Coricraft was running a special on there couches. I live one and a half hours from Pietermaritzburg so phoned them and asked if I could order a couch and then choose my style and fabric when I came through again. Paid for The Connor Couch and said I would pay the difference once I had decided on style and fabric. Phoned and ordered the couch after having looked at there Springfield branch. Went in 4 days later to pay the outstanding amount that I had to pay. Realized I had ordered the wrong couch. Both same style but one has memory foam as cushions and one has puffed up cushions. (Santorini & Elliot) Asked if they could change the order and was told no. Left Coricraft not knowing what to do. Later phoned the manager and told her I was not happy that they could not change it as I did not want the memory foam as cushions. I was told that I would have to pay 10% of the value of the couch (R849.50) to change my order. I then said they must cancel my order if that was the case. I was then told that if I cancel my order I would loose R1400.00 . Signed a refund form on 10th October 2017 and still have not been refunded. Did phone them the week before last to be told that they were going to pay me last week. Still waiting. Need to know why they are
going to deduct R1400.00 and when am I going to get my refund
