Circle K Storescustomer service is horrible

I went into your store that your company took over from Valero. It's Tuesday 24 July 2018 at 7:30 PM and both of your clerks were talking on the phone while there was a line going to the back of the store. Neither one giving a damn about the customers. When I finally got to the register a lady by the name of Eugenia, not positive on the spelling, was the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever met. Insulted me and called people names, racist. Because your company would employ someone like this I will never do business with your company again. A real shame because I was an assistant manager some years ago with Circle K and we were proud of our customer service and professionalism. I guess your company doesn't give a damn anymore.
