I have been to this casino on numerous occasions and just want to say it's one of the worst establishments I have ever visited; the staff condone violence on the premises with allowing only simple warnings. A staff member refused to call the police when a member was attacked, and smirked. The general manager Steve Mosley was contacted who made no effort to solve the situation.
What happened? I'm so sorry to hear, it's just terrible
They let the drunken lower class prance around like common slobs tolerating whatsoever. When you win money, you get given bad looks by members of staff who then makes notes about you. They don't know what customer service means, they neglect their customers. It's simply atrocious. Especially when one is assaulted, seriously hurt, then completely neglected. This actually breaks a few laws. I am so angry. What happened with you exactly?
