Carrefour problem regarding my cell phone

Dear,
I have a problem regarding my cell phone. I bought an iphone 7 on 17/03/2017 for 699$, after 4 days i found that the same phone is for 599$, the sales person didn't inform me that there is a special offer after 4 days, and it is not an answer that he don't know about the offer because there is carrefour anniversary festival, i am disappointed from this situation . I work in a retail company and i know how the things goes . I need a solution because it's unfair, i am not buying a t-shirt or small items i am paying 700$, for that i am requesting the carrefour management to satisfy their loyal customer and to refund the difference.

Carrefour washing machine

Let me start by saying that this is one of the most appalling experiences I have had with an appliance store and it is most certainly the very first and the very last time we will every be buying anything larger than a loaf of bread from this shop.

My husband and I bought a washing machine costing over $600 from the Carrefour at the Two Rivers Mall in Nairobi. Delivery was slated for Tuesday 14th March. I stayed at home all Tuesday waiting. Not a peep from. No phone call. No text. No delivery. The next day, again without any hint of the warning we are normally accustomed to when dealing with far more professional services, a delivery man turns up at our house at 8pm at night while my husband and I are out. Our guard lets him in, he delivers the machine only for us to get home to find out that while making the delivery, he has damaged the exterior of the machine. This is all quite apart from the fact that we came home to find our backyard a complete mess - styrofoam packaging just thrown on the ground and strewn everywhere.

This was now over a week ago. We immediately called your call centre - in India - only to have someone tell us that a new replacement would be sent immediately. Several phone calls between my husband and your call centre have ended up nowhere. We have been unable to do any laundry for nearly two weeks waiting for someone to come and pick up the machine your driver damaged and give us a new one. It is really unbelievable. As I said at the start, I have sincerely never experience such a shoddy and unprofessional service in my life.

If you are not able to organise for this machine to be replaced by the end of this week, then kindly give us a refund and come and take your machine. I have really had enough.

Carrefour tv installation

Dear Sir,
I just want to inform you that I bought one 55 inch Samsung Smart TV on 18th March & your team committed to fix it on 20th March afternoon.
There was no sound from the installation team, so I called your customer service desk, they hand over the call to the section head & told me that he will call back within 2 minutes, no one called.
After 20 minutes I called them again, asked me to hold the call, I was waiting here 16 minutes holding the call, no one speaks& your people just disconnect the call with out attending the case (Call log screenshot & bill copy attached ).

Carrefour online store

I want to make big complaint about the online service of Carrefur and say that this is not the Dubai service has to be
Ordered on 13 of February and received after calling st least 10 times on 21st of February item by your Online store and it came with defect
I returned more than 3 weeks ago and still don't have it in my hands
Want to say my disappointed is huge and i will never ever use your online services and will not recommend it to anyone because this delay shows disrespect to your clients

I hope someone who can make something to see this complaint of mine because your company making lots of steps back comparing with other online stores and services

Carrefour very rude staff!

I went to Carrefour store and was very disappointed with everything. Store was very dirty and I don't mean only floor. Shelves and products were covered with dust and dirt and it actually looked like no body cared. I asked a young lady (Carrefour employee) why was the store so dirty and she did not reply. She just made that face showing her nasty attitude. Just imagine that: you are talking to a customer service staff and all you get is silence.
Not to mention that cashiers were rude, and when I was leaving the store their security guard was staring at me as if I stole something. I really hate our local Carrefour, people who work there have terrible lack of manners, they need proper training.

This reflects the same as a Carrefour in Turin Italy, same problem, who does the recruitment for Carrefour? The HR department needs to look into solutions for rude and arrogant staff.

Carrefour bought a tv

Bought a tv at carrefour in Dubai mall of Emirates. Took the tv home and the screen was cracked. Took the tv back to the store for a exchange. The carrefour store told me that won't take the tv back and there's nothing they can do. I paid 2000 Dh. This is the worst costumer service ever. I will post on social media outlets not to buy electronics at carrefour. The tv was faulty and I am out off my money. It's a scam. I just wanted to exchange the tv. No money back no tv. It's a robbery.

Carrefour fake promotion in carrefour

Today I went to carrefour in City Center Shindaga and purshased some stuff. I have seen from carrefour's broschure about their offers on baby products. It clearly says that in every purchase of baby products worth 100aed, I am entitled for a scratch and win coupon. Trying my luck, and so I shopped 100aed worth of baby products( diapers, baby wipes and a lotion) with a total bill of around 100aed. As expected, I went to the after sales counter to redeem my coupon. The staff from that counter refused to give me the coupon. Out of his hesitation, I asked him to call his duty manager (by the name of Ahamed) and asked him why I was not given a voucher. As per him there might be a system issue on going thats why they cant provide the voucher which is completely not my problem. Even he himself as the duty manager cannot explain to me clearly why I am not eligible. I felt so insulted as a customer by this incident. I have read and understood the terms and conditions about the offer and I have not found any reason at all not to have one.

Carrefour edimax w/l wi fi

Dear sir,

I purchased edimax w/l wi fi product from carrefour on the 25th february 2017. The device turned out to be faulty when it was installed at home and it did not work the first time.

Thinking that the issue may be with our installation, I called an it specialist after paying him aed 175/- and he confirmed that the problem lies with the edimax device.

On 3rd march 2017, on the 7th day, I visited carrefour burjuman centre, from where I had purchased the said device, with the purchase memo and the contents including the cd unfortunately I did not have the box.

The salesman at the counter after about 45 minutes confirmed after checking that the fault was with the device and the concerned person duty officer mr. Abdulkarim touitoui was called but he refused to exchange or refund stating rules and regulations of carrefour, stating he will send the device to service centre which will take about 15 days.

I explained to them that since children are studying, they require internet services and 15 days is a long time for service of the product, but he was monotonous in his answers.

After I insisted that the problem is with the device and box had nothing to do with it, he called the manager mr. Fernando, who also repeated the same.

I must say that both the duty officers were not kind and didn't understand the customers feelings considering carrefour is in the service industry and customer satisfaction is of paramount importance.

I must say the matter is not about aed 99/- but customer when purchasing the product relies on carrefour and has the confidence in the brand that carrefour has in the stores.

This was not accepted from the duty managers of carrefour, and regret to say that me and my daughter who accompanied me were dejected from the service levels and their understanding of the customers feelings, specially from a valued and renowned entity like carrefour which is known for its high customer service standards.

I insisted to the duty managers that since I do not have the confidence in the product, I will not be using this product but ensure to complain to the carrefour management and bring to their notice the importance of the customer satisfaction and it is not about the money consideration only.

My earnest request to you is to consider my plea and I may be allowed to exchange or refunded the amount.

Your early revert would be highly appreciated.

Carrefour lg tv

I have purchased an LG 55” TV on Thursday 23/02/2017 at Carrefour Fujairah Century Mall. I left the store at 1820H (as per the security stamp). When I reached home and unboxed the TV, I found that it had a crack at the bottom of the screen. I immediately took the TV back to the store and was there before 7pm. After speaking to the very unhelpful Manager Mr. Salah Bin I was told that the cracked screen was my problem and they will not do anything. I was told by him and the aftersales counter staff that all this is explained at the back of the bill. After going through terms and conditions at the back of the bill, we realized that there is nothing that says the TV cannot be returned or replaced once it left the store. As I was speaking to the manager and he could see that he was in the wrong, I asked for his name and company identification number to take this issue further. At first he gave me his name on a piece of paper and when I again asked for his company id number he got upset and told me “Now I will give you nothing”, he then grabbed back the piece of paper that had his name on it and threw it onto the printer that was out of my reach. I also then told him to keep the TV and give me some sort of note stating that the TV was on the premises as moving it back and forth was obviously going to damage this more. He then walked away from me without saying a work and told the trolley boy to put the TV onto a trolley and wait for me to put it into my car.

My concern is, I was asked by the salesman to check that the TV was working and I told them that I will do my shopping and come back to see that it was ok but when I returned after my instore shopping, the TV was already boxed for me to take away. I did ask if the TV was working and was told that it was, not thinking that anything could be wrong and also from prior experiences in buying TV’s from Carrefour which I did not inspect I was fine with taking the TV home. The second concern is, the trolley boy that initially took the TV to my car, struggled to get it into the car and had to force it in. At the time I thought nothing of this and after speaking to my office staff that travels with me home and witnessed the incident, we realized that this could also have been damaged then. I am totally disgusted to find that I have paid such an exorbitant amount on a TV set that cannot be used and also at the service level that I had to endure when trying to explain the problem.

I would appreciate any assistance you could offer in this matter.

I also had a horrible experience regarding their service. Their services are one of the worst. I can't understand how they still able to run the business. I ordered a month ago and didn't receive in time. When I got it's almost broken. Disgusting.

I have purchased new I phone 7 from carrfour bawadi mall branch in al ain & I had faced problem after 4 months ( Number gives the caller switched off while trying o call me even my phone & number is ON, I have to restart mobile several time a day then I will be able to recieve a calls ).I have dropped the phone to same place as per warranty rules since that day no follow up calls recieved & today one person called me & mentioned that I have to sighn out from my I cloud then they will be able to have a look to my problem & which is required 2 weeks more .
This typr of customer service not acceptable for me since i have to be without mobile more than one month .
I have paid you same market price which other market have axiom & apple warranty which i can fixed it withn 24 hours, but with you i have to keep phone more time which is not acceptable . please look seriously to my case otherwise will be raised to regional office . looking forward to your reply

Carrefour pricing in my local carrefour

Dear Sir/Madam,

As a frequent customer at Carrefour Lavapiés, Madrid, I am absolutely appalled by this never ending discrepancy between the price of various products on the shelves and the actual price you pay at the till.

If it had happened once or twice, I would accept it but it seems to be common practice in this store! I will quote just one example as the list is so long it is impossible here. Eco Cesta Muesli Frutas €2.50 on the shelf, €2.85 at the till. This has also been the case with many products I have purchased including chocolate, Camomile tea, yogurt, etc., etc., etc.

I would like a valid explanation as to why this is happening repeatedly. Also, when pointed out to staff at the till, they shrug their shoulders and fail to do anything, acting like they couldn't care less. I have formerly lived in London, UK and if ever this were the case in a supermarket, they honour the price on the shelf and offer the customer an apology.

I am absolutely appalled with such lack of customer service!

Carrefour city mall superstore jordan

I have the following compliants
1- The staff employed to fill the shelves are annoying, rowdy, the they enjoy block the isles with their trolleys and cartons.
2- I wonder am in a supermarket or disco...why the loud music
3- staff enjoy gathering between the isles and stand there to chat and laugh
4- terrible hygiene at the cold cuts and cheeses section
5- important areas are cramped with display products while other areas have open spaces...carrefour needs serious space management
6- what is the story with the plastic bags that cannot hold enough weight

Carrefour samsung tv curved 55"

Worst customer service ever, unprofessional employees, liars! You are ruining Carefour image! How come an international organization like Carefour would accept to employ such people!
I registered a complaint against a tv Samsung bought from landmark branch on September 2016 and still under warranty, complaint was registered on Sunday February 12 afternoon and I was told that they sent already my complaint to Samsung service center, I called Samsung and clearly they told me they didn't receive any complaint about my case! Today only Tuesday 14th February Samsung received my request and they told me nearest schedule is February 23rd! Seriously?!?!?! And Carefour customer service center told me maximum 2 to 3 working days! Really unprofessional

Carrefour delivery of 2 tvs samsung quantum dot 65"

Dear sir/ms.
I bought 2 t. Vs "65" samsung quantum dot" on the 3rd of jan, and I was told ill receive the delivery within 7days (Which is written by the employee on the receipt).. I received the t. Vs' after 15days *, and when they opened them so I can check, I found that the tvs are not packaged the same way I saw it when I got the first t. V (I bought one same tv at the end of december, and I went back on jan 3rd to get two more). Anyway, I told the delivery guys I will not sign for receiving the tvs, the package was torn a little from the outside, and from the inside there was no plastic protection at all on the tvs, so I didnt trust taking them and I requested that they get me proper tvs just like the one I got before.. They made me speak to the supervisor called "khaled" and he told me no problem we will arrange another two for you..
After couple of hours I got a call from the sales man at carefour (The guy who sold me the tvs) and he made me talk to the manager " called ahmed" and he told me that those were the last two pieces they have and its either I accept them the way they are or he cant get me new ones..
I have been trying to reach the supervisor called khalid, he rejected my calls and never answer until this min, and I couldnt reach the manager called ahmed, no one wants to give me his number.
Today I contacted the sales man, and I told him I want to talk to the manager and I was very upset, minutes later that manager ahmed called, he told me that one of the two tvs turned out to be not working or has an issue, so ill have to take one tv and return yhe other one.. What?

I live between dubai and cairo, and I know how carrefour in dubai is and how respectful and successful carrefour is.. I got really shocked and very upset when this happened with me specially that its carrefour in the picture.. I know the quality of service wouldnt be the same here in cairo but I didnt expect it to be to that extent..
I bought the tvs because I like them and I want them, I am not intereated in any refund neither a change in the tvs model.
I paid 120, 000 egp in carrefour over 3weeks time, for the tvs and other electronics as well. Im a loyal customer to carrefour whether in dubai or in cairo, so I think I deserve to receive the products I paid for in good condition, am I right?
I have full trust in this organisation because I have seen the service level of carrefour throughout the years, I hope you can handle this issue and I really hope the service level of those employees in carrefour - cairo festival city - cairo gets better and they know how to deal better with customers.

I would be very glad if I get a quick feed back and a solution for this issue.

Carrefour a problematic food-product

Dear Sir/Madame,
i bought from a greek supermarket a while ago-I do not remember exactly the date-, a bottle of Carrefour Eopices Paprika Doux with an expiration date 12/2017. The product has not yet expired.
I noticed two days ago (04/02/2017) something in the product and with a closer look i discovered a lots of small white worms in it!
the product was clear when i bought it and i have kept it closed very well in a dry and dark cabinet in my kitchen, among other bottles of spices.
i am terrified at the thought that the whorm eggs were already in the product when i bought it and used it!
On the product label it is signed that it is produced in Allemagne.

Carrefour customer service

YOn December 11th I visited your store in Cairo festival city and an advertising banner fell down onto my shoulder it was steel. I immediately went to customer service and reported it as had I been carrying a child it would have smashed there skull. Mohamed sayed took my complaint didn't bother to come and check where it happened and said the manager will call you tomorrow as day off now. Almost three weeks passed and no contact I went in store to speak to him and for a short period the manager said he look into it but on 2nd January he on WhatsApp advised me he would all tomorrow Horne to meet him and his manager this call never came ! Today we took a day of work to visit the store to meet mr silvan as advised to last week and he was not there!but all advertising similar to the o e that fell have been removed. Disgusting customer service even emailed Dubai twice and messaged carfour Cairo on face book but nothing happened is this your standards!

Carrefour my final settlement

Dear Sir/Madam,

I worked as a finance clerk with the Employee no [protected] in RY2 Granada store from 28-08-2013 in 22-10-2016 I came to India on emergency leave because my mother admitted in hospital she got heart attack and doctors suggest to do bypass surgery is held she is now on bed rest for 3months me and my younger brother is there only to take care of her.
The reason I didn't return back to my is financially I'm unable to purchase my return ticket and I dnt have any other choice to go back.
Sir I'm requesting you to please help me by sending my gratuity amount to my attached resignation letter because to help me as I work sincerely on my work and sorry for my resignation.

Carrefour re: customer service!

I wish to make a formal complaint after visting your branch in Torremolinos Spain today the 27th Januay 2017 at 9.30am.

I was in Spain from Hong Kong whilst visiting my elderley parents who reside there. I visited the customer service desk to return a bottle of whisky my Father had purchased in error. I had translated into Spanish that he had purchased it in error, he had paid cash but unfortunately no longer had the receipt. This information was printed on a piece of paper and passed to the assistant. Suddenly a number of staff descended on me shouting I needed a receipt; I have lived all over the world and travelled extensively and I have never been dealt with in such an agressive and threating manner. I explained I did not speak Spanish and was told by a supervisor who refused to give me her name that ' I was in Spain and should speak Spanish'. I have never heard such a racist comment. Spain is a holiday resort and thrives off tourism; treatment such as this does not make me want to visit Spain and certainly not Carrefour. When I said I was unhappy with my treatment one of the cashiers stood at the desk and started to laugh; ' I asked her what she found funny' but she didn't reply. I gave another female assistant my Father's Carrefour loyalty card and she located the purchase but still she refused to refund the item in the form of cash or a credit note. I asked them for a form to make a formal complaint and their names but each member of staff refused to give me their name. I have never received such despicable and rude customer service as I received today and it bordered on racism. I would like to pursue this as a formal complaint and I want a full investigation

Carrefour polish approach to chinese

THis attachment posted on Instangram tonight from a Chinese friend living in Poland doesn't say much about how you care for your Chinese customers
Sure the intent was benign, but the response of not changing or seeming a little empathetic means you come across as uncaring at best, or at worst - racist.
