Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings unresponsive for my cash out request

I have sent the documents many times as requested. I've not received an email or any form of respond from chumba casino. I am getting emails to sell me more tokens but never the cash-out request. I received the document request on march 25th, 2018 and I replied on the 26th with requested documents for pay-out verification. I received another document request on the 27th and I re-sent the documents again on the 28th. I have (2) outstanding pay-out requests that still no respond from the casino. It's now april 12th, 2018. I was provided reference number for each cash-outs I requested. I am writing this to let people know that this company is not what they advertise as a reputable company. Do not waste your money and time. I am not expecting any pay-out as i've lost my interest but I am concern that they now have personal information about not just myself but many people who had the same experience. My thoughts is never trust such company. I am now tracking my credit report to be sure that my information is in fact not being used by someone else.

I too put in for a cash out. Sent on required documents which was my drivers license and my credit card statement. I blacked out my credit card number on my statement but you could clearly read my name and address. They said that wasn't acceptable. They wanted my bank statement which they are not getting. I sent several other documents but they said none worked. Then they said I had 2 accts with Chumba which is not true. I have claimed with paypal because I feel I have been cheated and lied too. If paypal doesnt help then Im going to see about a class action suit. There are thousands of people this has happened too.

i submitted 6 different claims for cash out each for $100.00. Chumba instantly asked for proof of identification. Totally understandable, so i submitted my drivers license, my property tax statement and a bill that i had. They got back to me after nearly a week and said that it wasnt good enough and that because my license was going to expire in a few weeks they wanted one thaaat wasnt expired. And MY LICENSE IS NOT EXPIRED. I sent them copies of my insurance cards and still i have not heard a word back from them.

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings want to cash out winnings but no communication

How in the world does a customer collect winnings? Several months ago, I had a personal paypal issue with the account. It has been cleared and all good since before the first of this year. When I attempted to continue gambling on your site, I was asked for id. I did complain at first (id to most of us is a prized possession) but, in the long run, I consented. Afterwards, I was blacklisted! For no reason! So, I created a new id (I have a couple email addresses for my children) and was allowed to play. I did accidentally put the month wrong birth date (was using my email address I created fo my daughter.. But, all the other info (address, name (I am recently divorced and have docs to prove and resumed my former name) ect. So.. How do I collect my winnings? I have spent hundreds to pay and through my paypal account. So.. Is it possible to get an answer or if not, then am I to assume that this is a scam site? I would hate to think that. I do enjoy this site but not at the expense of my bank account or pride. Anyone out there? Also tried to connect through private message on fb. Anyone?

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings cash out procedure/ not paid

I cannot imagine spending money and not seeing a return, this is why I hardly ever gamble. However I was in a situation were I needed some money so I tried it. I spent my money to put on the account to play and won 181 dollars which one hundred of I decided to cash out. Since that time I have summited countless documents including state id any they have yet to pay me. I can't seem to get them to respond after sending the exact credit card statement with their company vg holdings on the statement. They need to be shut down this is a scam of maximum proportions, my customer ticket number is 2038578 they refuse to comply with their own rules please stop them from taking people's money NOW! The guy I talked to was named Ivan. Do yourself a favor just go to the casino instead.

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings payout

Ive played over 1, 000 dollars with this online casino. I finally woon hitting 3, 800. I went to cash out the ask for verification they accepted my ID but they never accepted 2nd proof so I went to bank of america to open a bank account so I could send that and now they said they closed my account because all the documents were tampered with. I am going to take them to court.

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings verification and withdrawal

Fourth with your customer support for over 3 months now trying to verify myself and withdraw the $1, 100 that I won I sent in my ID they said that was good I sent in several different supporting documents at first the couple they said oh that wouldn't work so I sent in the ones that they asked for I sent in my W-2 form for my taxes because that's what they said would work as well and now that's not good enough and they want phone bill which I sent in when it was new when I first started sending in supporting documents and they said it wouldn't work then but now they want a phone bill because it'll all the sudden that will work I have sent so many different supporting documents that match my ID and say who I am but every time I send something men that they ask for it's not good enough it's getting really frustrating and I would like for my verification process to be verified and done and I would like to collect my winnings I've wanted to play on chumba Casino several other times but they have my account deactivated as well until they figure out that I am who I say I am what can I do I am getting real tired of sending in basically every single form of documentation I have I don't have anymore I sent in paychecks stubs I sent him bank account W2s I've sent I don't even know but I can go in my email and find out exactly what I sent I don't see why I can't be verified already and collect my winnings this makes me not want to do business with you guys ever again I've wanted to play several other times but I'm not depositing any more money because I still can't even get the money that I won that should be rightfully mine

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings cash out not received

I have sent several emails trying to collect my winnings. At first, i was told to send the necessary documents to verify my id. My id was accepted but not the second document. So, i sent my bank statement as well. After that i got a couple responces saying that they were very busy and would get back to me and soon as possible. I tried to Cash out one amount for 800.00 and one amount for 100.00. The ticket number is 1957023. I am getting No responses and no updates now. Can you please help me collect my winnings? Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings see charles valera chumba winner or what? 5 days a, month ago

i was there I saw the entire deposit to winnings and now from the 24th still charlie aka charles has not been paid. It is a scenario that doesnt make.sense since I have cashed out 100 times since then but the scrambling to run to the dmv find the extra over the top documents to satisfy the approval process that is alledgedly in the payout queue over verifying someone else is another person. being that has been supplied its TIME to payup or get out of the US market chumba and are they in california or Australia? the website is misleading. other wise ive had a remarkably great time except the approval procedures are ridiculous. Patriot act and payout whats so difficult.

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings cheating, hustling undermining business

I played and one it was stupid then cash out I played more didn't listen win that one night after i've been playing for about 2 months I put $10 in after putting $60 in that day at $10 at night and 20 minutes later I was up 9900 $86 that was february 24th 2018 I submitted all proper documentation and got verified then they wanted somebody else's id I provided that and now it's been 5 days since providing them with that and I still haven't seen any of my cash out payment they said it seemed q then they said it's being under review at the relevant department why isn't it and it not in my paypal account it's been 3 weeks this place is a cheating hustling under minding business [censor]

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings cash out problem on their end

I have been playing chumba for a few months now and I have won a few thousand dollars stupid me didn't cash out but after putting in about 600.00 in a matter of a month it was 2-24-2018 I put 10$ in and started playing and I was doing great lets say this I went from 10$ to hitting the feather on wild hot 7s and I was up 9, 285.00 so at that point im not going to be stupid again and play alnight and end up giving it back so I cash out 100.00 and 2, 500.00 and another 5, 000.00 and I still had about 1, 600.00 in the casino so I switch game and end up on the big Goreela and im max betting after spinning a few times at the 1.00 amount. so there im 25.00 $ a spin and my luck strikes again I hit for 2, 965.00 so I go and cash out another 4, 000.00 $ and I submit all proper documents and then they asked me about a friend of mine that I so him there casino and now they want me to provide them with his us valid ID and so this is a friend of mine from highschool that I havent seen is almost 20 years so now I have to track him down and I finely find him take the day off of work so I can take my high school friend to get him a new id so that I can provide chumba with his ID to verify that I was who I said I was and that this other person was in-FACT a real person and he is. now at this point I have submitted my documents and my friends also and now its been three weeks since I had the win of my life happen to me yet im still waiting for my cash out payment. also I have almost every cs rep tell me to rest a sure that they would be more than willing to move forward with my cash out once they have received my friends ID and I submitted it 5 days ago and I m still having to message chumba support everyday. then to top it off I get a coupon from chumba yesterday for 100.00 $ they will give me 150.00 wow that great and all like really it sounds good but unfortunately I don't have any money to get coupon because chumba casino is stalling on my cash out payment

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings cash out issues

I have continued to write e-mails to Chumba thru there portal
Days go by and and no response. When they do respond it a song and dance of why they will not cash me out stating terms and conditions.
Additionally I have cash out with out with no issue in the past.
One my several request for response
"As stated earlier in my request you refer to terms and conditions. Nowhere in the terms and conditions does it state that two people in the same household can hold two different accounts with the same address.
All payments to Chumba were paid by two different accounts and we both have two different log ins."

My account has no bearing on the wife's. She has had to submit her ID thought his portal on a separate ticket as he does no have the original register e-mail.
This has been going back in forth since March 4th

All want is the cash out ...I never go on the site again.
We have done everything that have requested and still no result

It looks like I am complain about the same thing everyone else is complaining about. I wanted to cash out at 100 $ and it has been verification email after another. Every time they say my documentation is not good enough and now they want a bank statement and I don't feel comfortable giving them another one. I want to call them and get this handled and over with but can not find any phone numbers.

After playing for weeks and depositing more than a hundred dollars I finally hit some luck. I won 240 dollars and immediately want to cash out. I go through6whole process for the first time cash out requests. I summit all required documents twice ! And still my winnings have not been transferred. VGW HOLDINGS and all games from this company and complete and total scams. Do not wast your time or money on any of VGW casino or poker games. You will regret it in the end.

I had to submit documents twice, but eventually I did get my $300 cash out.

Here are their parameters for ID/utility bills:

- At least 1 GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID, showing your complete name, proof of age and physical address
- PLUS 1 supporting document as proof of address. This document cannot be older than 3 months
- Preferred supporting documents are:

-Utility Bill (Gas, Water, Electricity, Sewer)
- Internet Bill
- Cellular Bill (excluding prepaid)
- Bank Statement (excluding mobile app checking account)

In addition to that, please take note of the following in sending your documents:

- Document must be regularly received, perhaps on a monthly basis, to prove that you live in the residence address that you have provided in the verification form
- Name and address, company name/logo, and date it was issued should be visible in your supporting document must not be older than 3 months
- Make sure that the whole page of the document is captured, including the edges and not folded or inside an envelope and in clear colored copies so we can process your request quickly.
- We do not accept tampered or edited (in any way) images/pictures.

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings not paying out winnings

February 18 I played slots on Chumba Casino I bought in several times and finally hit like 80.00 and I had 20.00 in there so the total was over 100.00 so I decided to cash out and I have been waiting and sent the documents they ask for keep trying to get my money and feel like they are not going to pay up! Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings payout refusal

In jan /feb 2018 chumba casino / vgw holdings has refused a$100 payout sighting their rules for withdraw say a recurring monthly statement. To verify your address you must email them a monthly statement and I have completed this process this about 20 times for them,
Approx 5 different types of statements. Suddenly they are saying it must be an electric or phone bill, then closed the pay out request
When I sent out another request for the original $100 the said the could not read the statements and closed my pay out request
When I sent another pay out request for the original $100 they said I had multiple accounts and closed my request. During the process of trying to get them to payout my account was accessed and charged multiple times so they deactivated my account, saying it was to secure my account and that if I wanted to get back into my account I would have to change my password, however they deactivated my account.
You cannot change your password on a deactivated account because its deactivated
Now I cant get into my account at all

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings $150 won 2 weeks ago and not been paid

I won $150 two weeks ago and still have NOT received my money. I will be contacting the gaming commission and will try my best to get this place shut down. You take my money out of my account no problem but when I win I get the run around about my documents being reviewed that was only supposed to be review one time. I'm done with this place and hopefully so will this whole company after I get done with this ordeal! Have a great day

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings could not get paid out on my winnings of 425.45 after sending several forms of identification

After spending money to play on I finally hit a good amount of winnings to cash out on and when I hit the cash out button a screen would come up to verify my account but would not go past that. I contacted the casino by email and they said that I had to send in several forms of verification which I did and then I couldn't get them to pay or respond back to me or pay out after several attempts. I knew then I would not get any winnings from them. I feel like I had sorry customer service and was took. My emails to them also disappeared.

I have been playing this casino for a while even though I have lost free spins due to crashing etc. Well after all the cash deposits and never winning. Finally won some $$. I requested two cash outs one for $100 and the other for $450. This was on December 30 2017. I have submitted my Identification and proof of address at least 5/6 times still being told they cannot except my documents or not clear enough, etc. Can't get a phone number to speak to someone. Just told they only communicate online through emails. Seriously what do you need to do to receive your cash out? Not sure what to think of this online casino, some say they get their cash others say they don't. It's been almost three weeks of back and forth emails and still nothing.

Absolutely right they are a scam casino. I'm sorry but got won't get paid. I had the same thing happen. Been 2 weeks and still waiting and fighting and arguing with them.

I was spinning on my free 10 games at 2:33 am on 12/27/17 and I got 12 free spins it froze up on my free 8 spin and I hit the wild in the middle and it would not let me spin or spin my other free 8 spins I also had 52.50 that I had won and it would not let me collect it either. I have a total of winnings of 1345.21 and it would not let me cash it out either. I have pictures and videos.
