polo shirt

Hi. I bought a Lacoste polo shirt from York MacArthur Glen outlook.
From the first time I washed it and now everytime I do it patches develop. It looks like the dye is washing out of it
I have sent some photographs. Some are taken in a different light so the colour of the shirt looks different but it isn't.
Please could you advice me on what I can do?
