Burger King wtf!! rotten food rotten service

Burgerking is the worst fast food restruant i have ever went to eat at in my life.IT is located in mansfield tx, 76063 on matlock road to be exact. I had went through the drive threw and they had gotten my order wrong twice! I had to go inside to make sure they get MY ORDER RIGHT. I had to hand it back 3 more times. I had recieved kid size bugers with nothing but some small patties and cheese. I had DEMANDED to speek with the manager only to be lied to by him.I wanted bacon in some whoppers and that is not what i got. The manager lied to me and said they had bacon and in the middle of me talking to him he walked away from. I will never again go to a burgerking and i will tell family and friends not to eat there either. I was greatly overcharged for those small, dry, and tasteless bugers i had gotten and for rotten service as well. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Burger King refusal to honor free food certificate

Went in to buy a pair of whoppers for my son, this done iI was given a small reciept and it said if I called the number on the reciept I would recieve a free WHOPPER for my efforts. Today I took he reciept back to redeem it, wel when I tried to redeem it, first I was told I had to buy one to get one free, then told that instead I would have to buy french fries to get the free burger, well this was not printed on my reciept, but evidently if you has recieved a longer copy of the same reciept that might have been on it, As a matter of principle, based on what I was told on the phone and my reciept I was to be rewarded for making the call at no cost to myself.Well 4 employees were telling me through the window that I waould have to pay for the fries before I recieved the Whopper, well I had also ordered a large milkshake for my son, so at this time if it ment so much to them that I purchase the fries, which I didin our not want anyway, I told them to return my reciept, which they did after I again demanded its return very loudly. At this time, I informed them that since they would not honor their corperate giveaway of Whoppers, I would not purchase anything from them and left. Much to the disappointment of my son. I and a 60 year old man who could care less about BurgerKing, which has become the most high priced fast food name in the area, having gone up atleast $1.00 on all their products, including now charging over $2.20 for a large diet soda. I was very disappointed in the entire Burgerking expierence, and I can insure you that I and my family, which totals 23 adults an kids will never shop there again. And will inform all our friends of this matter. At this date and time you cannot aford any loss in business. By the way this perticular Burgerking has a reputation for poor service, poor food and very rude and poorly dressed employees. Being right by VSU(state college)its losing business to a chinese takeout place because of this. Better food/prices and employees.

Burger King managers selling and doing drugs

As the leaders of the stores and people who are supposed to be in charge of money, orders and employees, it's pretty bad when you can go to a burger king and purchase drugs. It's worse when it's the managers selling drugs to their employees and to the public. Every bk store in omaha nebraska has at least one manage that is selling drugs. These managers also are smoking with their employee's. We have people waiting on us that are higher than kites and that includes the managers. It's a shame, no wonder they get the orders wrong, give people wrong change, and are rude to the public that pay's their wages. It's about time that the corperate office does drug testing on all manager's who they hire and have running their stores. If you have ever been cheated out of your change, guess they needed some drug money. When the register's come up short, guess they needed that drug money, but corperate won't do any thing about it. Maybe if they actually care what goes on in their store's and want to save what is left of their reputation than they might, just might actually do drug testing on these people. It goes on in every fast food restraunt in nebraska. The ones who bring the drug's get free food, what a bargain. Do they ever wonder why they are loosing money, these employer's and employee's are dipping into the till.

Drug testing is never a sound option. There is always a way around it. If they were selling/doing drugs on store property, they would be caught on surveillance, would they not? If this is true, you should ask corporate to review the tapes. Another option would be to ask the Omaha Police Dpt. to investigate.

I'm guessing the drug being dealt is Marijuana, which is a harmless substance. On top of that, if it is being dealt at BK, it is most likely an extremely low grade substance. Schwag.

In addition to that, people are high all of the time at work. And if they are high on Marijuana, its not like they are tripping out. I could understand if they were on shrooms, LSD, acid, or salvia or something like that why you would be disgruntled. If its coke, heroin, or crack or something like that, it is something that needs to be investigated. But if it IS marijuana, give it a rest. Its not that big of a deal.

Where in Omaha is this BK. I'm curious to see the management and employees and evaluate their actions.

Burger King rude manager stealing my change

I went to a Burger King at Prospect Ave., in Hartford, CT and the woman taking my order tried to keep $5.00 from my change. I tried to ask her to give me my change and she turned her back to me and would not acknowledge me. I asked twice in Spanish, and still no response from her. Her back was to me while she talked on the phone. I waited for my salad and she still would not give me my change or my salad. I honked the horn of my car to get her attention, and she rudely turned around and started to yell at me, telling me that I had yelled at her. I had not and politely reminded her that I had not. It's not my way of dealing with people. When I asked to see the manager, I was informed that she was the manager. I noticed that her employees were intimidated by her. I could not believe it. I don't plan to return to this Burger King any time soon, that's for sure. You expect respect from others and I did not feel that this person treated me fairly. Stealing change from customers will surely make for bad business.

Burger King rude cashier

I went to BK in Champaign Illinois for lunch today and determined not to go there again. I ordered cheesy tots and the menu above the counter said it was $1.50. But a this black cashier told me my total was &1.84. So I asked her why it was so high when it cosed only $1.50. She said it was tax. 34cents tax for $1.50 item. Are you kidding me? so I asked how much was it without tax. she said $1.50. When I checked the receipt. it was $1.70. So I told that menu said it i was $1.50. This person still told me it was tax. I tried to show it was not what the menu said. However she had no ears to listen to me and the last thing she said was, ' you are holding up my line, have a nice day." and ignored me. What a customer service! what a low quality this person was.! BK needs to make sure they hire somebody who can read the number at least... I tried to contact the corporate, however they did not have complaint form nor e-mail address for customers to send our comment. This proves they don't care about us and it doesn't matter what kind of service each store is providing to customers.

I will not go to BK again and I am fully planning to tell all of my friends how terrible their service is.

Cashier was rude to my child who wanted honey mustard sauce. She said that since my child did not order chicken tenders; she would be charged $.22 per sauce. My child order a chicken tender sandwich meal. I ask since when did Burger King charge for sauce, she stated since yesterday. I have been going to Burger Kings for many years. For years BK was the only place my child would eat. Because this cashier was so rude to my child and myself, we will not be back. She wanted to argue and shout across the store even after we sat back down. The restaurant was dirty. BK let a $.22 sauce cost them four customers. We spent $23.00 in there tonight, this will be the last dollar BK will see from me.

I agree. Why point out that she is black? The corporate downloads the computer from their home offices. It is up to the management to change the menu board prices. The cashier was only ringing in your order and the price had been downloaded into tha POS system. Blame management not the cashier and move along. You are holding up stupid complaints with a stupid complaint.

I'm offended that you felt it necessary to point out that the cashier was black. Why is it necessary to point out her race? I understand that it is frustrating to be charged more than what the menu says, but when it's a matter of 20 cents, sometimes you have to just let it go, especially when you are holding up a line of customers. I guess I think it's best to pick your battles.

When in fact you get what you pay for, ### service and fattening food. Now I not saying never eat fast food, even though the service is ### and the food is fattening. Burger King texture of bun

Spent $26.00 on seven burgers and drinks and fries, an trashed all but the drinks. Most of the time kids will eat anything fast food and not complain. But this time five kids, and two adults, all agreed the bun dough has changed, and thats like a good pizza dough changing its recipe. I'm sure Burger King did something of a change on there bread, for what reason i don't know... upon contacting me, I truly would like a refund as I was most unhappy... Burger King lost seven customers plus everyone I mention this to will not go anymore.

I just ate at BK and it was awful - I didnt know they changed their buns - I had to wait in the drive thru forever and when we pulled over to eat in the car the food was all cold. I thought the buns were just old, but it is probably the bun change you are speaking of - it sort of crumbles when you eat it - pretty gross. I cannot fins anyplace on their website to complain. Their website is clumsy and doesnt even offer an email address - you have to call between bussiness hours which i will try to do tomorrow.

I went to Burger King a while back in Fort Wayne IN and I noticed that something had changed with the bun. I recently went to a Burger King in Florida and noticed that the buns must have changed nationwide. I won't go back to Burger King until they change back to their regular buns.

Burger King tcby white chocolate cone

My sister and I absolutely love tcby white choc waffle cones from burger king. Until yesterday that is... We pulled in to get our favorite treat at the burger king in rapid city south dakota and what we got was a shock. When the girl handed out our treat we noticed right off they were smaller. (Given the financial state of our country we could understand that) but the taste is gone! The white chocolate did not taste very good and the waffle cone was absolutely aweful! It was soggy tasting and actually had a bit of a bitter taste. Is there any chance we will be able to get back the old tcby or at least get some flavor back? P l e a s e...

Thanks
Lana from south dakota

Burger King over charging - beware

Unacceptable advertising / bait and switch tactics / overcharging customers / rude service personnel

Signs posted all around every burger king in columbus, ohio advertise a choice of apple fries or mac and cheese as substitute side item for bk kids meals.

I have carefully examined several of the signs posted, and all say bk kids meals now with your choice of sides.. Apple fries or mac and cheese...

Nowhere on any of the signs posted is there any disclaimer that there is additional charges, or that the mac and cheese is a "separate" side item, and not part of the kids meal.

August 4, 2008 : 9:30pm

When ordering chicken kids meals with the mac and cheese as the side, I was charged an extra $1.49 each for the mac and cheese sides. I asked the store manager (East main st and briarcliff rd, reynoldsburg, oh) about the additional charge, and pointed out the fact that their signs specifically list the mac and cheese as an "optional" side item, and not an "additional entree" as he referred to it. I also pointed out the fact that on his sign there was no disclaimer about the extra charge.

At this point the manager became very rude and hasty with me trying to get me to leave the drive up window. I refused to leave until he went to the drive thru and read the sign for himself.

When he returned, he said, "i'm sorry, the sign is misleading, but there is an extra charge for the mac and cheese, and it's not included in the meal. "

I argued my point to have $3 (The cost of two meals w / the mac and cheese side) deducted from my ticket, he refused and responded with "if I remove the $3, you're not getting the mac and cheese", and then didn't even wait for a response and walked away from the drive up window refusing to give me a receipt that I specifically asked for.

I believe this to be an extremely misleading advertisement, if not a full fledged bait and switch to increase revenues. My total overcharge was only three dollars, but multiply that by the millions of orders per day taken by burger king as a whole, and that is a sizeable amount.

There is no way to contact burger king corporate offices to file a formal complaint that I have found. I would be more than willing to do so if anyone could point me in the proper direction.

Burger King dirty

On Aug. 2nd we traveled from Idaho to Washington to take our 3 grandsons home. We always stop in Ellensburg because it is the half way point. We always eat at Burger King. Well this last time the whole place was a mess. The tables hadn't been cleaned, the floors were a mess and the bathrooms were discusting. The boys were hungry so we went ahead and ate there. That will be the last time. We have always ate there but this was the last time. I know they were busy but there must have a least one person to go around and clean tables, the pop machines and the table with all the napkins and stuff. So anyone going that way think twice before you go there.

Chris

Burger King 7 yr old found bone in chicken tender

On my lunch break I went to lunch with my husband and my 3 step children. They are 3, 5, and 7. So, as to their ages of course they are going to order a kid's meal with chicken tenders. We think nothing of the order mistakes because they always screw up our orders. I was craving onion rings the most and of course that is what was forgotten so that was my biggest concern. Until we started driving back to my office eating when all of a sudden my 7 year old daughter says, "There's something black in my chicken tender." I was disgusted but didn't think it would be that big of a deal. She passed it to her brother who then passed it to me. I looked down at what I held in my hand to realize it was a bone. Not small for the size of those chicken tenders either. All my husband could say was, "Thank God it wasn't our 3 year old." How easily one of our children could have choked on that is scary. Why aren't these things being taken care of? How could that bone have been missed? Disgusting and horrible work. Something should be done about that. Never again will we be eating at Burger King.

Burger King product quality & service

(3Aug08 @ 10am) Food was not fit to eat, but at least it was the wrong order.. The breakfast burrito must have been recycled from the waste bin, as nothing looks so terribly unsatisfactory without being tossed, mashed, and thrown about.. At least it wasn't cooked all the way through, as the cheese was not melted.. That's how it didn't bleed through the wrapper..Now, The bacon-egg-cheese biscuit remains an absolute challenge.. They do not serve B-E-C B's after 0930 am (statement gathered from a series of 5 visits), but they are happy to substitute anything laying about to fill the void in the bag without explaining the switch... I must warn others, as i feel there is a significant risk to health and human safety.. I will be calling the California BBB, and Heath Services for an audit as well..

visited store number 4767, located in fayetteville, nc .

Cheese. Ham is to salty for me makes blood pressure go up. I really wanted a sausage egg and cheese. It came to $3.39, when i pulled up to the window, that's what the young girl said. Thats a bit high i thought for a sausage egg and cheese. I said what did i order, and she could not remember, and had to go and see. She returned and said ham egg and cheese. I said i wanted a sausage egg and cheese. f they had already made up the sandwich, that should have been what the reply should have been, not we don’t have any more sausage egg and cheese, especially at 10:15am in the morning.
If the sandwich was all ready made, i could have paid for that and still order my sausage egg and cheese

Burger King never have some of the items advertised

It seems every time lately that our family goes to Burger King to eat they never have the Mocha Joe's and never have iced tea. Some of the cashier's are very rude and hateful! I am so sick of spending our hard earned money to a place that can't get nice friendly people who enjoy their job, instead of having the attitude of " I really don't care if you come back here or not" Well they need to realize that this is how they get a paycheck is through the customers. I used to work in a fast food place and we were always taught the customer is always right no matter what! Each store needs to get a manager that will take control or all these chains will soon be closing too!

QUOTE:
"I am so sick of spending our hard earned money to a place that can't get nice friendly people who enjoy their job!"

Would you enjoy a job where all you end up doing all day is serving people and being treated like the grunge and dirt of society. Many of the people that work in fast food are the following:

-Middle class citizens trying to make a living on minimum wage, pay bills, and pay some ###ed up taxes because nobody else wants to.
-College students trying to pay for their tuition
-People who also have second jobs to try and make ends meet.

QUOTE:
"Well they need to realize that this is how they get a paycheck is through the customers. "

Maybe your money comes in bulks, but for the people at Burger King, they live paycheck to paycheck.

As to how much of your money actually goes to paying their paychecks, not all of it does. Your "hard earned money" goes to the following:

-Rent for the building in which the Burger King resides
- FOOD. Not your food, but about $10, 000 worth of food that they have to buy every week to serve ###s like you.
- Electricity (Self ###ing explanatory)
- Water (Again, self ###ing explanatory)
- Heating (Winter sucks in Drive-Thru)
- Equipment a repair costs (Most repair costs for even the lesser used machines START at approx. $1, 500-$2, 000. Tell me you can afford that out of a $500 paycheck.)
- Buying new equipment to replace older ones (A new fridge can cost $5, 000. A new broiler to cook meat is probably somewhere around $13, 000-$20, 000. THATS A GOOD CHUNK OF A BRAND NEW CAR)
- Uniforms (We could walk into work naked, we really wouldn't care all that much.)
- Paper items (This includes receipt paper, paper bags, sandwich wrap paper, paper cups for YOUR drinks, fry cartons, boxes for chicken tenders, etc)

In fact, only about 23% of the money made on a daily basis goes to paying ALL the employees in the entire store. FOR THE ENTIRE DAY.

QUOTE:
"I used to work in a fast food place and we were always taught the customer is always right no matter what!"

The customer is only right if they pay for their food to be right. If you want a chocolate shake but don't wanna pay for it, and I can't give it to you without being fired, I'm not gonna give it to without you paying for it.

Therefore, in that case, the customer is NOT ALWAYS RIGHT.

Think about it.

QUOTE:
"It seems every time lately that our family goes to Burger King to eat they never have the Mocha Joe's and never have iced tea."

Mocha Joe and Iced Tea are optional for stores. They are not required to sell them.

Burger King charge not on menu

I took my grandchildren to eat this evening, ordered two kids'meals, a whopper junior, and medium soft drink. The children requested only a cup for water (same as child's soft drink) and an apple juice as listed on the menu along with 1% milk. while waiting for the order to be filled, (which is was quickly) I scanned the receipt. I noticed a 44cent charge for the apple juice.

I inquired at the counter, where the manager was and she just said the registar rings it up that way.

I pointed out that the extra charge is not listed on the menu, and she said call the company. I also got a useless survey, nothing else listed on the receipt or the bk website.

Forty-four cents for apple juice is doable, but should definitely be posted as an extra charge.

I have worked as a manager for two years at McDonalds and have gotten some of the same complaints for our own Happy Meals. The register really does ring it up that way because the total that you see is based on the happy meal price for example: if a happy meal cost $3.50 total [imaginary figure] then on your reciept the actual meal should ring up as say $2.50 for the burger [etc.] and fries. then the extra cost that you see is for the drink say $1

so:
Meal: $2.50
Drink $1
--------------
Listed price $3.50 hopefully that explains the fast food system. We need to keep record of the drinks etc. that are sold. Thank you and have a nice day.

Burger King apple fries

I ordered Burgerkings apple fries and they were apples sliced to look like fries and it didn't even look like it was a whole apple and they were not fried like fries are. They were raw apples but on the box that said Burgerking Frypod it indicated with an X for Hot, Fresh, & Crispy. They were not Hot nor Crispy and I don't know how fresh they were. I would not have bought them because I am able to eat only cooked or a baked apple and this is misrepresentation of the product. I won't purchase them again and I think they needed to be labled raw apples cut to look like a fry. The price was high for a bit of raw apple.

I would just like to say this to these two complaints, I have been in the apple industry since 1975 and helped to create some of the first fresh cut apple slices that can be easily eaten without having to throw the core away. You can even eat them with out worrying about them turning brown if you don't eat them all at once. If you need a fried product maybe next time you could have them microwaved slightly or even deep fat fried if you are not concerned about the Trans fats in the fry oil etc. I am impressed with the fact that Burger King is offering this "Fry Like Cut" rather than a slice or dice of apple like I used to produce for pies, TV dinners, and the Fresh Cut Sliced markets. I think that you maybe correct on the Education of the public about the French Fry Apple as it is not Fried. It is however a "Fresh Fry cut apple that is good for you and uses Vit C to keep it that way. I have tried myself to develop apple slice that can be fried in the same oil as the potato french fry. I too thought at first that this was going to be a fry-able product when their was rumor that Burger King was to develop this fry cut apple. I feel that their is a market for both types of these apples and I too have tried the ones sold at Sonic Drive Inns. Please bear with this new product development at Burger King and or anywhere else as we try to improve on what is produced naturally to make it easier to eat and enjoy at a cost that allow for your ease and enjoyment of eating.

I have the same complaint. 1.49 for a half of a raw apple! I would have gone to Sonic (where they really do have fried apples slices) if I had known that I would have gotten such a raw deal!

Burger King bad attitude and terrible customer service

I just went by Burger King (store #2167 in Apopka, FL) on 07/15/08 at 12:30 p.m. and received the worst attitude from a drive-thru employee! I pulled up to the kiosk to place my order, but hadn't quite made up my mind. When the employee asked for my order I replied, "Just a moment, please." Next I was informed that there is a menu posted before the kiosk and I should decide before pulling up. Now, I wasn't holding anyone up. There was no one behind me and one car in front of me. I was a little annoyed so I just said, "Whatever" and proceeded to give my order. The rude person told me, "Ain't no whatever, baby. I'm just telling you how it is." Baby!?!?! I can't believe that a manager/owner would allow this kind of attitude from its employees! I will be taking my business elsewhere. Burger King has lost another customer.

I used to work in a coffee shop with a drive thru and that annoyed me so much! Someone pulls up to the speaker and there's a ding. You greet them and they said, "Hang on a moment." You wait...and wait...and wait...all this time you can clearly hear their vehicle running and the sounds of outside with are amplified through the speaker. Eventually they decide that they've wasted enough of your time and order. It's ridiculous. Make up your mind beforehand...that's why the menu is posted BEFORE the speaker.

It's called "Fast Food" for a reason. If you haven't made up
your mind go inside and read the board. By the time you get to the counter I guarantee you will have had plenty
of time to decide. When you go through "drive through"
be courteous to those of us behind you that want to get
on with our business.

Burger King awful commercial

I have never sent a complaint to a company before this, but I feel very strongly about this issue! This is in reference to you commercial where the "Daddy" BurgerKing comes in with "apple fries" for his children. The "Child" Burger King comes in, KICKS daddy and takes the fries. How dare you show this kind of behavior! We have a tough enough time teaching our children good manners!

I seriously doubt that I will ever eat at Burger King again! AND I WILL VOICE MY OPINION TO MANY OTHERS!

I was disturbed to see BK using the Mexican flag in a disrespectful manner in a recent commercial promoting one of its latest products. This commercial follows a long line of questionable ads including -- most recently -- one that sexualized the cartoon character Sponge Bob. I get the attempt at young-adult-male irreverence, but I'm one of them and I don't find any of it funny. As a result, I've long refused to eat BK's subpar food. There's a way to be funny to my demographic without being offensive or tasteless.

Dear Burger King-
please forward this to the advertising department.

Sunday evening, 5/2, we were watching a family movie and here comes the BK "Kids Meal" commercial with girls & "square butts" advertising. How appalling! If this weas meant for me, the adult, to take my children to your establishment, you just lost our business. Some perverted person was allowed to make a commercial to represent your good company! Your BK restaurants have always been a family favorite place to go, but apparently you've lowered your standards and have not kept family values as priority in your industry. Please reconsider your commercial advertisements in the future.

The most recent Burger King commercial showing a young "prince" kicking his father(King) as a greeting is yet another deplorable role model for our already violence inundated children and I will not patronize this business until this commercial is taken off the air.

Maybe if your kids were doing something more productive then staring into the TV, none of you would have to deal with this unfortunate 'mishap'. Alas, kids are going to see things that we don't want them to see, whether we want them to or not. The best thing you can do is to explain this to your kids, and role model proper behaviors yourself, instead of getting all wound up over an 'inappropiate' commercial. Like I said earlier though, there are plenty of fun and PRODUCTIVE things to do rather then staring into a television set.

One of my children is a physician, the other a pipeline engineer for a major television studio. What do your children do? I expect you're male, childless and this sophomoric commercial is, appropriately, your idea of a giggle.

PS: Syntax errors: the corrct word is "affecting, " and the phrase should be: "you're too lazy."

The commercial is damn funny. The people who sit and ### about how a tv show or movie or video game or commercial is effecting their child's behavior, are awful parents. You need to take the reins and teach your child a lesson and not expect other people and the media to do that for them. I feel sorry for everyone who has to put up with all of you people's horrible kids and I hope someone raised them since its evident that you didn't. Just because your too lazy to raise your kids and teach them anything of value, that doesn't mean it's Burger King's job. I welcome any emails from people who want to discuss this with me: ACP0015@auburn.edu

I am so glad that there are people out there that have the same values that I do. The burger king commercials are awful. They get worse not better, now they have the kingons that take a teenager's nipples. The advertising dept. at BK needs to be fired and replace with people that have morals and understand that their business should be aimed towards young children and not sexulity, lying, and teaching children to disrespect their parent or any other adults. Thank God we do not have a BK in our town, I would never go there. WAKE UP BK ! We do n0t want these kind of commercials on out TV for our children to see.

First I want to say "how sad" to the woman who was "smart enough" to not have children because you will probably never know unconditional love. ONLY children can give that to you...so good luck with that!
Although I agree with the advertising being a very bad choice and I don't have small children any more I always made a point( and still do)to discuss my concerns with my children. We would discuss the unacceptable behavior and I would let them know my expectations of them as far as their behavior. Unfortunately our children are exposed to things we don't want them to emulate every day out in the world(school might be an example). That is why it is so important to have open communication with our children and help them learn from even a bad situation or just poor taste in advertising. Who knows maybe then miss funny stuff wouldn't find them so revolting, but something tells me it would take more than that. On second thought I think I appreciate her not reproducing.
Lets' face it... no one should be eating that stuff anyway

Burger King sheena store manager

I don't undrestand how this company can employ a person that treats her co-workers like crapp! This woman gave out checks on Thursday to certain employees, then I witnessed her telling a black employee on Friday that he could not get his check until after 2:00pm that day. This employee was walking and he did'nt argue he just turned around and left. How can we get people like this out of management. I will not spend any more of my money at Burger King and all of the employee at my PLANT will hear about this heartless Sheena person employeed there. I bet she doesn't contribute money to the Black Negro College Fund. It is amazing how Burger King contributes to the Black Negro College Fundbut allows their management to treat Negro like crapp!

i agree because i was a burger king employee and i myself was treated unfairlyi started work on april 13th of 2007 and was enployed there until dec.14th of 2009 thats a little shy of three years there.and through out my time there ive asked the general manager for hours and was denied hours, but every time one of my white coworkers would ask they would get those same hours that i was asking for now when i first started there i asked for ten dollars an hour the manager said that he couldnt hire me at ten dollars, but when he hired a white person at ten dollars an hour do u know how i felt i felt very disgusted and didnt want to come back but i went back like a fooljust wanted to let everybody know that the bristol, conn burger king (also known as the 440 store) on farmington ave. is one of the worst burger king ive worked at ever if your black u dont have a chance. i was the only black guy working there, i wasnt allowed to work the cash register but only allowed to pick up trash and clean the bathrooms but its ok for your managers to have paint ball fights in the store and allowed to keep their job thats called racial descramenation where i come from and i am going to seek legal advise into what i can do

Did it occur to you that it may not be "a race" issue as you perceive. Depending on the time of day most restaurants will not issue checks during peak periods. Could it of been the case? Too many people play the race card way too quickly nowadays.
