Cricket Wireless / haven't received my cell phone

I ordered a cricket wireless cell phonefrom on a saturday, the confirmation page said it would be a three day delivery. A week later I still had no phone so I emailed the customer service department of the parent company to cricket (Because the actual cricket company will not speak to you unless you have a cricket phone number). The parent company did not answer my questions directly but instead gave me a tracking number to track my package via fed-ex. I tracked it and according to the tracking system the phone was picked up the day I emailed them (Which was a week after the actual order date) which lead me to believe that had I not emailed them and asked where my phone was, it would take a great while longer to get my phone then advertised. I will still give their service a try but so far I am unhappy with the way they have done business and I am not even a full customer yet.

    My phone has been searching for 2 days. I can't call or receive calls.
