DiGi Telecommunications receiving sms that I have not subscribed. real nuisance

I have complaint to your Customer service rep. and I received ID to track my request and it also says that Digi will keep in touch within 48hrs and this was on 21/12/2016. Until today there is no reply from Digi and I have called Digi many times but there is no answer for at least 15mins on each call.
Whats going on? I need to know how much to pay the monthly bill and if you don't give me an answer then how do you expect me to pay. And I am sure if I don't get a reply soon then I cannot pay and Digi is going to bar my line !

DiGi Telecommunications received charges on sms by extra charge of rm80 monthly

Dear Customer Service,
I had try to called your help line many times;but wait until 10 minutes still no representative entertain me.
The purpose of me writing this is to complaint about Extra Charge on my SMS eventhough I 'm not using the service or download the app.
Kindly stop any SMS sending by this no "32338" as I will not paid the charges.
I need the refund.
Pls act and treat my complaint - important

DiGi Telecommunications overall

I don't understand the purpose of the website so called "http://www.complaintsboard.com/new_complaint" but couldn't see any of the complaint been answered by the authorizations why you people still commenting to this website. I felt digi doing their worse job ever werby cheating customer and not being responsible and answerable for customer queries.

I am just to share please do not write anything to [protected]@digi.com.my which another useless website where there not replying at all your complaint.

Actual phone price for samsung galaxy note 5 around RM 2, 200 to 2, 700 but digi online price RM 4k and they not giving any extra freebies. We rather buy cash or crdt card through other website or direct samsung rather than at digi.

DiGi Telecommunications complaint digi not allowing user to change service provider

Goodness. I feel so helpless. Is absolutely frustrating. Poor coverage, I cant even make phone calls inside my house! I need to stand at my front porch to make a decent call and digi kept rejecting my request to change service provider to celcom. The phone customer service officer is forever not picking up my call. I went to digi store on the 28th december (Cas 365439-p3k4) to rectify the situation but was told they could not help me! Please do something about this

Untuk pengetahuan pihak tuan (digi)
Saya seperti maklumat di atas ada menerima bil tunggakan digi postpaid sebanyak rm 900+ di alamat kediaman saya c1-11 apartment impian indah, 47000 sungai buloh, selangor darul ehsan.

Di sini saya ingin membuat aduan bahawa saya tidak pernah sekali pon melanggan postpaid account dengan digi telecomunication. ic saya mungkin disalahgunakan oleh phial yang tidak bertanggung jawab atas sebab tertentu.

Sekarang nama saya sudah blacklist dalam ctos. saya harap pihak digi boleh membantu dalam masalah ini.

DiGi Telecommunications no network coverage for indoor usage

Our office base at jalan cokmar 1, off jalan meru, klang, selangor.
When we are inside the building located above, the network coverage is so bad, most of the time no bar at all, only miss call msg sent in, customer can not reach us.
When we want to make call we have to walk out from the building, or use fix line.
Actually this issue happen since we shifted to digi service few years ago.
Digi, if you really van make your client smile, please do some thing on the network coverage in our area. Tq

DiGi Telecommunications internet network

Hai, I am writing this complaint because I have been using your service for two years and unfortunately its getting worse. I have started using digi 78 plan with 3GB data and free call the internet speed was superb. But as I change to a promotion 65 data plan for couple of month the internet speed started to be slower. Next I have change to another 80 data plan with 20GB data also with free call but the internet speed is getting more worse. The video takes so much time to load, browsing website also takes too much time of loading the whole page even worse sending whatapp text also have to wait before it could be delivered. Sometimes the line coverage just disappear when I want to make a phone call and it took me around 2-5 minutes before the coverage is connected back. This should not be happen as I live in the middle of KL. My friend also faced the same problem with me and we are using different brand of Handphone.
I hope you could fix this problem as it is getting worse, before you loose some of your customers. TQ

DiGi Telecommunications complaint digi not allowed user change to u mobile

My working area has very poor digi line, i need to change to u mobile line, 1st submission unsuccessful because my digi line is a sub line, next 2nd day i went to sunway pyramid change my digi sub line to single line, the digi's staff said wait for 24 hrs only can transfer my digi line to u mobile. So i went to u mobile request for 2nd time submission. Today digi sent me a msg again unsuccessful, the reason digi give me is "non fulfillmentof contract obligation ". My digi line is without any package why digi sent me this poor reason? People said, because digi not allowed their customer change to other line so using that ####er reason. I tried to call digi center many many times but still waiting and no customer service answer my call. I hope digi settle it as soon as possible, poor services!

DiGi Telecommunications charged for services which not request for

Hi whom its concern to, I have been calling to your services hotline [protected] for few times, but no one were pick up my call.

here is the complaints I would like to make :

1st Issue : I receive a msg from digi on 4/11/2016 which to offering me a 2gb data plan for 7 days internet top up at RM15 only, to buy will have to visit the digi website or dial *200*2#. I activated it through the website. have been waiting for a while, I don't see any data top up therefor I go for dialing *200*2#. And immediate I receive 2 copy of activation message from DIGI. I check my available data is total of 2gd. somehow when the bill come it shock me by double charged me. since I been given 2 GB data instead of 4GB, I shouldn't been charge for double.

2nd Issue: On 17/11/2016 midnight 3.33am, i been charged RM1 for 50MB data for 1 hour which I never request for.

DiGi Telecommunications network coverage

Hi whom its concern to,

I'm really disappointed on the quality of the Internet coverage, me and my wife both using DIGI for sometime already . We are really not happy with this. Mostly everyday we are facing this coverage issues. If once in a while never mind, but we been facing this everyday? Please provide me an a explanation on this. DiGi Telecommunications never review and upgrade loyalty customer [protected]

Hi Digi,

Please review and upgrade my digi plan.

I am a loyal customer who used digi over 10 years from [protected] until [protected].

At this moment i found out the new digi plan postpaid plan 50 and 80 is more benefits than my current plan 78 plan.

Questions:
1) why new package is worthy than old plan and you never upgrade your loyal customer?
2) If the new plan is coming out why you never upgrade your loyalty customer?
3) Is marketing more important than loyal customer?

Please take note that my plan remain the same so far with Digi 78 with only 3 gb.

IF you never reply me in 2 days, i will post this complaint to MCMC and facebook to let the market to judge is that worthy to hold digi or not.

DiGi Telecommunications my credit.

Yesterday, I bought reload RM30 and I got balance in my phone like RM49. But then I checked it just now, I only have around RM19. So where's my RM30.? Is it about the Internet I used yesterday. I usually use the basic Internet which I get everytime I reload my phone. Don't suck up my credit without any suitable reasons. I just hope you can return back my RM30. Not really a good service.

my postpaid digi no is : [protected]

just wonder why my internet are easily finished used up the quota.

i think my internet quota recycle date is on 8/ month, and today on 15/11/2016, i received a great message from ur sites, inform me that i have utilised 75% of my quota.

only for few days from 8-15?!

this happen since this year early! and getting worst month pass month!

please explain!

DiGi Telecommunications digi data line

digi data line very suck. OMG. It is very terrible at Penang and sungai Petani. I need to load a video or game for a very long time. I very regret that I choose digi as my carriers. I change maxis to digi, because I thought digi line is better than Maxis. But I'm wrong. Digi line is worst than Maxis. And digi coverage are also very suck. I'm sick of it. Use digi data will spoil my day. Digi line as suck as TM. OMG.

sudah 1minggu x boleh guna internet, call customer survice pun x ada menyelesai masalah panggil tunggu shj/terus cakap area tak ada masalah dan tunggu call dalam24jam (tapi sudah 2hari baru call)
call datang sini pun cakap sama punya, cakap akan report dan reset internet setting…ade ape guna?
dulu tak ade line saya call pun cakap sama punya barang-tunggu.sudah seminggu, kalau orang yang beli weekly data punya macam mana?kalau rugi sahaja siapa lagi mau guna digi?

DiGi Telecommunications call not being picked up... on hold for so long

I am a digi customer...Trough my previous experiences personally using digi, wenever i call the customer service number [protected] i have to wait very long and it have been that long but at last wen someone do pick up questions not properly answered.

Like today, now, im calling from my office for my boss to check on her roaming charges as she is leaving to london, it has been an hour n im still waiting...
Wat a service to be so proud if u can be there when we need the customer service urgently

DiGi Telecommunications overcharge the bill

Refer to the complaint that I had done at Complaints Board on Jul 26, 2016 under kpyeoh.

After the complaint, I received a call from Digi KL. She told me that Digi decided to void all the overcharge bill after the investigation. She also told me that I did not have to pay all the remained bill. In my opinion, I had over paid the money and it was more than the remained outstanding left in bill after termination the Digi Main line and Sub line. In order to solve the problem, I had agreed and allow Digi to void all the remained outstanding bill.

However, I am keeping receiving the bill that I have outstanding RM 20.72 found at my sub line Bill. Couple times, the representative of Digi called my sub line phone no in impolite way. Even he had threatened us that I have to pay the bill without any excuses.

2GB for RM10 (2days) - Internet Pass Package
It sgould be more faster than the other package but this package only at 12kb/sec !
Please fix your problem, dont just take your custumer's money only !

DiGi Telecommunications digi / extremely poor and bad connection

Digi poor connection data cause a problem of posting status at Facebook. It totally can't proceed and posting. Always show connection of H / H+ at my house area only.
When I at different place. My data connection is good (4G) and function well.

On 04/09/2016 8.48am, I received a message for purchase mobile web games monthly pass of rm5. the link is http://momoko.co. I never know about this website and never subscribe to any game online. this service of Digi is stealing my acc for rm5. I will never get it back but I will make sure u will get 0 rated for this stupid service and let everyone know.

if this thing happen again, I will terminate my acc with Digi.
