DiGi / never review and upgrade loyalty customer [protected]

Hi Digi,

Please review and upgrade my digi plan.

I am a loyal customer who used digi over 10 years from [protected] until [protected].

At this moment i found out the new digi plan postpaid plan 50 and 80 is more benefits than my current plan 78 plan.

1) why new package is worthy than old plan and you never upgrade your loyal customer?
2) If the new plan is coming out why you never upgrade your loyalty customer?
3) Is marketing more important than loyal customer?

Please take note that my plan remain the same so far with Digi 78 with only 3 gb.

IF you never reply me in 2 days, i will post this complaint to MCMC and facebook to let the market to judge is that worthy to hold digi or not.
