Carrefour / tv installation
I just want to inform you that I bought one 55 inch Samsung Smart TV on 18th March & your team committed to fix it on 20th March afternoon.
There was no sound from the installation team, so I called your customer service desk, they hand over the call to the section head & told me that he will call back within 2 minutes, no one called.
After 20 minutes I called them again, asked me to hold the call, I was waiting here 16 minutes holding the call, no one speaks& your people just disconnect the call with out attending the case (Call log screenshot & bill copy attached ).
