Debonairs Pizza / I will never use this branch and tell my friend of the bad service received fro your branch

I called to order a pizza, I order a standard and pay for a standard and they delivered a the real deal size which is smaller. I call the branch to complain about the Pizza size. The Manager promise that he would person to collect and deliver the correct size in no long than 30 minutes and am told not to eat the one that was delivered. I wait for 45minutes and nothing arrives. I called the branch back and the manager tells me that the size is correct without looking at it. Then tells me that he was too busy with other things. Well he now thinks that he should send some to collect. Now I must wait another hour before I can get my lunch. I don't think that this is proffessional and it is very rude to me as a customer it is now 14h30 and I am still waiting for my lunch. I will never use this branch and tell my friend of the bad service received fro your branch.

    I got terrible service from the branch and then wrote them an email complaining about it, and guess what, nothing. Your service is ridiculous...

    i am so disappointed, i ordered at 16:30, at !17:45 i called to check if my order is coming they said yes but at 18:25 my order was still not coming it only came at 19:45.debonairs mahikeng the crossing mall sucks

    I logged a complaint on the 26th of December regarding a 4 in 1 pizza and Steers chips we ordered. We were 2 couples at my home. The other couple also logged a complaint and received a voucher. Not even knowing the other couple received a voucher, a lady called Liezel phoned me this morning and asked me were we both complaintents in the same complaint and I said yes, then she was interigating me why we didn't use the voucher together, then I said to her that I didn't even know about his voucher. I feel we are 2 families not living together and in the first place was the first time that I complain about something. I did not ask for a voucher and she made me feel like I was only complaining to get something out of them! She could have just have the decincy to first explain that the other complaintent received something..we don't live together and I don't keep track on what the other complaintent do every second of the day!! Bad bad attitude to just asume I know anything about the other complaintent! It was my right to complaint because the FooD was cold and not even niCe and if I receive a voucher to wich I'm entitled to I would not prefer it to be at this branch in any case! Engen Garage in Uitenhage! I'm so disgusted! She just babling about that she can't make out a double voucher, then I said I don't want your voucher or your food!     OMW... This is now really one of the most pathetic results I have seen in years. The message came trough that they will contact me. But yet nobody has phone to apologise to me on what happened. Really. Come on man. How should I go back to a Debonairs store to make use of them again without proper service. This is not just annoying, but it shows the public how customer service looks like. So pathetic. I will get the word out on how they treat their customers. I have lodged a complaint with head office, no response. I have come to hallo peter, got a response but nobody sorted out my problem. They did not even bother to phone me. I have lodged a complaint on Facebook. Asked me for my number. But yet no response. Come on man. How do you work. Do you take as long as possible to sort out your customers. This is rather pathetic if you ask me. I will get the word out. I am tired of the ### service that I get.

    Kaone I agree with you. Had the same issue at the same branch. Logged a complain with the hot line received a reference number and still waiting for feedback. The Manager at the Crossing branch has a ### attitude cos he's big headed and feels that he don't need any1's business cos he's loads of money!!!

    Last night, I ordered pizza online, from Debonairs. I ordered a chicken tripple deccer, that upon arrival we noticed there were practically no chicken pieces on it. Each slice had 1 or 2 which is appalling as we ordered. CHICKEN. I am beyond angry and disgusted.

    I ordered a pizza at 10:45 and was told that deliveries start at 11:00 waited patiently so but still at 12:00 my pizza has not arrived no one bothers to call. i call the branch the lady says to me they had a problem with their bike in minutes my order will be delivered still nothing 12:40 call the branch again and im told that the delivery guy came in late the question now becomes why no one bothered to call and tell me that the order is running late? then 13:20 i call the store again and now i spoke to the branch manager who was so helpful i must say o commend the Burgersfort Mall Branch manager keep it up dear, but i think you need to workshop your staff or start looking elsewere

    Yesterday I bought a debonairs pizza triple decker something meaty hope ill enjoy it but only to find out it was as crispy as rusks it was burned I called to put my complain unfortunately they just apologised and said they forgot to put the extra cheese and then when it was ready they pore cheese and re baked the pizza I ended up buying another pizza because I wasn't up for cooking only to get angrier they told me it was free and this morning I got a call saying y didn't I give the delivery guy the money as if I refused to pay I went there and the manager named Xolani was so rode he even said its like I'm one of the brainless people I'm not happy I'm going to sue debonairs if they do not respon to this

    I want to file a complaint about Debonairs Pizza Rangeview Krugersdorp.

    Firstly they took forever with the delivery, so my order was cold and my pizza squashed.

    Not only that i didn't even recieve my full order, which i paid in full with a R50 tip for the driver.

    Now i'n not at all happy with this and demand it to be corrected.

    Either you refund me my money or give me the repeted order again plus the 4 missing pop itz at no charge.

    I'm not leaving this.

    322394 - complain, all I received from the branch manager was a call saying that it will not happen again.
    this is not on... I will ensure that I tell my friends and family to never order from deboniares again.
