Domino's Pizza / poor feedback service and no refund at all.

I ordered pizza on 17-Sep (Today) twice, because I received a failed notification that my order couldn't be placed. The next order was confirmed.
I payed in both the cases with my gift vouchers. Since, one of the order was failed (cancelled), but my gift voucher was redeemed in both the cases.
Also, the delivery manager was telling that once credited the gift voucher couldn't be redeemed.

This is a serious issue. But nobody from dominos is keen to resolve this. Nobody has contacted me so far.
