service
i was at our local burger king in hutchinson ks at 201 east 4th and had my two teenagers with me and we went thru the drive thru and ordered off the back of the receipt 9487 which is get a free whopper with the purchase of a drink and fries. i ordered three of them as the night before we were informed about this and we liked it so we returned only this time the lady whose name is Summer told us to just pull to the window and we did just so she could tell us we could only order one. we explained to her that the night before we were suggested to order this and did and had the receipt to show it which she looked at ans still told us no. i then asked to speak with a manager and she said i will ask manager. So a man comes to the window and says your gonna have to come inside and this was the last sttraw they then told us we couldnt order any and i said im sorry i will go somewhere else and they said ok and didnt even try to persuade us to stay at burger king. We then drove to the other location on north main street went thru drive thru ordered the same thing and the lady was very nice said sure thats no problem and we got our food and it was kinda nasty as the fries were clearly OLD and im just very frustrated with this whole situation. What happened to the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT.
customer service and closing early
We visited the location on Hwy 21 in Bryan tx this evening around 1030 p.m. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited for 20 mins to see if someone would respond nothing. I drove around to see another vehicle pull up same thing. So I called a girl answered and I asked are you open? She says no we are closed because our power is out and the stoves wont say heated. I'm looking at the store lights on and everything, so I told her well your lights are on and so is everyone else on this area. She than says well our owner said to close it down. I couldn't even get a word out, she hangs the phone up on me. No sorry, thank you nothing. I tried to call back they do not want to answer at all. I swear every time I visit this location same mess. Rude employees, closed and the manager ain't no help. I am already owed a meal but never returned for it because of this. I understand it's raining but to lie and say it's the power come on. Every store and fast food place has power and up and open but Burger king. Why? It's sad because it's always night shift that sucks. I run a fast food restaurant a very busy one and I be damn if my employees close or act like this. My mods know better than to even let employees act this way. At least you can do is acknowledge your guest when they come and be more polite about situations it will be easier for a guest to understand rather than being nasty.
burger was cold
I took my son to BK last night and we got whopper juniors and fries. The fries were great but the burgers were cold and not very good. The last time I went to this location it was cold also. Will never go to this location ever again. it's Burger King#4599 177 West Campbell Road, Richardson Texas. We went through the drive thru on June 1 at 10.20 pm and was order 50. I feel like we are owed an apology and a meal compensation.

The Burger King on rt 222 in Kutztiwm PA has a very strange toy man work in the very early morning. He refuses to put any sweetener or creamer in coffee in the drive thru. The women there do add the creamer and sweetener. When I asked the strange man why he wouldn't do it, I received a 5 minute lecture on how he does his job right and no one else knows how to follow the rules. I don't need to hear this [censored] before a 12 hour shift!
customer service and cleanliness
I visited Burger King on myrtle avenue in ridgewood, n.y. I made an order and asked for 2 cheeseburger meals and asked for one burger with only cheese for my grandson and regular for me. I also ordered a whopper. The lady at the register messed up the order and when I told her, she caught an attitude and then told me that I asked for something that i didn't. Another employee came and I told her what happened. When they gave me my food, it was cold. I exchanged the whopper when I realized that it was cold. I also realized that there is really poor hygiene with the handling of the food. I am attaching pictures to show howbdirty this place is. I go there frequently and i just can't not say something anymore. The unprofessionalism of the staff is unbelievable. I was treated by the staff like an animal. Other customers were also complaining. My concern is not only that they are serving unfinished food, but how the other side of the kitchen is handled, I would be afraid to see the kitchen. I have been to other burger king, but after this experience, i am hesitant to ever eat there again. Communication is key and the majority of the employees are Spanish speaking which is fine, but they speak very little English and speak in Spanish to eachother while customers are making orders. I would appreciate feedback and hopefully something changes.
original chicken sandwich
Over cooked and asked for sandwich with only mayo. Wrapper said only mayo but when I got home and unwrapped it, there was lettuce on it! I got the two for $5.00 deal. I did not check to see that the other chicken sandwich was made properly until I got home. The second sandwich was supposed to have lettuce on it and didn't. That sandwich was also over !cooked
food and service and cleanliness
We have just left BurgerKing in Petersburg Virginia feeling pretty disgusted.
The floors were covered in puddles from water leaking profusely through the ceiling.
The toilets - male and female - were filthy.
We ordered food and with no cheese and it came with cheese.
No coffe had been brewed yet so we had a long wait for the brew.
Staff were very unconcerned.

restroom cleanliness
We visited the Burger King restaurant #5988 in Fremont, Michigan on June 02, 2018 at 9:00pm.
While the food wasn't an issue, the restrooms were. I used the men's room and found it to be filthy with urine on the floors, the urinal would hardly flush. There was still heavy urine in the urinal when I entered. The floor was terrible with tracked in dirt and stains. There was urine still in the toilet as well.
My female guest had similar complaints about the women's room. I notified my service attendant named "Jasmine" about the horrid conditions of their restrooms. She indicated that she'd look into it.
nuggets
I went to the burger king in lehi utah around 10pm on a saturday so still 2 hours before they are supposed to close i ordered 3 10pc nuggets which i found out when i got to the window they had not even started to cook my order so i was told to wait out front i then got my nuggets and brought them home and opened them up and started to eat. On my 5th or so nugget i pulled it out only to find out that it had a piece of gum stuck to it
i'm complaining about a worker.
In the Burger King at Newport Tennessee I witnessed an older lady with dark hair get mad and throw a drink carrier and it almost hit the cashier. The Lady that threw it was working and I tried to get a glimpse at her name tag I'm pretty sure it said Leslie but I'm not certain. She continue to be angry and rude to her fellow workers. I tried to get her attention but she wouldn't listen.
I am complaining of poor customer service, food handling and the lack of cleanliness
Friday June 1st 2018, my family and I wanted to grab a bite to eat before treating ourselves to some ice cream. So we headed over to Burger King (located 601 Busti Ave, Buffalo, NY 14213). Once in we ordered our food, 4 cheese burgers and to small fries for the our two children. Then we oldered our food, which I had one double bacon cheese burger meal. My fiance ordered the bacan cheese burger king meal. My fiance wanted extra ketchup on his sandwich. Once our order was placed, the young female cashier handed us our cups. The fountain drink display was unstocked, dirty and messy. The drinks was either to watered down, no flavor or to much acid. No one cleaned nor wripped any thing down. The tables was barley wripped and the ones that were had been wiped with a dirty wrag. We retrieved our food, I immediately notied I had way to much ketchup on my burger and it was poorly put together. It was almost shamed. I took it back up to in form the cook and politely asked for another to be made. She takes it with no problems. But the young female cashier that placed the order intervenes (ruddly I might add). Pointing to the screen saying it is what she had and followed her to the back. The female management asked her what the problem was and she repeated her statement. To my surprise the manager responded boldly insulating my family. Saying we was retarded and see is surprised that more things dont get dropped on the floor. The cashier laughed. It took everything in my power to keep calm. I watched carefully as the cook remade my burger. She was polite but her co workers was anything but. I would never go back unless this matter is addressed . I paid my money my family and I didn't deserve the disrespectful attitude we receive because of a mistake made on the cashier's end. And the manager should be fired immediately for condoning customers food to be tampered with.
frosted coke
We stoped at Burger King in Flora IL and purchased 3 frosted Cokes. 2 of the frosted Cokes were only 3/4 of the way full. When we asked if they could fill the cup the rest of the way they told us they had been told once it was blended they are not allowed to add extra product. I informed her I would be contacting corprate because I have payed for a full cup and only received 1 that was full. Please resolve this issue if it is indeed a direction from corprate.
everything was and has been terrible
I went to my local Burger King today to grab some fries and a coke.
I dont normally visit this location even tho is very close to my home. The service is usually bad and/or indifferent and the food is generally sub par.
Today when I entered it was obvious that they were not busy. Despite this it took waay too long to even place an order. No fries were ready so I had to wait. While waiting I could see how filthy the kitchen area was. The employees were slovenly and slow. When my fries finally arrived I left. When I got home I discovered they were undercooked and had no salt. That was the final straw. Ill never go there again. You should seriously consider a managment change at this location.
The Service
First off, I love Burger King over any of the other burger joints. That's why I was so livid when I left the store on valley mills drive in Waco Texas on Friday 06/01/2018. I went through the drive threw to make it quick. I ordered your crispy chicken sandwich meal with onion rings. I get the meal and pull up to check it and sure enough it has mayo, lettuce, and tomato. So I park my car go in and tell the young man who handed it to me at the window what's wrong. Instantly he gave me a bit of attitude like I did something wrong. I told him I ordered it with mustard only. He says where's the other sandwich? I said it's in this bag right here so he reaches in to get it from the bottom of bag dumping over my onion rings and then throws that perfectly good sandwich right in the trash in front of me and hollers at girl in back to make one with just mustard. Now I'm not looking for something free but I could have given that sandwich to the homeless guy I saw out front. Or for the sake of good customer service and not upsetting a long time customer he could have said sorry and left it where it was and made a new one. I almost lost it with this kid but restrained myself because there were kids at the counter with parents. So he puts the new sandwich back in the bag closes the top and I leave. Having not checked it because I watched them make it I get home to all my onion rings laying in the bottom cold. Sorry for the complaint but it actually gives me a little relief to get it off my chest. Thank you Chuck Guthrie

June 2nd I went through the drive thru and ordered four sausage egg and cheese croissants a sausage biscuit and a 10 piece nugget. I was asked to pull down. Before leaving the window I asked for strawberry jelly and a receipt in the bag. I got home and realized my nuggets were not in the bag I live about 15 mins away so I tried to call back nobody answered. After about 3 back to back calls it gave me a busy signal as if someone left the phone on. There was no receipt in my bag so even if I did go back I have no proof of the order. The service at this location is never really good but since it's the closest one to me it's tolerable. I'm especially disappointed in the service I received today.
Breakfast menu
For the past three days I have went to burger king on walnut ave in dalton georgia and the breakfast has been ice cold. We've ordered croissants as well as biscuits and even told them repeatedly they are always cold. Now once again I even asked them, while ordering to make sure they are hot and I wished I had a picture to send of how they came out the drive thru window looking like ice on them they were all still very cold like they were thawing out. I'm sick and tired of going out to waste my hard earned money on one of my favorite restaurants worth extremely poor quality as well as lazy [censored] employee's that are just plain rude and simply does not care!

There is a manager that has had 15 years of management experience, and is having to ask month old employees how to make simple sandwiches. She discriminates against certain employees. She sits in the office at closing, complaining to employees about things that need done, but she doesn't work at all. She is having other employees doing floors, wipe downs, and other things that are a managers duties. Taking brillo pads and towels out of the trash and using them on sanititized equipment. She will not give employees information like where to get clean, sanitized cleaning equipment, when the mop is so soiled it is leaving grease streaked all over the whole floor. Employees are getting wrote up, and pulled outside to be "talked to" about situations this manager is responsible for; and is telling employees to do. Beverly is the manager responsible, and with 15 years of experience, this should not be an issue. She is rude to both employees and customers, and as a manager; especially with this much experience, should know her roles, rules, and duties, and should be making the example of a good employee. If something is not done about this, I will have to involve corporate. It is not just affecting one or a couple of employees, but the whole closing shift. I am not an employee, I am a regular customer and I do not appreciate a manager not leading by example. An employee is only as good as the training they receive.

Everytime I go. In my food is never fixed right are the oinon rings are cold I mean Everytime I go in they mess my food up and they mess my daughter up last time we went in a man good was messed up and he done opened it at the table and took it back because it wasn't not right the they put. I was double charge for my order and I tried several times already to call them but someone will pick up and hang up
Yes I wanna report an employee (Tamica) employee #471530 for double charging my credit card 1 for $23.53 and other for $ 9 something which she said didn't go thru but it did i have a appt on my phone that shows me my purchases and she did and whenever I call the store to talk it's either busy or they will pick it up and hang up I got the #2 which was a meal which I didn't get my fries or my drink I think I really need my money back If not a free meal voucher don't wanna take it dither than I have to

We stoped at a different Burger King than normal, waitress handed me my frappe without whipped crepe, I ask her to add it, she grab a can and my husband handed her the plastic cup, we were in the car, she squirted the whipped crime all over his arm and the car, she also told us that many customers don't want whipped creamer, I told her she should ask the customer, this product comes with whipped creamer.
Also I tried to enter thru " my bkexperience.com and it would not take my store number, the receipt clearly reads 101.
