Cebu Pacific — cancellation and rebooking of flight
Jan 28 2pm flight was cancelled due to "bad weather" yet 2 other airlines was able to land a few minutes after the said aircraft 5J 622 wasn't able to land. They keep us waiting for too long till 6pm they cancelled the flight.
After hours of waiting in the line, around 7pm i was rebooked by agent Karen Batuhinanay and Jerome Lopena for the next day flight 10am, they said its a confirmed flight. And to find out it was chance passenger. It seems like they're trying to fool us from that rebooking event. Then we have to wait again for chance passenger for another ailines PAL. Our time is wasted as well as our money . A deciplinary action to the said airlines and people is necessary.
