Community Financial Service Centers [CFSC] my money

I had cashed a check at the bank into my friend account and the bank said it would not deposit, so therefore I went to a check cashing and got it checked. A month after the bank had asked for the $247 back from the check as well as the check cashed if place. I had paid the check cashing place $ 132.24 I order to cash my other checks. They wouldn't allow me unless I had paid an amount. Now they want to only give me 115.00 when I still have to pay the bank $247.00 which is not fair.

Community Financial Service Centers [CFSC] debit card charged twice because check cashier samantha azuna was not paying attention

On April, 2019, Marcia Troutman [protected], debit card was charged twice.
I have receipts to prove it and also I have it on my cellphone on line backing account.
I spoke with the Supervisor, Avriel Baretto who informed me that Samantha Azuna is the cashier who made this error. There was also another cashier present, Maria Pena, who was very unprofessional and automatically kept checking the camera as if I was not accurate when I have the receipts as proof. During the conversation with them at the following telephone number (212) 534-4382, Avriel Baretto provided me with this website. Avriel Baretto and the staff said they saw the transaction error and suggested for me to call my bank (TD) and file a dispute claim and get a provisional credit. I informed them I will be writing a letter to file a complaint because this should have never happened. I need my money promptly as I am in the midst of moving and this error put a froze on my bank account.

Community Financial Service Centers [CFSC] worker disrespectfulness and poor customer service

Every time I go into the store I always spend longer than 1 hour there, and not due to over crowdness due to poor customer service. the workers talk to customers like they are peasants. They curse, take long purposely, speak badly in other languages.

Community Financial Service Centers [CFSC] I am complaining about gina tucker, manager of the elmsford cfsc branch

December of 2017 I went to the CSFC location in Elmsford to pick up a transfer and to send one off at the same time. The cashier by the name of Gina Tucker was very disrespectful to me and was making comments like "hmmm picking up money and sending off money" in a very condescending way. I told her that I did not appreciate her comments because whatever transactions I was carrying out was none of her business as long as I am following CSFC guidelines and protocol. She became very loud in the store arguing with me in front of other customers that were waiting. She then remove herself from around the counter and was adamant that she was not going to complete my transaction and that I should go elsewhere. It was when I said I was not leaving and that I would report her is that she came back and finished up my transaction. I did not file a complaint at that point in time and let it slide because I felt that she was just probably having a bad day. However, since then every time I went to the location to do business, she has something smart to say even when she is not the person handling my transaction. I need this to be addressed because I have been using this location for over 8 years and I never had any issues until she showed up.

Community Financial Service Centers [CFSC] maintenance / safety protocols & concerns / professional services

my complaint is towards 241 E. 167 street my situation started on 01/6/2018 around 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm when i have entered the business i had seen that they had put pieces of wet cardboard boxes but it looked like that could not withheld down the safety and conditions of the wet floor in which the pieces of cardboard was deteriorating. i had slip and fell on the floor therefore as i was entering .i did not see a yellow wet sign put out in place out on the floor to advice customers of any potential harm or danger, or a carpet put in place near the entrance to maintain safety on the floor. the premises was so slippery and wet, snow and slush all over the entrance floor that caused my hard fall she the manager showed no sympathy at all or any concerns in which the manager did not have any diligence for and resolving the matter . other customers had to advice her to call the ambulance for me in which she did not follow up with. after she was advice teen minutes later after my fall she calls 911 . the ambulance arrived within three minutes and escorted me to the hospital and further assisted me and obtain information. and also as i recall the store manager she did not take the time to write my information down or did not do any paper work at all with me or asked for my name and never approach me or any other protocols. that was so highly unprofessional poor management, poor customer service, poor maintenance .the store manager had no value for me as a client/customer at all. and also poor management skills to the full capacity. awful environment not well maintain in being clean it is such a filthy place. and also i can't believe that the manager permits panhandling in the entrance door inside and out side the business which is unacceptable and discomforting and distracting . and also a time consuming process to be assisted by a cashier rep. this place needs a lot of revitalizing from the inside and out not only to the employees but to the management and also their supervisors that assist this location please retrain them or replace them if that does not work just close it down.

Community Financial Service Centers [CFSC] confidentiality service

I went into the check cashing place on 46th and North Avenue around 7:10 p.m. on Friday December 22nd 2017 I came into the check cashing place handed my check to the cashier I first signed my name then my social when she picked up the phone to verify my check she had the phone on speaker so the whole store can hear what I came in the store to do and what kind of check I was cashing. I told her if she can hand me my check back that was very confidential and that was very unprofessional what she just did. She also was not giving my business any attention she was having a whole conversation with the security guard as we were trying to do money transactions. I will never come back to that check cashing place I will drive far out for better service.

Community Financial Service Centers [CFSC] consumer racial profiling at 2 fairview nj store

I am writing this while it's still happening and I am waiting for the next cashier to assist me. I am at the CFSC located at 3 Anderson avenue New Jersey. I came to use western union services that they provide at this store. I asked the cashier in english for all hundreds and she told me they don't have hundred dollar bills at the store. I was fine with me until five second later, a customer standing next to me being served by another cashier asked the cashier in Spanish for all hundreds back and she said of course. I didnt mind then until The cashier that was attending me, said to the other cashier in spanish: "Don't do it now, wait for the black girl to leave", becasue 5 seconds ago, she refused to provide me with what asked. NOT KNOWING THAT I ALSO SPEAK SPANISH, BECAUSE I AM LATIN, BUT DARK SKIN.
I told the cashier in Spanish then, that I want to received the cash all hundreds, she was shocked the moment she heard me speaking Spanish. It couldve stopped there, but not only she got an attitude but STILL told me Spanish that she wasn't going to be able to give me the bills the way I requested, and If I wanted, I had to make the other line, which is the line with the other cashier.
Consumer racial profiling is not only disrespectful, but it's extremely hurtful and NO ONE, BUT NO ONE SHOULD BE DENIED SERVICE BASED ON THE SKIN COLOR.
The type of treatment that I recieved (Racial profiling) is not only pernicious, it's illegal. The core of the Constitution of the United States promise equal protection under the law to all and freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures. Also, it violates my civil rights according to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination by privately owned places of public accommodation on the basis of race, color, religion or national origin. So, you cannot deny service to someone because of his or her race, color, religion, national origin or disability.

Community Financial Service Centers [CFSC] unethical rude employee behaviour

I would like people to know that Today on Monday October, 23rd 2017 by 7:30 pm, I was very verbal abused by a rude employee at Checks CFSC Cashed. Located at 1213 Jerome Av. And 167 street Bronx NY, Zipcode: 10452. The employee, looked in her late 40's or early 50's and she is short with light brown short shoulder length hair, she is also average sized. This woman had an arrogant and unacceptable tone. I asked her nicely to do a photocopy for me. She then said to me, I don't know how to do that! You bother me too much, ugly old lady." I then tried to get a photocopy service which she refused to provide me it to me, because according to her she doesn't know how to properly use the photocopy machine and pushed me aside, while the youngest employee told me " Come Mrs. I will help you." and she did. The reason why I am making this complaint is because I don't want other customers get the same abuse like she did to me.

I accidentally paid 200 dollars on my landlords electric bill, I contacted cfsc to get the money refunded.I know for a fact the financial place has my money and at this point I feel as if your stealing my money.I will like back my 200 dollars as soon a possible please call me or I will take further actions .[protected] I want this issue resolved in the following 2 hours or a lawyer will be notified thanks

Community Financial Service Centers [CFSC] 3969 whiteplains road bronx ny

So im online with 10 or more customers and there are only two women behind the register with only one working as the other Spanish heavy set female closed her register while she was waiting for someone one to relieve her ( a skinny African female with braids ) they waited approximately 12 mins to tell us that there system was down... Hence another female online waiting as well, she walked up to the counter as she exchanged big yellow envelopes with the ( African worker ) as they were done with the exchange she said please continue to tell the costumers that the system was down until she arrived back on the premises... Is this protocol when there isn't enough workers or is there something illegal going on? I've taken pics and will go to media with this as I am affiliated with certain social networks. You guys really need to investigate the problem here before it grows into something that will diminish your great credibility as a good check cashing business. March 10, 2017

Community Financial Service Centers [CFSC] CFSC check cashing. 128 east 29th st

Hello, my name is Ruben Lopez, and i have been cashing a company check for years with no problem .. The problem I have is with one individual who always always give me excuses to not cash my checks.. Either the checks are printed sometimes or written. I sell art and get percentage for selling art. Artlifting Inc is a world known company that sells our art. The checks always have phone number and this lady always refused to cash or even call the number to verify that the checks are valet, but she always refused to cash it. She works on Saturdays and was told by her manager to cash my checks whenever I received my checks. She still refused last time again. I reported her to BBB last time. I was assured that it will not happen again . There phone number is212-685-4359. Cfsc check cashing . Im going tomorrow again. July 23 2016. If refused i will make 3rd complaint

I'm complaining about jessica roman manager of cfsc 1407 ave z. Brooklyn ny 11235. I came today(01.15.2016) to buy money order for 1000$ and she refuse to sell me. She sed show me your id. Rudly tslking to sombody rlse on the phone. At this point i came from gym and j dont have id with me. Very roud persone. It is sed that a lot people looking to apply for jobs. And this kindle rotnes still working here.

Dear sir / madam:
I am file a complaint to cfsc: checking cashing. The place it resided at 837 soundview avenue, bronx, new york 10473. The manager name is belks salcedo. She and other cashier is holding my s. S. I check. They were holding from the 9 / 26 / 11. They upset with me. Because, i call and hang - up. And, they supposely, to call me. And, even call the person that received the check. I send my check to this program that call secure check. The manager is calling me a mental that why i get a s. S. I check. I am need some help with this soluation. The main financial bank n. A. The location is at mb financial bank, n. A. 800 west madison street, chicago, il 60607. I do not want to change to other place. I am tell you honestly, i be calling and hang - up, because i do not give her, them. The satisifaction, of to be bad. But, the worst is the new york city pd do not do anything. I would that to know and to fix the problem.

I am not mr. Hoffer. I do not own the casher. I had the same problem. Now, i have my check there. I am filie a complaint b******g about the same thing. L do not own the place. I am owner, i used to get my check there. .

I tryed alot of thing. I almost got arrest for getting my check. So, i will file a lost of check. I will get double check and let them in trouble with state and with department of federal division. Or, write to newspaper.

I want to file complaint to federal complaint of not fixing the soluation i am having. If they do want to stop this problem. Send me, a debit card with my ssi check. If they do not reply this settlement. I will not stop of filing the complaint. They got up to tuesday, 25, at 12:00pm. I will file federal complaint.

Just went to CFSC cash checking #680 and for a almost 45 mins the teller was have a non job conversation with the customer. I let them know this is a job and I got to go back to my job . The teller flash me off with is hand and told me I could leave. This is what business is all about although I am paying him to have a job he is so disrespectful, then after he finish with the customer he left location and went to the back and never come back, I had to left without service. He was disrespectful to me. This is ashamed company employees people who are so angry and expect to do well. I will never go back or recommend anyone there. . Teller #3 between the hr 1pm - 1:45pm when i left need to be train to deal with customer.

Or eating breakfast at 8am and the line about to get long. People started to say thing to them and
One spanish heavy set because they do not carry id or give there names to the customers that goes
There to do there trans action. I feel they are very rude and no manners. Also i myself experience
A situation with a supervisor black woman and was told she will check my check again early because
She will not do manual checks. Who is she to tell me this went i go there to cash my check every month only because she is new in the office. I will be going again and i get service or i will call you
