I order this product on 28 April 2018 and got the delivery today 2 May 2018 delivery was fine but the product I got have issues like its a duplicate! The lashes which I got are barely 2cm long there is magnet stick on each of the lashes which can be seen easily. These lashes are not covering my lashes even half way through. It cost me a thousand rupee which is very expensive and of no use for me. I order it to wear it on my birthday which is three days latter now tell me what do I do with these tiny little lashes. I live in Karachi and got the order from Rawalpindi

I have ordered 3 products on 29th April and they were a pack of nail polishes, nail art kit small and a nail remover wipe
Received a message that there is only one product and I should pay 195 only whereas when I was checking out the total was 844
Unprofessional behaviour I don't wana accept that incomplete order
Complete my order or else sorry I don't want it

I had received my book which i have ordered .. There is 6 page missing and not properly printed. I also ordered del carnige book.. Meethy bol mien jadu hai.'' there is also some pages is missing. I ordered the above mentioned product through daraz.pk however the shipment received is incomplete. The parts regarding wall mount is missing. Most importantly the free android tv box as mentioned in the offer is also missing. This is an example of fraudulent and misleading practice by the supplier. Either complete the shipment or the supplier May be directed to refund.

As i am entering the code it is saying its not valid.

2. I got mail with having discount offers of 4 to 5 app every code is working accept the Bogo code as its mention the below giving picture in the attachment that enter this code during purchase but its again not a valid code the app is saying.

And he also told me to his suitable location which is far from my home to be there after 5 minutes otherwise he will cancel my parcel himself.After 1 or 2 minutes he text me thaat he is going.. i rush there in 5 minutes and wait for about half hour hai called him where were u then he said I didn't reach there I m just coming in 5 minutes I wait for 15 more minutes then o returns to my home. And as I just reached my home he. Said I m there recv your parcel now. I told him I m coming there but as u came late so u should cross 1 more lane to give my parcel.. after that I called him many times he rcv my call and said I cancelled your order as you r not there were I told u.. 😠😠😠😠😠

I ordered Xbox one s controller Black colour from Daraz.pk. When I received my delivery there is no proper packaging teared up from one side when I opened the parcel there is no safety bag and controller was full of scratches. After all that I mail my issue to your website two time but there is no active response from your website. You can read my mail attach.

My name is Shahrukh. It is to inform you that i ordered power bank on 6th April 2018 and it was delivered on 9th April but found defective. I charged my mobile only once. When power bank was delivered it was fully charged so i charged my mobile twice, after that power bank gets down required to be charged but when i put power bank on charge it was not charging. Since then, i keep complaining about my product but no one is taking this issue in to their consideration as it is clearly mentioned in your policy that within 7 days after delivery your product can be changed or replaced if found faulty. Its been just 3 days to my product even though i am not getting response from your team.

With due respect I ordered delta boots from daraaz and im a regular user of your app. But this time the delivery boy did not have change and on which I insisted him to get change from the market or somewhere but instead he wanted the order back.
Im really sorry to say this but i wont be ordering anymore from daraz as this is now way of treating customers that too on week days when schedule out time for receiving packages. Moreover im gonna delete your app and recommend my friends who wewre too willing to buy these trekking boots not to.

1 product of my order no [protected] which was a skate board got delivered today, 2nd april 2018. It wasn't at all how i expected it to be, in the picture it was big and black and said to be of 2 ft and said to be perfect for professionals and in reality it's made of carboard and has a super man drawn over it, it's very small and seems to be suitable for a three year old, which is very odd and disappointing. It's quality is no good and it wasn't even packed. I'm never ordering anything ever again, you guys are such frauds.

I no longer required this product and want to return it as per return reason no. 5 given in return form.But once I called customer care they told me that I can not return it. Moreover they aslo said it can not be even exchanged.Being a reputable/ trustworthy website hope daraz .pk would comply by their rules as given in return form.

I ordered 5 servo motors MG 995 from CODESKTECH through DARAZ. I have been delivered only 3 MG 995 motors. The rest of them are different products. If the seller had not got the required motors then he should not have sent them.
Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible as I have paid for 5 MG 995 motors but only got 3 of them; the other 2 motors are not of any use to me.

It was not genuine
The product didnt worked as it was shown on the site
Blades were of so pathetic quality,
Cutting of even soft vegetables was very hard with the product bought
Either it was not genuine
It was just wastage of money and time too
I used online buying for the very first time on daraz.pk
But it totally dissatisfied myself and the i am disappointed of the quality of the product delivered

Blades broken in the very first use
Now the whole product is useless

I placed order # [protected] on 02-Mar-2018 through daraz.pk and pay the order price+delivery charges online through credit card. Order was confirmed the same day. Today 13-Mar-2018 Daraz reps is telling me that it is out of stock and order cannot be shipped. Ridiculously how online placed item get out of stock after confirmation of order.
Solve the matter and deliver me my confirmed order.

Asslam 0 alaikum... How are u the team. I had purchased a4tech hs-30 model headphones set, a couple of months ago. I use the headphones for whole day during my office work. Initially it was good for a couple of days, but after that, I have started having rashes on the outer sides of my both ears and some to the behind ear area as well and its giving me pain and urge to irritate my ears. The rashes can be seen visibly.

I want to return that product back to you asap.

I have returned back pathetic products purchased through draz.com. after that i requested and marked returned products on 08-dec-17 to credit amount in my personal account against order number [protected] till then my amount is not being credited in the account. The person which marked my returned item by his mistake generated my "voucher" for claim refund instead to "credit" same in my account. Every time when due date came call representative made lame excuses and given me another date.
I want to know do draz.com has any ethical policies or code of ethics to address the customers. It is once again requested the concerned to please look into my matter personally which is being delayed since 08-12-17. Furthermore, i also claimed for compensation voucher for botheration which i m facing since more than one month.
