Burger King burger king customer service

all i get is them telling my the paper work has been turned in on complaint and someone will call you back. it has been three months no call.go figure i call back after 3 1/2 months all i get is we turned in paperwork and someone will call you back, not are problem because it is a franchise store so they have to address it. if they had addressed it then why would i call and complain? i will be in contact with the health department as well as the BBB. never will i eat the trash you call food again, i will do everything i can to inform everybody i can with social media and word of mouth not to waste there health.time .or money at these or any of your stores. you had your chance to correct the problem three and a half months ago but failed to so all i can say is i hope you disappear as a company and save us the trouble of dealing with the garbage you serve and service you dont provide.

Burger King overcharged and bad product

I went through the drive through this morning for an iced coffee, the same I always get very frequently. I was charged $6.93 to my debit card when my total was only supposed to be $2 and some change for just the coffee. I did not realized I was overcharged at first because the lady did not give me a receipt. She handed my coffee and closed the window. I realized I was overcharged when I received a notification from my bank that my account had been overdrawn. I had enough in my account to cover the coffee but since i was overcharged, it overdrew my checking account and now I'm also being charged a $25 overdraft charge from my bank! I called and the lady said she realized she overcharged me after i left but she would need me to come all the way back in order to refund my card. I couldn't do that because I was already all the way at work. coming back would have made me late. I don't think that's right that i can't be refunded without coming back especially since i didn't even get a receipt. On top of that, the coffee tasted HORRIBLE. it didn't even taste like coffee, it was like watered down mocha flavor. It was disgusting. So i was charged $6.93 PLUS a $25 overdraft fee for a BAD coffee that I can't even drink.

Burger King fireworks

At 2145 on 27 June 2017 I was driving by the Burger King on 4900 L St Omaha, NE. The employees were outside near the drive thru lane by the drive up window. One person threw something in the air and there was a very loud boom noise. It sounded like a bomb going off. I believe It sounded like something that is illegal in the state of NE. I scared me. I will not go to that Burger King any more. The is not good advertisement for your company.

Burger King the toys

Im here to complain about the kids meal toy and how the instructions were really unclear. The toy is item #9809B and its a shovel on one end the other side is a rake. The instructions say that you are suppose to dig with the shovel side first on dirt. Then the second part says to use the rake to rake the dirt until you find a lady bug. Well i know for a fact that lady bugs dont live under ground. So this toy is a disapointment to me and my niece because i wanna go find lady bugs with her. I demand a refund because this toy is a lie and you cant find lady bugs with it.

Burger King employees, food and nasty restaurant

The Burger KIng in Bay St Louis, Ms was the one we ate at today . Ordered our Whopper combos with Cokes, Coke machine was completely empty and the catch drain for the tea had fungus and mold growing in it .I tooh pictures of how nasty it was . The person making our burgers had gloves on and touching money and other things while he used the same gloves . Not very sanitary! ! When we got our food the bun was cold and slopped together. Our fries were greasy cold too . Your employees were rude and not to concerned about your customers. I don't like to complain, but this was ridiculous today . I doubt that we ever eat at that restaurant again ! Have eaten at your restaurant's since I was about 19 and I am 60 now . Hope you check on your restaurant.

Burger King fraud

On 6/6/17 @ Airport Rd Hartford, CT I placed an order @ the drive thru. I ordered a Whopper Jr meal. I was given an amount of $6.10 and gave my debit card for pymt. I was asked if I wanted a receipt and I replied yes. After a minute or so I was told she was having trouble printing receipts. I responded "don't worry about it" and drove off. Later that day a charge came through my acct of $14.11. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with Aleah who listened to my issue and then handed the phone over to Mari with no explanation to either one of us. I asked Mari how to spell her name and she became rude and unresponsive Feed up I called [protected] and after a long wait time I reached Zakia who took my complaint information and said someone would contact me. Well, 3 weeks later and I have yet to hear from anyone. [protected]@yahoo.com

Burger King drive thru

I live in Gladeville, TN. The closest store is #6482, in Lebanon, TN. Today I saw the commercial advertising the Mushroom Swiss King burger, so my mom and I drove in to town and ordered 2. Was told they were out of Mushrooms. So we changed our order and waited for about 10 minutes. We got our order. On the way home, i wanted a drink of my Dr. PePepper. We weren't given straws or napkins. There was alot of carbonation and a hint of Dr. Pepper. Terrible drinks wasted. I called to talk to the manager and after I told her, she said sorry and laughed at me.
A few weeks ago, we stopped there and they were out of fries. Tell me how that happens at Burger King!
I WILL NEVER BE BACK! I have wasted alot of gas and time to eat there. I won't make that mistake again!

I have been in restaurant management for 21 years. If they had a manager that was worth a damn, she/he would know how to order inventory. And no, suppliers do not limit your orders! Especially in a huge chain like Burger King. How stupid is that? When I go get fast food, I expect them to be fully stocked with all necessary supplies to satisfy their menu. I could see if maybe there was a fryer down or something like that, but being out of french fries at a burger chain on a Tuesday at lunch time is ridiculous!

Burger King customer service

Store 7702 transaction 51, when we arrive to the store we can notice that we are like nobody, there was 4 associates talking each other and no one great us or said give me a moment we are be rigth back with you.. nothing. Them from the 2 short associates in the front one in the drive thru the other one texting in the pink phone and tall gentleman that working in the kitchen but nobody was able to identified the customer and great. Finally one of the short ladies working in the drive thru come with a very rude manners and take the Order. Ripping the recieve and don't give us the part for the survey, that's mean that they knew that they behavior was not rigth. Finally apparently when we have the food looks like a manager or supervisor make a metting in the place that all customers can see the manager or supervisor instructing the associates how important was the customer service and they are working to slow. For me this is ridiculous and extremely unprunprofessional. I expecting a call [protected] Or email [protected]@gmail.com. extremely dissatisfied customer. Looking what happen in Miami and thinking about 20 years ago how was the service and how is now. Here in the picture is how the recieve looks like . And was make on porpuse to avoid that i going and place my opinion in the survey.

Burger King the service

The cashier was very rude and said that if we didn't like the way she was acting to go eat somewhere else. So I did what she said and left to eat somewhere else. Burger King food is the best but the service that lady gave me made me think about what her or a cook might do to my food if they are having a bad day like this lady. It really sucks how people can treat one another after you try to take your service to them.

Burger King poor service

North Deland Florida location.

Person taking order was too distracted by having to tell patrons that there were no drink lids to properly take order. When sandwich was not as ordered and taken back to fix, the worker was hesitant to comply. He said he would but no one worked on fixing it. Once we were done everything else they agreed like they would make it. When we asked for our money back for the sandwich they refused.

Burger King food product not what I expected

After watching commercials for the new Burger King Mushroom Swiss burger I decided to try it out. When my husband got home with our order I was extremely disappointed! My burger did not look anything like the commercials. It didn't taste good either. The burger was missing bacon and it had so much mayo that I couldn't taste anything else. Also, it hardly had any mushrooms. To make matters worse the employees did not know what my husband was talking about when he ordered it. They had to double to check to see if it was an item that was offered!

Here's an idea - Cook your own food or spend a few more bucks to get an actual dining experience. What do you expect, honestly? "It didn't look as advertise!" Were you born yesterday? Stop whining about everything and eat your cheap meal which is what you paid for.

Burger King service and product

Went to burger king located in Baker, Louisiana. We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of the 2 for $10 whopper meals and a fish sandwich meal. Then went home. The drinks were horrible so we went back to the store to speak with manager and have them fix the drinks. The manager said they were out of coke so we chose another drink. She proceeds to tell me that they are out of all the drinks. So i asked for a refund for the drinks portion. I was told they cant do that because it was part of a combo meal. I told the manager that they knew they were out of drinks and should have said something when we placed the order. Instead they knowingly gave us drinks that were not any good and refused to fix the problem. I asked for a phone number to corporate office and for my receipt back. She said she through the receipt away and she did not have access to the corporate number. This was extremely poor service and the manager on duty that night is not management material.

Burger King customer service

Hello,
My family and I decided to eat at the Burger King located at 11401 NW 12TH ST, Miami, Fl 33172 which is inside Dolphin Mall. Once they Called our receipt number we approached the counter and realised my son's kids meal was missing the toy. We asked the employee who was there at the time calling out the orders for the missing toy. He proceeded by taking out three toys and informing my son to take only one. My son was having a hard time deciding which toy to grab, since he insisted on all three but we quickly let him know only one can be choosen. The employee than clearly stated to my four year old son "JUST TAKE ALL OF THEM" that's when we grabbed all three toys thinking it was okay, as my son said "THANK YOU". The employee than noticed there were other workers around and said "ARE YOU GUYS REALLY JUST GOING TO ROB THE TOYS FROM ME" when my husband and I both heard him tell my son to take them all. The employee was accusing us of stealing the toys and continued disrespecting us by saying "HE WILL NOT LOOSE HIS JOB BECAUSE WE WANTED TO STEAL ALL THE TOYS". I did not want any conflict due to the fact I had my son with me. I quickly demanded to my son to give back two of the three toys, the kids meal only comes with one. We got out of there as quick as we could due to the disrespect this employee had with my family. I know what we heard but if the employee made a mistake by giving my son all three toys he should have asked for them nicely stating he had made a mistake and we would of kindly given them back. We are aware that you can't take more than one toy but the employee offered them to a four year old kid, he was clearly not going to decline. I hope this Burger King does something about this employee. This is inside a mall where many families come with their little ones and don't want to be accused of stealing because one employee wants to break the rules and then tries to blame the customers.

Burger King my gm won't help me get my last check.

I was due a pay check 3 weeks ago. My gym asked me to give her a stamped envelope as I did with my new address. I have not received it yet and it was sent to a local address in town? She doesn't care I need to get it I have a baby daughter who I support and I have had no money for I'm looking for a new job but have nothing yet. She won't help me in any way just short and snappy with me. When I go on line to see if it's on file there is nothing of me to pull up. They don't do direct deposit per My Gm Sabrina W. at the store I was at in Melbourne she told me to call corporate! They are a franchise and don't have anything to do with corporate. She knew that! What a bad Gm she is to lie to me. They are stealing my money why do fast food resteraunts let their GM treat employees so bad. I had never called in and when I asked for a day off for personal reasons after months of working she fired me! I returned all his uniforms and hats etc. so they should return me my check to me .please help why would she steal my money? Gm won't give me my check or help me with any info to get it says she mailed it but it's been 3 weeks no check shame on Burger King for not hiring better role models fast food is allowed to hire the. Worst people and let them be bosses to treat employees with No respect Sabrina W. at the viera Fla Burger King basically stole my check and won't help me get it back she said she maile it to me at my sisters house in Rockledge 3 miles down the road but she never got it we have gotten all our other mail funny we never got that $400.00 pay check. She should loose her job for pulling such a stunt. Wonder how many other people she done this too...shame on her and Burger King for letting her get away with it? J.Masters

Branch locate it in 3905 N.E. Loop 820
Haltom City, TX 76137, have the hours outside "Dining close at 10:00 pm". I was there around nine and they said that the door should be close at 9:00 pm. The cashier told me that it have to be "to go" because have to close the door. Make sure that the employees for dining just get pay until nine o'clock or, change the closing hours. It was 06/22/2017

Burger King a assistant manager

She has a problem with arguing with employees. Her name is Melissa! Enjoy working here, but I'm tired of her arguing with employees! She just trying to fire certain people. I don't understand how someone could just say things about someone just to get them fired. We have people that work here, because they need these jobs to help family. Please someone needs to talk to her!

Burger King service

I won't go back to mcdonalds because an employee got my order wrong because she was busy on her cell phone, and guess what the same thing happen at a burger king #2739 lenexa ks. I think fast food employees should leave their cell phones in a designated area and not be able to have the in the service aera, i had to hear about her health conditions while trying to get my order and when i got my food home of course the order was wrong. So now mcdonalds and burger king are off my lists of fast food places.

Burger King bad customer service

BK Store number #5475 time 21:20PM.
Purchased a Whopper with cheese Only Pickle's Only Tomato and cheese. The counter girl repeated this to the cook, and I checked my receipt and all was good. They charged me $8.13 . Purchase was made at 18:29 pm It was a take out. Got back to my car drove home about 15 minutes. Took all my groceries out of my car then sat down to eat. They had put lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup and onions in it. First off I am allergic to mayonnaise and ketchup. So now I could not eat it. So I went ahead and made myself a Protein Shake and a yogurt and took my medications. Sat down a while and was going to throw it away but decided to take it back. So I drove another 20 minutes back to BK. I waited in line and when the girl asked me I told her what happened and asked for a refund. They said they could not because they had changed shift. She spoke with the manager and he said the same. I said I could not eat this late. She said she could not refund me. So ii asked for the receipt and left back home. This is unacceptable I had no fault at all, I asked for what I wanted and the receipt verified it yet they did nothing to help me. SO I wasted my money, my time and gas for nothing. Is this good customer service?

Burger King overcharged on order

I took advantage of the 2 Whopper meal special for $10. add cheese to both meals. I added a 3rd Whopper meal with coupon for $5. And added cheese to it. The last item added was a Hershey pie. I was charge $23.19 for the order. Here is the math for the correct amount, 3 meals @ $5.00 each, add cheese @ $.60 each and 1 pie @ $1.69. Basic math $15.00 meal, $1.80 cheese, $1.69 pie and tax @ $1.48 total $19.97. Instead of listening to the customer, I had shift manager arguing that the computer is correct and I am wrong. As I see it you owe me $3.22 for the over charge and I want you to send me a check A.S.A.P. As a manager of a servicing business, I find the entire instants unprofessional. What happen to listening to the customer and finding a solution, instead of having me aggravated and pissed off.

Hello, my name is liz. The burger King I went to was in Webb city, MO 64870. On June 16, 2017 around 915pm. I order 10 piece nuggets and small fry and Dr pepper. I asked for 4 ranch, we'll the girl have me two. So I called her named hey, miss I need two more. I sat in the drive way for 10 mins. I had to yell in window to get more sauce. So I'm driving to my mothers, house. The nuggets had an order, like old grease. When I looked at them, they was dark brown. I called the store, and asked for the manger. I told her how upset about the customer service, and why these nuggets look so brown and have a smell. She told me, that the machine. Een broke down, they couldn't changed the grease and she apologized. She said if I come back next week it be fix. I can't remember if she said bring my reciept or not. But she wrong my name down in the book. So today, around 7 pm. I went to pick my order for my daughter. One of the workers, said, um. Let me look. She went to get book. Well the manager, bUT me down, but said to bring the reciept. I said what, ya machine was mess up and ya was serving nasty greased, old nuggets but couldn't replace my order she said, or w/o a reciept. So I said what's ya district manager number. She said she didn't know. I said you better find it. So she finally gave me the number. This is cray. How a customer is treated over they mistake
