Discovery Health SA did it again. Suspending the account even if the payment was done and proof was sent to them
This is going on for 1 year now. Every Month the account is Suspended but the money is paid. Then you phone Discovery the (Supervisor) do not want to speak to you as she well aware of the problem and IT IS NOT THE PAYMENT, they will tell you that you are paying into the wrong account, but even if you do payment in 4 different account they will still say it is the wrong account . Sent proof of payment, for what you do not ever look @ it. Discovery is to quick to suspend account but were is the money you paid into there account.
