a new employee who was trying to get to know the store but I still feel as if his attitude needs an adjustment as well as how he treats customers. Snatching money is not the way to keep your customers happy.

Family Dollar the front of store walking in

The store lot has so much trash looks awful! The trash has been there for over a week. There is hair weave in the parking area n a box of garbage next to the entrance. The staff at 4126 Taylor blvd Louisville ky 40215 do not seem to care abt appearance. I feel like first impressions are everything n the way the front looks makes people not want to shop here and just go to another local family dollar. I'm currently sitting in front of store n still is not open and it's after 8am actual time is 810 am and store still not open.

Family Dollar discrimination

Yes I would like to report an incident of discrimination at a Family Dollar location on 159th and Wood Street in Harvey Illinois the manager on duty looked at my nephew and saw that he had a disability and said that she never scheduled him for an interview which in fact she did she became very loud and rude pulled out a box cutter and threatened to cut me if I did not leave the store she called the police I even call the police as well she had me arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct I my family have been supporters of Family Dollar and Dollar Tree businesses for years it saddens me to see people being managers in Family Dollar with no regard for human life and no respect for God customer can someone please get back to me as soon as possible regarding this matter my name is Crystal Rowe and I would appreciate it thank you.

Family Dollar cashier does not know the difference between a good $100 bill and a fake one

Yes my father Ruben B Juarez shot yesterday at your store was going to spend under $100 worth of items when he presented them with a hundred dollar bill cashier says money was not good I brought it back inside I told her look you need to know the American currency there is a barcode in every 20 or $100 bill and she still would not accept my father's money my father is a veteran and he's a senior citizen and this is not great to sit there and shut up for 20-30 minutes and to be told money isn't good your Cashiers do not want American currency

Family Dollar ripoff

I went to a location in Atlanta, Ga where they are closing the store. After purchasing over $200 worth of items, went back and spent $26 -forgot to give the cashier my receipt to get my $5. He tells me to call corporate. Called corporate on 7.26.18 and spoke to a customer service-Josh. He's going to tell me that they're not able to redeem the $5, and have the balls to tell me I would have to go to another store-to f^%$#*g spend another $25 to get $5 dollar. I will not be going back to family dollar because FD owns Dollar General now. Good bye, Adios,

Family Dollar horrible management and team

I went to the Patterson rd location in Dayton Ohio, immediately had to deal with both employees smoking within 2 feet of the entrance and when attempting to use my coupons from FAMILY DOLLAR APP, it wasn't working. The tall and rude male cahsier went outside to get the female manger named Jennifer who was, again smoking. She came in irritated and said that she just used the same coupon earlier that day but didn't know mine weren't working. She said there was nothing she could do, then proceeded to tell me if her coupon didnt scan she wouldn't get to use it, and I am not special. We showed her the coupon, that our product met the standard and that it hasn't expired. She got loud with me and defensive, the male.employee kept talking over me and interrupted numerous times when I had only been speaking with female manager for last 2 minutes or so. They atttempted to be loud and embarrass me around other customers, they were laughing at my frustration and as I atttempted to tell her OK, I will handle it with cooperate, she refused to stop engaging with me. I mean I could go on and on about this evening, 7/25 about 945pm by the time it was all done with. I am a big family dollar customer but not anymore if that is remotely tolerated against your customers.
I will me attempting to reach out in every Avenue to make sure that I am heard as I am beyond hurt and upset I had to experiance that. That my pregnant friend was so uncomfortable she almost had an anxiety attack as we left. For them to intimidate me to that extent is something I hope Family dollar takes seriously and acts appropriately.
