Canon Canada Inc. 1400 Courtney Park Drive East Mississauga, Ontario L5T 1P7. I purchased the Canon Power Shot A75 on June 15, 2004 at Walmart for $454.07, it worked well until April 2007 when lines appeared on it when you tried to take a picture. I called Canon and they said it was a problem with them called CCD and I sent it to them April 07, 2007. You could look at the pictures on the memory card before we sent it to them.
They sent it back to us and the camera would not read the memory card for any function you wanted to do. I called them and they told me to send it back to them again which I did by Ground Collect Purolator on May 9th, 2007.
We have called three times about our camera and every time been told it is in repair, we bought this camera because we needed it and think we have given them more than enough time to check it out. We feel they have fried our camera and are not wanting to tell us this, this being the case I want a new camera. We have a normal camera we have had for 25 years and it is still working, I thought these digital cameras were the best.

have spoke to support 2 x already. First time to check set-up. I tired to disable sleep with no sucess. Called support and some changes were made but still have the same problem printer stays in sleep unless I tap the screen. Also very slow on response.
I just purchased a canon 244 ink color cartridge for my TS300 printer and printed 2 pages, the ink level dropped 25%. What going on with these cartridges?
I purchased a printer 28 April 2023 2 months ago and paid R13000 for this Canon printer. The printer is no broken and I refuse to take it to a repair shop. I invested alot of money into this product and it's broken. How can you pay so much money for the product to be going to the Canon repair shop. I am so dissatisfied with this
you can download the app on an android phone but it won't pair with the printer. I have followed the instructions to the letter and it is still a no go. the android show the app, the bluetooth shows the printer but it won't pair with the printer!
So what now?
This platform doesn't work. We had to refer the matter to an Attorney. But at least I can spread the news about no performance on social media platforms.

I purchased a new Canon pixma TR8500. After 3+ hrs trying complete the installation on a Saturday morning, I called Customer Service. Canon does not provide customer support on weekends, when a customer might actually have time to dick around with installing a new printer. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME ON CANON PRODUCTS.
I just bought this item. I have properly installed all software, drivers etc. the scanner does work using my computer but the manual buttons don't work. I have a MacBook Pro with OS Mojave 10.14.5. operating system. Why don't the buttons work and what is the way to fix it.
How can CANON allow and not doing effective activities against scam sites like https://www.cameraeastore.com/ My son "purcahased" several items from this Canon scam site because he strongly thought that the site is really Canon.
I have ordered a camera on 2nd November and it supposed to be delivered after a few days. And I saved the invoice which is attached and even sent to emails but without response. I THINK IT IS A FAKE and I do not know how to recover the money back.

I mailed ($10 postage) my Power Sure Shot to Canon Canada in Mississauga for a defective CCD. They said they repaired it and sent it back to me and it did NOT work. Again I mailed it back (another $10 for postage). Second time they said it was a loose connection and they sent it back to me. Guess what, the camera still doesn't work, something entirely different is wrong with it this time. I can't get hold of anyone to fix this problem at Canon. I suggest people avoid Canon Digitals cameras, just not worth the trouble.
never let the big guys screw you... I just found a problem myself on my A75 today. Seems the sensors are gone on it and it's part of a recall.
I will be sending it soon to get it repaired and will keep you posted on my outcome.
In the meantime I bought a new Fuji S1000 just in case...
