i had received my order on 22 oct 2018 monday . as i received my order i charged it but it is not charging..and the mouse courser is not working properly .
Then on the same day 22 oct 2018 monday i immediately made a complain on a number provided on your warranty card slip.
Then on the next day i complained on your daraz helpline number.They told me that " delivery status of your product is not updated so please wait and make a call after 24 hour.
due to these procedures the daraz returning time had passed away.
so, i want that register my complain and refund my money OR replace my order.
please resolve my issue as soon as possible.for contect me further [protected].
note : all the complained sources conversation and necessary documents are attached.
