Days Inn days inn 1595 oakland park blvd, fort lauderdale, fl

$900 disappeared from my account in dealing with this hotel on Jan 5. This was grand larceny and I have made a complaint with the police, but as of yet have not received the money back in my acct. Days Inn charged me more for the room then the price they quoted. The desk clerk made me wait a long time and was rude when I stated he asked me to sign for a rate I did not agree to. I decided not to take the room and asked for all the money to be credited back to me. Then, when I checked my balance I found he had withdrawn $389 not $163. When I asked him why he had withdrawn so much money, he claimed there was a $100 deposit. He had no right to charge that without telling me. Furthermore, an additional $125 had been charged, which he initially denied, then said it was a mistake. Then, he asked his manager to return all the money. However, when I checked my acct again; I was missing $900. He claimed the money was just an authorization and would probably be returned the next day. That was on Jan 5. It is now Jan 9 and the money has not appeared in my acct.

Please make sure this money is credited to my acct.

Days Inn hotel stay on 1/06/2017

I rented a king suite room at days inn Warren mi. Upon inspection of room it was NOT cleaned. There was blood on the floor in bathroom, blood near Jacuzzi and the floor was extremely dirty! We basically had to clean our room before we unpacked to stay. There was a drug baggy also found right on the floor of our room! How disgusting! What if I had brought my kids? Upon complaint to night duty, he explained that there was nothing he could do about it we could not get another room or cleaning crew was not there. He came and inspected, but said "there was nothing wrong". I'm not sure what his classification of clean is but not with these issues! There we holes in the walls and also floors... One towel out for Jacuzzi which is a two person Jacuzzi. The stay was the worst ever! I'm requesting my money back, I wouldn't go back ever. Unreal . I do have pictures, that I contacted cooperate about that I am sending in. Please check your rooms people, this place is disgusting!

Days Inn numerous

There are a few issues I want to complain about in reference to my stay at your Days Inn, Indianapolis indiana location...so I would appreciate if someone give me a call. Jan. 5, 2018
I had an issue in reference to my card I used and also a heat issue in my room which complained about numerous times and requested a refund for my stay which I checked out the same day.

Days Inn credit card charges

It all started staying one night in clare mich days inn..Charged me one night stay dec.2..2017..$91.79 we complained with the stay horrible experience. Said she would try to refund ...gave it back on my visa dec 12, 2017 ..$91.79 and $91.79 twice then took it back out on dec28 ..$91.79 and jan2, 2018 of$ 91.79 now my account is all mess up ...because i stayed one night never had this problem ever but i wont stay there ever again or use any of your booking .. I want my money back this has cost me alot more than the stay was worth would greatly appreciate my money back all in all they took it out 3 times for one night stay ...really

Days Inn hotel and room

I live out of hotels every week of the year working in field management for a retail engineering and installation company. I understand the nature of the business and I use to work management in the hospitality industry.

I checked into the hotel: days inn, 1850 str. 23 north, wayne, nj 07470 about 7:00pm on the night of december 2, 2018 under a clc check-in, reservation was under gerald biscoe.
I was checked into room 207 I believe it was and upon entering the room the first thing I noticed was the microwave was plugged into the light outlets so it made fining a light hard, once I located a light the room was a disaster and 100% not touched or cleaned for that matter, there was stuff everywhere the bathroom was a distaster as well. I went to the front desk and told the guy the situation and also told him I wanted my room upgraded due to the issues now 20 min.in duration after check-in, he then gave me room 210, upone going to that room, again no light at all once again, once I found a switch and checked room it was at least clean however very cold as temp are 12 degrees and the heat unit was turned off 100% there was no heat in the room at all. Located issues with light and there was 100% no light buld in the lamp powered by the light switch, I went to front desk told the guy and he said he had to check room then gave me a light bulb and said if you know to put it in you can (Are you kidding me, do I know how to put in a light bulb in a lamp really).. Took bulb back to the room and it was the wrong bulb, he gave me a tab style bulb I told him a screw in bulb, he then said now I have to look at the room as I don't know what you asking me for (Really dont know what a screw in bulb vs a tab bulb is, yet tells me to ask him if I dont know how to put it in, yet in the only one that knows what im talking about) so then he said try this and gave me a screw in bulb witch I took back to the room and put in. Upon looking around the lamp at the bed was unplugged as well, the prongs are bent to hell the bed it pushed into the plug outlet and in no way properly placed or designed. Just crowed in anywhere. At check in I was told 100% nothing about comp. Breakfast or free wifi information.
Took over 50 min. To check in and get a 75% competed room and I am suppose to be staying a min. Of 1 week, but could be longer. I can guarantee that I will not stay any longer and I am going to make sure my office and my travel dept. Know 100% about this situation. I was never upgraded! I was given a regual room... Nothing was done to compinsate for time wasied with this matter or answer to the failer of the hotel on this matter.  I work nights on this project and worry that there will be noise issues and more at this hotel as I am on the 1st floor and more... Plus I said upgrade and I was never upgraded.

I want a free upgrade coupon sent to me directly that is good for 5+ nights... If I use it on a 7 night stay I want it good for a 7 nighgt stay if I use it on a 2 night stay then I want 3 more days allowed but if the 2nd stay is 4 days I want it to cover all 3.  a min. Of 5 days free upgrade with the allowability to exend that free upgrade into the remeanining night of the stay if it exedes a total of 5.

1) 1st room not cleaned
2) 1st room microwave plugged into power switch outlet
3) 1st & 2nd room no light working untill desk lamp found
4) 1st & 2nd room room 100% no heat in room, unit shut off, outside temp 12 degress.
5) 2nd room no light bulb in lamp powered by switch
6) 2nd room  no dnd (Do not disturbe) sign.

If we can make arrangments then I will not pass along to my travel or corp. Offices and I will consider this matter handled. Please advise me asap.

Days Inn bed bugs

I booked a king room for one night at the one in Truman Arkansas on December 31. I woke up around 11 o'clock from something biting my arm. Just a few minutes later I found one bed bug beside my arm. I was told the room was supposed to be cleaned before we checked in. This kind of thing is unacceptable. Then when I brought it to the front desk he didn't believe me.

Days Inn restaurant service

I was attending the New year Eve party tonight.
We arrived 840 very hungry thought we eat watch the band.
Saw two tables with pizza only cause thier kitchen ventilation was frozen or broken.

We went to order pizza at 915 pm and were told nomore food service.

Hours pass and the cook brings out a pizza for a table near us.
Well we all. said gusse it's who you know.
Spoke to cook and said hay what's up thought you were not making any more food?
She looked at me like oh crap and said well they only had one hoping.
We said ya do. we wanted pizza one topping she walked away.

I complained to Fernando who seem to be in charge said what's going on we they won't serve us food tell us kitchen closed but for cooks friends they get pizza told she is leaving and she never left she was thier till we left after midnight.

Days Inn charges on credit card changed

I had paid for a week but checked out after 3 days. I was issued a refund for 4 days that I didn't use. The next day, Dec 22nd, the manager changed my credit back to my credit card and made the refund $85 less than the amount I was credited the day before. All this was done after I had signed my receipt showing the initial refund. I was not notified as to why this change was made and had no idea that the refund had been changed until I saw it on

If the Days Inn in Lebanon, Pa. doesn’t resolve this serious fraud, I will be charging the hotel manager for fraudulent and unauthorized charges to my credit card account.

Days Inn total refund of my money

Me and my son paid for 3 days then found out that we needed to stay for a month more
(Making reservations I was given a set amount $1200. 00) I then went to the front desk and I gave them $1200 only to be told I have to pay $1400. No problem we endured a apartment fire and needed to stay somewhere, thinking that you can trust a known company such as days inn. Ser and red Cross miraculously got a nice apartment for us, ON CHRISTMAS! I politely told the front desk that we will be checking out with in the hour. I made sure that the room was respectfully tighten up. I'm a grown woman. At the front desk I was told that I can only get 400 of my 700 I had coming back to me, told me that I have to come back tomorrow and get the rest of my refund. (The day after Christmas) I arrived back at days inn only to be told the manager wasn't in. That was it, nothing! I asked about what time you think he'll be in, only words I heard, not sure. Waited for a hour and left, gave them a chance to contact me for the whole day yesterday. Not a word! So now I'm contacting you. I will not return to the days inn. Please email me and let me know when I can get my money back. Western Union or NetSpend card something please. The hardship people go through in these days and time is no laughing matter. Thank you for your support.

Days Inn everything

I booked a room online last night at the days inn on macon road in columbus, ga, first we were back and forth from the room to the office on 4 occasions trying to get onto the room, she then sent us to anotger room on the 3rd floor, again, the key card didnt open the door, the attendant finally sent us back to the original room, where she had to physically open the door with her master key card and we couldnt leave withoit being locked out of the room. We did not get putlr 50.00 deposit back either... very unhappy customer.
Not to mention the wifi wouldnt work

Days Inn service and dirty hotel

I attended the Days Inn Hotel in Hollywood FL and I soon noticed that the hotel room was filthy and I received poor customer service. I attempted to take a shower and realized that the water was cold and I had the nozzle set on H. The water did not drain in the tub and was above my ankle. I immediately exited the room and proceeded to the front desk in order to check out. The clerk Kimberly was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund. She accused of lying about the hot water not working even when it was verified by maintenance person from their hotel. I frequently rent hotels and have never experienced such discuss and unprofessional clerk. After arguing with the manager, I was finally issued a refund and my Days Inn experience is over for good. Never again.

Days Inn the entire facility.

I am sitting in room 101 days inn, downtown Nashville, tn on trinity in. I booked room through booking .com. upon arrive, I stood at front desk with no one around for 10 minutes or so before clerk walked in from out side. He spoke broken English he was hard to understand . Seemed glad to take my money not so much in giving directions to room. Finally found room . It is not what they show on the web page . The room is run down bad. The door is not fully secure and you can feel cold air coming in around it. The room over all doesn't look clean. The fire alarm was beeping, called front desk, came and removed it because he couldn't get it to stop beeping, which I think is illegal. Not happy at all definitely want be back. And will be calling corporate office

Days Inn can't believe this is part of your franchise

We went to days inn maui oceanfront hotel on dec 6th. As an avid traveller this is the worst experience ive ever had. The room smelled, we tried to check out the next day and had manager close her door on us. Then didnt come in the next day ro adress issues. There are several others that commented on issues on trip advisor and yet nothings done on franchise side. Spoke to staff that stated manager doesnt do refunds and has no policy indicating anything and staff didnt know policy either. Horrible

Days Inn in trinidad, co

I arrived to the hotel around 730 pm mountain time. I tried to check in, the OWNER kept saying I HAD to take the non smoking room. When I told her this was not my mess up but theirs and I wanted my smoking room, she repeated herself. I had gotten my other half attention to come inside, that's when the owner and I started yelling at each other. When I told her, she couldn't treat me like that and it was her job as the employee to work with me, she threatened to call the cops on me. When I asked her for her name and corporates number, she wouldn't tell me the number or her name. But yelled at me she would dial th3 number in a very rude tone. I asked her for the number 7 times. When I was walking out, she yelled at me "maybe you need to get some sleep"
Like what the hell did the lady think I was trying to do. Hello get my double queen smoking room. I wanted what I paid for.
In the end we went to quality inn, and so glad we did. They didn't have 2 foot deep holes althrough the parking lot and was welcoming and very nice to us.
Oh and she blamed booking.com for the whole mess up. I've used them for 12 years now and have never had such a mess up.

Days Inn hotel quality

On 11/10/17, I drove with family to Champaign Urbana from Chicago to attend U of I football game. Arrived early evening to find a near empty parking lot and a run down establishment. I was led to believe this Inn was sold out both Fri and Sat nights. With children asleep, I decided to go ahead and check-in.

What I found was a filthy room. Building needs to be torn down. Only stayed that night due to traveling with children that needed sleep. Noisy heater built into outside wall clicked on every 6 minutes. Patched holes in the ceiling, worn bedding with holes in blankets (that you could see through), a toilet that was leaking/water on bathroom floor, a dirty tub, the lock on door had been torn off, short of linens/two had been refolded and place back on rack.

Continually through the night, motor cycles came and went. Adults shouting "get some clothes on" chased back and forth past the room well into early morning.

I was charged $220.90 for this room of horror and want a refund. I am notifying Wyndham Hotels and the better business bureau of this complaint.

Days Inn hotel condition

Stayed at Days Inn, Hillsboro NJ and was very dissatisfied. Floors were dirty, window curtain ripped, stairway filthy, shower condition unacceptable, hallways never vacuumed, side door security pad not working. Anyone can enter at any time of day or night. Attendant was sleeping on foyer couch. Left key card in room and went to front desk for new one but ID was never checked. I could have been a thief and cleaned out the room. During breakfast, strangers not staying in hotel would enter eat all the donuts and make bread and butter sandwiches and then leave. This hotel needs desperate attention. Daughter in law had bites on her face from sleeping in the bed. We stayed there for my father in laws funeral and we were very disappointed. Some pictures attached.

Days Inn front desk clerk took my 96 dollars and wouldn't give receipt and kept my money

I went to front desk to extend my stay on 12/6/1976 I was trying to reserve through Wyndham rewards it was my second night there. I could of went to booking .com so while I was making account he said 56 and change so I was about to pay then he asked if I had dog I said yes so he added more I told him I had 2 puppies so he was charging me for passed 2 nights I told him first night I paid hotels .com it says 10 per dog 20 per cat so amount was 117.00 I had 96.00 on me gave to him had to go to room to get rest of cash I had asked to move rooms he said no I did not have smoke alarm the door had been kicked inn hinges were out I told him I was scared at night.he would send maintenance. I returned told him I decided not to extend stay was short on funds well he kept my money anyway and now said I owed 150 .he did not give me a receipt. Its raining hard I had no money in rain.humiliated by the man that I could hardly understand.

Days Inn service provided

On the morning of October 29, 2017 I set out my dirty towels and never received them back I had to go to Walmart and buy my own towels. On October 27, 2017 we went to breakfast and it was close it did not open until 8 am breakfast hours are from 6am-9am and they promptly closed at 9am. The lady who takes care of the breakfast is rude and sits down most of the time eating in front of customers then when ppl ask for breakfast items to be replenished she says no because she is closing up(that usually happens at least 30 mins before breakfast ends. Housekeeping is slow and not thorough, I was bitten by a flea our first night they did change our room but then lacked on the services provided. Police are consistently there, there is evidence of drugs being sold, fights, and extremely loud and late nights due to "regulars". Due to my husband's job we've stayed here alot due to the cheap price we get through Expedia but we will no longer stay at your hotel.

Days Inn overcharge at days inn

Stayed in Hamilton Days inn on 210 main street, was billed twice for the stay, called my credit card company and was given a authorization number and asked to call the hotel to see if they can fix it, called was told the manager not here who takes care of accounts so cant help you, called second day and was told that will look into the matter and call me in 2 days no one called, when called got the same answer Manager Azim not here, when pressed for answer was told that the money would be returned in 2-3 days called again after 5 days same answer Manger Azim who takes care not here when asked for direct line was rudely cut of by the person on other side stating that it takes upto 10 days to refund the money. Still waiting need help to sort this out.

Days Inn management/room

I booked this room through Oritz.com. First of all the pictures on the internet are not what the rooms look like at all. Second, I have stayed at many Days Inn and have been very happy but this one in Fort Wayne IN on West Washington Center Road needs to be looked into. That place is so dirty and nasty that it doesn't need to be opened. They charged me thirty dollars for a pet deposit and they don't even clean the rooms. The room we had smelled so bad that I went and got some cleaner and air freshener before we went in. Then they had someone living in the room next door and all he did was harass my husband and would flip us off when we would go in and out of our room. I did go to the office the next morning to ask for our money back but was told NO. They did move up to another room on the other side of the building but that room was not much better but we had to stay there because we had already paid for the room. The room stunk and was dirty. The sink looks like it was going to fall off the wall and the tub was very stained up that I would allow my kids to take a bath. The toilet was coming off the floor. The walls had mold and stains all over them. The towels were old and stained. Then they ask you how many in your party and we only get two towel for a family of four. We stay in Days Inn when we travel but after the dealing with this one I am not sure if we will ever stay in another one again. If I was the owner of Days Inn name, I sure would not want this place with my name on it. We checked in on Tuesday, November 21 and checked out Friday, November 24, 2017. The hotel is Days Inn in Fort Wayne, IN on West Washington Center Road. Address is 1161 W. Washington Center Rd Fort Wayne, IN 46825. Phone number is [protected]. We were in room 107 at first then was moved to 121. I feel like I should be giving some of my money back because I only stayed there because they would not give me my money back and I had to go buy cleaning stuff and cleaned both rooms before we could stay. I also feel that corporate should take a look at that hotel in person because it is not what Days Inns are all about. I would have taken pictures but we were not there long enough to do so. All we did was sleep there and we slept on top of the blankets cause didn't know if we would get bugs. All I am saying is I was very appointed in my stay and that I know this is not the way Days Inns are and it should be looked into so you do not loose you good name.
