Carrefour / I am complaining about a product bought in brazil that was not delivered
I bought a micro wave oven on 23 November. I paid an additional fee to have the product delivered on the 2nd of December. Then I was informed by Carrefour National/Brazilian customizer service that my product would no be delivered acordding to the schedule due to difficulties faced by the Logistical company mamed Direct Express. I livre in Rio de Janeiro, Colacabana, there os no difficulty for anyone to get to my house. I checked some complaint sites and there are lots of similar situations. I understand that this lack of commitment affects very much Carrefour's credibility in Brazil and I expert that this problem can be fixed ASAP.
