I purchased a washing machine model wm tc46k zanussi from carrefour egypt sun city branch, invoice n# 0047068, dated 18.6.2018. I paid cash on the same day with a promise of delivery is max.10 calendar days. Carrefour delivery service of home appliances

I purchased a Kitchen Gas Cooker model Hammer fresh from Carrefour Egypt, Maadi city center branch.

invoice nr. 0096046 dated 02.06.2018

I paid cash on 02.06.2018 with a promise that delivery is max. 10 calendar days .

I have been advised of more than 4 delivery dates and non is never committed.

till now I did not receive the cooker I paid from 6 weeks.

and still no delivery date is fixed.

I request a fixed delivery date and compensation of this delay.

Carrefour unethical behavior

I went to buy a phone yesterday morning in shindagha branch of Carrefour, I was attended by a salesperson, I told him that I was looking for a low budget phone and I chose also, but the salesperson took me to Xtouch mobile and he asked me to buy that brand, I clearly told him that is out of my budget but he started force me to buy only Xtouch, even though I told him that is not in my budget he didn't listen to me.
Finally I changed my mind and came out from Carrefour .
This is really disappointed situation for me that I can't buy what I was looking for.

Carrefour bagnols en foret

Quand j'ai appelé au supermarché Carrefour de Bagnols en Forêt, l'une des principales sorties de secours était complètement bloquée par des stocks de bière. Ceci est très dangereux et contre les règlements de feu.Peut-être s'il vous plaît contacter le magasin et leur demander d'effacer la sortie de secours. Je vous remercie. Carrefour do not buy sea products or kids' toys from carrefour

On the 20th of June, I submitted a complaint to this site and on Carrefour Egypt site. All what I have received is an e-mail of apology and a notification of reviewing my problem. Since that, no one contacted me with a huge ignorance. I will report this incident to Customer Protection Agency in Egypt. The way of handling my problem is very frustrating. Many of my acquaintances informed me that they faced the same problem with Carrefour when they bought sea products or kids' toys.

I bought a 3-D Bop Bags on 6th of June to give it to my son on the Eid vacation (15th of June). When we opened it, it was cut! After finishing our vacation, I went to Carrefour Maadi Ring Road today the 20th (within 14 day). However, the responsible for the toys blamed me for waiting till now. Then, he started to smell the product!? He said he smells cigarettes and he refused to take it. The behavior is very strange. I called the manager and he refused to take it too. The amount of money spent that day was 1800 LE. The price of this toy is 70 LE. Am I going to lie for this? I told him if he insists to not take this bad toy I wont buy from this store again and he replied 'as you like'. This will be the last time to spend a penny in Carrefour. But I have to complain about this strange and bad behavior. The receipt is on 6/06/18 14:48 0001 11 0089 131.

Carrefour failure of epos system to reflect promotional deals.

The POS material and the Promotional catalogue currently in date both offer many "Buy 3 Pay for 2" offers.

At the payment till it is not possible to see an itemised list of items and prices, until payment is made.

After payment is made if the EPOS is incorrect the discount or free product in the case of "3 for 2".

The Customer Service desk at Carrefour Fuengerola would not refund us for the 3/2 product and forced us to wait a long time whilst they manually inserted the 'net price' (ie the cost of 2 divided by 3). We have experienced this several times and will not shop in Carrefour again.

Hi. I came every week to ur store to get my home inquiries. 2 hours wz my family to collect what we need. I give them ur gift card with tha amount of 600 le They didn't give me my supplies that I bought and they said that am I a thefe. Cause ur company system didnt accept my gift card. They took my supplies that I choose for 2 hours. And they fighting wz me and my wife

Carrefour refund in spain

I returned some good on the 07/06/18 at san javier branch and was told the money would be credited back to my nbad debit card within 3-4 days. To date I have still not received the money, can you check on this and advise me when I will receive the refund. Attached is my receipt for your reference. You can email me at [protected]@claymore. Ae, please note I live in the united arab emirates so cannot go personally to the carrefour in san javier to resolve this.

Carrefour after sales carrefour abudhabi - murroor road

I have bought one tp link router from airport road, abudhabi outlet of yours. 3 months before. Now it has stopped working. When i went for fixing. They are telling it will take minimum 14 days to fix meantime i will not be given temporary replacement. Even their manager could not even help me in this regard. Im really disappointed. From a company like yours im expecting faster responses. What is the point of giving warranties ? date of purchase 8/03/2019

Carrefour unethical behavior & bad product

Carrefour fridge samsung

I paid in Full for a fridge at Carrefour Estepona. Invoice number A5874118. It was paid on 13th June 2018 for delivery by Friday 15th June 2018.
To date the Fridge has never been delivered to me.
Worse still is that if I call the store ( dozens of times) they simply put the phone down if I dont speak Spanish.
I have tried online, I have called help lines, no one ever calls back and the fridge is not delivered.
This store is the most appalling place to try and shop.

Carrefour samsung 55inch tv

We purchased the tv in elche . Got it home did not open the box until 6 days later . The box was undamaged so had no reason to believe the tv would be. Unfortunately when opening the box the scree was damaged . We took it straight back to elche. They refused to change th tv . Inferred we were lying . All they have done is send it back to Samsung for us to pay repair. Why ? This tv was damaged when it was placeD in the box why is it the assumption that we have done it when we have not. We are not liars and are dismayed by the customer service . We have been loyal customers for years and have bought many tv in uk and in Spain . Never again .

Carrefour seven up drink.

Expired Date for Seven up!

Today at 10:30 I bought 1 seven up with limon from Carrefour Dubai DIP branch, when I drank it I felt not good, I Checked the Validity date and I found it Expired already, I backed to same branch and I informed all stuff incharge there but they said "sorry sir", now I feel not good and i'm on my way to hospital to Check my helath!

Carrefour indesit washing machine

Dear Sir/Madam,

Hope this message finds you well.

Please find here under the story of my terrible experience with Carrefour Maadi City Center, Cairo, Egypt.
* On the 8th of May-2018 I bought 1 washing machine and 1 dishwasher - Indesit brand.
* On the 12th my family received the washing machine on the agreed address.
* On the 13th I checked the washing machine and I found that the packing is in a very bad condition (the protective foam is broken from 2 sides, Totally compressed from the top & so dirty from inside, meantime the plastic shrink wrap has holes from all sides) although before completing the purchase transaction I emphasized with the salesman that I'll store the products for more than 1 and half year, So the products should be well sealed and packed, he promised me that without saying he will do that as they have a lot of the selected washing machine in the Branch's warehouse, I trusted the salesman and I paid the invoice of the two products.
* On the 14th I called Carrefour Egypt call center to complain about the packing condition and I asked them to change the product because of its packing condition and because I'm within the return policy (2 weeks), they told me that a representative from the branch will call me within 24 hours.
* On the 15th late night I called the call center again as no body called me and after one hour from my call, a representative from the above mentioned branch called me and I explained to him the problem, then he told me that will check with the warehouse and will call me back.
* Approx. on the 17th, I received that dishwasher from Indesit brand agent (B-Tech) and the packing is in a very good condition and clean.
* On the 24th I called the call center as nobody called me back as promised.
* On the following day I received a call from the branch and they said that they will try to find a solution and they will call me back ASAP.
* On the 29th I called the call center as no body called me back as promised.
* On the following day a representative from the branch called me offering illogic solutions like:-
1- When I Install the product after 1 and half year and it is not working the brand agent will replace it to me … I told him that this is will not happen because the technician will write in his report that the product has been wrongly stored and accordingly they will revoke the warranty and in this case I'll lose the 5 years warranty and will fix the product on my expense.
2- I can Install the product and use it or store it for the 1 and half year… I told him that I cannot do that because I'll Install the 2 washing machine in my new house which we'll be ready after more than 1 and half year.
3- I can bring the product to the branch location and they will check it and will decide if it needs to be replaced or not…. I told him why don't you come to check it in my place secondly how would you know without unpacking the product that it is working properly.
4- If none of the above solutions are not applicable I can come and meet the Supervisor… I told the Rep "why don't the supervisor call me, It is easier?" he said that he will tell him so.
* On 2nd of June and on the 3rd I called the call center trying escalate the issue as until this moment nobody called me and I'm trying to reach any responsible person but I couldn't.
Note: during all the above calls I'm saying why you're making the case so difficult as I accept to replace the washing machine in no hurry as I can wait whatever time "Just Promise that you will replace it" meantime, I can change them with different available brand (Ariston Or Bosch) and I promise that the price will be equal or higher.

Carrefour living room aldora

I brought a living room Aldora two weeks ago with TV table.
I received missing nails مسامير ناقصه و needed to collect the living room and wrong TV table.
They changed the table in another day.
I asked the قسم التجميع to come للتركيب then I was surprised that the nails wasn't the right ones neededلا يوجد اتصال بين الشركه المورده و ا
و قسم التركيبات و ترتب على ذلك اننا عملنا مشوار لكارفور مرتين للبحث عن المسامير
خدمه التوصيل غير فعاله و لا يوجد رقابه عليهم على الاطلاق

Pada hari minggu, tgl 3 juni 2018 saya berbelanja di carefour, saya memiliki voucher carefour dan bermaksud membelanjakannya, namun ketika Tiba di kasir sistem error, sehingga pembayaran dengan voucher tidak dapat dilakukan. Hal ini sangat merugikan, karena saya membeli voucher tersebut juga dengan uang. Kalau belum siap nggak usah keluarin voucher segala. Percuma beli voucher nggak bisa dipakai!

Carrefour parking service

Dear Support,
First of all let me introduce myself, Maria Koupaly 28 years old. A loyal card holder at Carrefour and my phone number is +[protected]
I am writing because I parked tonight at carrefour and I have spent 1 hour at the supermarket; the purchase was 188000 LBP.but instead of getting rewarded with a free parking, I have paid 7000 LBP since I've lost my parking ticket in the supermarket. I went to the customer service desk to ask for any help and they told me that they can do nothing, all I have to do is to pay the loss amount which is 7000 LBP. I have showed them the receipt and asked for a discount of 2000 LBP since it's the amount paid by the supermarket for the first two hours spent there, because I found it fair to pay 5000 LBP instead of 7000 since I am a loyal customer at Carrefour. But Mostafa did not accept neither he called the Manager who was rude as well. I'm not a kind of person who go online and give a bad review without at least explain to the customer service my point of view. You should be more flexible with your customers to keep them.

Carrefour payment not received and unethical behaviour

I have also worked as a document editor for CarreFour customer service kayli.eva.[protected]@gmail.com and Carrefour.[protected]@yandex.com to the amount of $180.00.

I was told this service was no longer being used and would I like to work as a processor of payments. I responded to the affirmative.
Now I have money from an item sold on eBay to a person in Portland, OR that is claiming the product was not delivered to her.
Repeatedly asked for documents from Carrefour.[protected]@yandex.com concerning the shipping and delivery address with no response.
The money is still in my account and I need a resolution to this issue.
My next recourse is to send the money back to the buyer via PayPal unless I get something today.

Carrefour cashier behavior

I have just now shopped from your Aueuil branch. I have presented a card which does not require a pin. After payment was approved, the cashier asked for my passport for identification. I did not have it with me as it was in the hotel.
I showed her the email confirmation which was received by me at that moment. But she was hesitant. Some other employees intervened and she later conceded.

I understand that Carrefour has every right to check identities where warranted. But I have a complaint about the attitude.

After everything, she joked in my presence about me having bought an adult item. This is very bad behavior and embarrassing to the customer.
This is not what I expect from Carrefour and that too in France! May be you need to train your staff to behave discreetly.

I hope you will doo the needful. I attach my receipt.

Carrefour daewoo washing machine (under warranty)

We have given my washing machine for repair (under warranty) called to carrefour (May 5), picked up after all the trouble of follow up (May 9), till May 15 we dont have update both from Carrefour and the service center, till this date May 27, 2018 - only they say they are waiting for parts - which is only a bearing, a bearing- we dont have in UAE. First what kind of service you are providing to your client, 2nd why you are having an after sales service center that suck, 3rd I am a paying customer expecting that when I purchased an item it will be good and tested, and a warranty should be a peace of mind.

I need my washing machine back today or I will make a formal complaint to Consumer Rights in Dubai UAE and all your social media accounts.
