On the 4th of November I visited the Edgar's active in tsakane mall to do an exchange. There was 1 person working at the till so I approached the manager to enguire firstly he told me that he is busy with a customer which is understandable but after hearing my complaint he jst told me that I need to understand that there are 5 people at the store but not all of them are working in payments while at the cellphone till we have 4 people doing the same thing. When I told him I don't understand his allocation of people in English, he told me that that I must in Zulu and not act white, so according to me that only white people should complain. He did not attend to my complain he jst left me there . So I am very angry 😡 and disappointed on the service I received. I can't not stand on the que for 30 minutes in 1 spot Shame.

    I am a jet account holder I have been paying and paying on my account and the balance doesn't seem to come down for e.g if i pay a R1000 on the account only a R200 gets pulled off the amount owing i finally decided to block my account and the same problem is occuring then i was told that its all the insurance and club card amounts that is causing the balance not to go down so I cancelled everything and I am still having the same problem. I have also paid on airtime per month which is R80 where u receive free airtime and data but its now almost 8 months and I have been paying for something and received nothing i was told that I would be reimbursed but nothing was done about it I would like to know where all my money is going to because it seems like i will be paying this account for the rest of my life and I am not even taking anything on credit for the past few months because i am too scared that i will keep on paying for it
