Domino's Pizza - Quality of food/service at store

9/29/2023 - 5:53 pm. store #4302

I want to voice my total disgust with this Domino's Store located in Denbigh on Warwick Blvd. Newport News, VA.

I placed an order online and it said that the pizza would be prepared in approx. 10-20 minutes. I ordered the Medium pizza with pepperoni and extra sauce and the loaded tots with bacon and cheddar cheese. So the app was not working so that I could see the progress of the order. My husband left early to get our dinner and when he arrived at the store he was asked the name on the order. He gave it to them. Girl at counter said it wasn't ready. So he waited and a man working there a few minutes later came to counter and asked the name and he said hang on, the girl was in the back at this time and she grabbed the order off the shelf and placed it on the counter and never said anything. The man then gave to my husband, and he left. we are only 5 minutes away and when we opened the pizza, it was stone cold! The tots were warm, cheddar cheese was burnt, the parchment paper was burnt and the bacon. It was absolutely the WORST I have ever had! We are elderly, my husband is a disabled veteran, and it was a total waste of money! These days with the economy the way it is fast food is lucky to even be alive. Never, Never, never again will I buy anything from that store! There is no customer satisfaction/service there! I'm sorry, in light of everything we should be refunded our money. I still have my receipt and a picture of the nasty tots. Oh, and I forgot to mention, my husband likes extra sauce BUT this was so thick on the pizza you could not even taste the crust. I'm sorry but I'm one unhappy customer.

Desired outcome: Refund Money!

Not getting your money back. A big corperation does not care about you or your complaint they are too big for that to efffect them. Just so you know everything you ordered comes in pre fozen plastic bags. From the dough to meats as well as all veggies.,tots,cheese. the only prep done at dominos is cutting open plastic bags and putting product in to plastic containers.

I wont even get into what the sauces are made of. Lets just say i would never consume that garbage.
