Dear management

On Saturday the 9 July 2016 my fiance and I purchased some Mandarins from the Wollongong Gateway store.

When opening the mandarin it was mouldy inside. We opened another and same result. This is my fiance favourite fruit. It is also an embarrassment to our country as she is visiting from overseas.

I made a report to on Duty Manager Aaron at 19:50 pm 11 July 2016.

I have frozen the Mandarins and have kept the package that they came in, The expiry date is 15 July 2016

It is the same here in VICTORIA but it is where you can see the rotton fruit and workers walk past them. When I went and told them they said they was on a break come on on a break almost every time I go??? How can you have disgusting fruit on sale and not put a stop to this??? Coles you really need to work on your manager's and tell them to get staff that are nit lazy.
