On April, 2019, Marcia Troutman [protected], debit card was charged twice. 
I have receipts to prove it and also I have it on my cellphone on line backing account.
I spoke with the Supervisor, Avriel Baretto who informed me that Samantha Azuna is the cashier who made this error. There was also another cashier present, Maria Pena, who was very unprofessional and automatically kept checking the camera as if I was not accurate when I have the receipts as proof. During the conversation with them at the following telephone number (212) 534-4382, Avriel Baretto provided me with this website. Avriel Baretto and the staff said they saw the transaction error and suggested for me to call my bank (TD) and file a dispute claim and get a provisional credit. I informed them I will be writing a letter to file a complaint because this should have never happened. I need my money promptly as I am in the midst of moving and this error put a froze on my bank account.
