First I ordered two whoppers meals with 2 cokes and 2 fries.
At east state across Walgreens Rockford Il. I had a coupon and was explaining about it and then get interrupted about the coupon and didn't let me finish. And I ordered cokes and ordered a small onion ring on the side. I went to the window and got my order and then started to leave and noticed I had no onion rings and was never given a receipt so I drove back around to the drive thru window and told them and they told me to pull up but there were 4 cars in front of me and the person in the drive thru was taking like 30 minutes for each car and I got tired of waiting so I left to another burger king to get onion rings and by the time I got there my food had gotten cold and I had to reorder a brand new meal and pay for it for full because the other burger King took too long so I spent twice the money for only 1 meal that was good because of the extremely slow service of the first burger King.

A bunch of [censored] run this place. I've gone several times here and maybe, once out of ten orders is correct. Then there is the issue of making vehicles pull up pass the drive thru window so they don't exceed the time, even when no one is behind them. If you order an original chicken sandwich mayo only, it shouldn't come with lettuce and cheese. This sandwich doesn't even have cheese on it. Discusted and utterly pissed off in Vicksburg. Something needs to be done with this restaurant before it ruins the Burger King name.

Hello I went to the Burger King in Louisburg, NC and ordered a rodeo burger meal and a six piece kids meal at the drive thru. When I paid for my meal the time was 6:07 on the ticket I asked for my refund 6:30 . They gave my order to the car in front of me when the customer took my order back inside to tell them they had given them the wrong order a few minutes later they proceeded to bring my order out to me that they gave to the other customer. I was not happy with this and asked for a new meal. After five minutes of waiting I went back inside and asked for a refund. I am very disappointed at service at the Louisburg location please tell me you can do something about the store. I was there for 23 minutes and left with no food this is very upsetting.

I went to Burger King located at 400 East Tremont Ave
Bronx, NY 10457 last night and they not have any hamburgers. The cashier said that all they had was chicken. This was unacceptable. Burger King is know for the Whopper. How could a location not have any? Also the restaurant was not very clean. My friend and left the restaurant to find a different place to eat. What can you do to entice us to return to Burger King?

I visited Burger King Sunday the 27th of May and ask for a chicken sandwich which I get every Sunday morning and the manager refused to serve me at first then she gave me two sandwiches and I asked her for her number to her manager and she refused to give me a number to the office or manager and asked me to leave the store I thought it was very rude I just wanted to ask if I could get a chicken sandwich in the morning which I've been getting for over a year

Hello. Iam a loyal Burger King customer, have been for years. Until recently I have never had an issue with the food or the service. I just moved back to San Bernardino California from Yucaipa CA.
Last weekend I went thru the drive thru at the Burger King on Waterman Ave in San Bernardino near the Waterman Discount Mall. I have a big family of five. So I ordered the burgers and fries Discount meal. A total of 5. However I only got 3. So I was missing 2.
I also ordered 5 value drinks.
I didn't realize what was missing until I got all the way home. I immediately called the store and got no answer for over 15 minutes. Finally after exhausted attempts I got through.
I spoke to a cashier who informed me her manager was not in. I explained I didn't have time to wait.
She hung up.
I called back again for another 7 mins. Give or take.
She was unbelievably rude and wanted nothing to do with me and my dissatisfaction.
Frustrated and needing to feed my family. I was forced to go to McDonald's.
By time I got back to my residence the food I did get from BK was cold. Fries tasted like dirty oil.
All the money I spent in gas and food between the two was horrible. I work over 60 hours a week housekeeping with no time for additional stress. This is why it has taken this long to reach out to you.
I do not have my receipts.. or the food.
I hope you can reach out to me so I can return to BK in the future.

I ordered the 2 for $6 spicy and regular chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise and a large fry. The asscociate was rude on the speaker and was rushing me with the way she was speaking. I pulled up to the window and she didn't give me a total, just looked at me wanting payment. When I received he food, there was no receipt in the bag. If anything was wrong with the order, I would've had a hard time proving it without a receipt. Poor customer service!

Had a coupon for the family bundle/ 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 small fries. Well I guess asking for special orders is an issue, wanted a whopper with cheese and no onions, the wanted a whopper with cheese on sourdough bread, then a plain cheeseburger, a cheeseburger plain with only ketchup and pickles, and the rest just the way it comes. Also ordered a sourdough chicken with grilled chicken. Well took over 10 minutes to explain the one with no onions was not the one with sourdough bread. Then while waiting between fighting off the flies, the drink bar was covered with ants, needless to say was thankful I got it to go. When came home we received one cheeseburger with no cheese, the whopper with sourdough the bread was not toasted and there was no cheese, even thou we said we wanted cheese on all of them! But getting a cheeseburger with no cheese is a little ridiculous. And the grilled chicken sandwich I ordered was not grilled but breaded, not happy with all this, plus to see backline employees standing around talking and manager on her phone didn't help either. I know because I was an assistant manager for fast food for a good while and honestly would have been very aggravated to have a crew like that working with me and the appearance of the restaurant was no better.

Very upset. Usually only have the oppertunity to get Burger King breakfast once in a blue moon, went half an hour out of my way to get food for my family at the Kenton, Ohio location, got back home and all 4 sandwhiches were completely squashed, made all wonky where the buns were so poorly stacked most of the cheese was stuck to the wrapper, one was supposed to have all 3 meats and only had ham, then all 3 orders of hashbrowns were shoved at the bottom and smashed, most weren't even in the cardboard cartons, even the straws were shoved in the bag and bent! Over $20 worth of food and it looks like someone sat on everything before putting it in the bag. I've never been so disappointed and will never return to that location. The only thing I wasn't disappointed in was the orange juice but it was already prepackaged and hard to screw up.

Went through the drive thru Today. Forgot to order a drink so I told them at the window I needed to add a drink. They refused to add a drink said it was company policy and they wasn't allowed to add anything at the window. I asked to speak with the manager and he didn't respond and there was only one customer queue behind me.

Just drove through the Burger King at Crismon and Southern in Mesa. It's 6 p.m. on Sunday night. Ordered two Whoppers extra onion extra pickle no cheese add mustard. I got to standard Whoppers with cheese no mustard. Drove back to the store had them remake them and the second time I've gotten no mustard and no extra onions or pickle. Not going back.

So my boyfriend went to bk today bc we got coupons in the mail for the family plan which come with two whopper meals and two cheeseburgers meal so we got that deal and an extra medium fries and once my boyfriend got home I noticed the food was not all there so I call to tell them I spoke with a Tammy who said just come back later and tell them and they will fix it well I just lefted there and has never had more ruder service no one know anything about my order then tells me come back when Tammy is working then can't even give me Tammy hours to know when to come back I do not appreciate the way I was treated when I was not the one who forgot my food will definitely not be returning here

Burger king #7611, store id# 4GSBKG03. While traveling this holiday weekend. I stopped here and ordered 2 meals and an order of chix fries and a addition drink. The cashier seemed to be in a rush and I couldn't understand why because it was not busy. I had a feeling order wasn't correct. I asked her for a receipt and she seemed annoyed by my request. Well sure enough I was over charge for an additional drink and the kid meal had no dessert or milk as advertised. I surely won't be stopping there on my way back home!

I came to the burger king located at 3 Weston Rd, Weston Fl 33326. The manager's behavior, Alejandro Perez (the name they gave me) was unacceptable. When he went to take my order he was unwelcoming. He didn't say hello and when i asked about the 2 for 6 deal and he didn't take the time to explain it to me when i asked for help. When i got my order, everything was incomplete and i had asked about it and they all just looked at each other not helping me. There was ONE employee who was decent enough to take care of my messed up order while the manager left and hid. A customer that was next to me had told me that he had seen the manager hide and he was hearing everything i said. After that i had asked about the drinks i was missing and the sauces as well. The employees weren't being productive or useful.

After being delayed at the airport and missing food, then and driving for two hours, I saw the lights of the Mount Cobb King were on and was pleasantly surprised. I pulled into the drive through and was looking over the menu for about 30 or 40 seconds when a woman's voice came on to inform me that they were closed. I said Oh, but asked why the lights hadn't been turned off. She then said she just hadn't gotten to turn them off and was sorry but they were now closed. Again I said Ok, but for future reference, asked what time they were close see. When she said "midnight" I glanced over at my cell phone which then read 11:57. Since we had been talking at least 30 seconds that meant that I had been there around 11:56 when she first informed me that they were closed When I insisted it was not yet midnight she lied and said that it was midnight. I then had to pull forward and wait about 4 minutes while she served the car in front of me. I called out to the car I front to ask what time they had and the employee yelled back that it was 12:01 - when my phone - which gets its feed from a satellite read 11:58. She then said " she was NOT sorry, and to have a great night". When I said that they could close whenever they want, but it was simply not true that they were open till midnight, she finally said " I close when Burger King tells me to." When I asked for the corporate number she pointed to a sign with tiny writing. When I opened my door to try to read it she said that was not allowed. When I got back inasked again for the number she gave me an old receipt with a website. When I closed my door and tried to find a phone number on the receipt she said I was loitering and that she would call the cops. I asked again for the phone number and she slammed the widow and walked away.
I have seen this behavior several times before when people were trying to order breakfast five minutes before the deadline. It is extremely dishonest to set your clocks for an inaccurate time just to keep from having to serve potential clients who rightfully believe that they have made it to a restaurant during its business hours. It is simply not right

The lady Marsaiol don't know if she was the manger and she gave us a wrong number to make a complaint.. We came inside to make order and the two men in front of us prefer the whopper meal and when we tried to order sausage and biscuit she said they only have one and it would take 15 mins to cook so I said never mind and order two cheese burgers and she was very very very rude when she said they don't serve lunch just breakfast but they people before us got burgers and on top of that she gave us wrong number to complain.. I will never order from there again.. bad serves and rude management. She didn't don't to serve us

1.69 spicy chicken nuggets
i purchased three orders of the 1.69 spicy nuggets, abd o should have realized that as as i gave the guy my money, the other employee handed me my nuggets, now im no genius. but 30 nuggets cant be ready in 2 seconds unless they were old, which gets me to my next point, the nuggets were burned and atleast 2 hrs old this food could kill someone so if you are going to advertise fresh white meat nuggets why give customers old dry burned up nuggets.

Whoppers where sloppy and burnt. Bread smelled like a old fire. Nuggets over cooked and hard. Had to wait in lone for over 15 min. And got my drinks and waited 10 min. For the sandwiches. Then had to drive back and had to be rude to get my order right. This is the third time i have had my order messed up... But i keep giving this place a chance that thing will get better.
