Borderlinx — customer service staff is glib and ineffective
When goods are delayed causing great frustration since there will be on one home to collect them, Borderlinx Customer Service was alerted.
Adding to the problem instead of giving assistance, Borderlinx staff Ms. Lodwal was glib, patronizing and inactive.
Customers do not need statements like " Please be assured, your shipment will get delivered to you soon." OR "As per your concern, please be informed that we had checked the status with DHL and according to them the shipment is delivered on..."
These statements are ineffectual because there is no accountabilty nor assistance rendered for the frustrations of a waiting customer.
Frustrations that Borderlinx Customer staff should be alleviating instead of having customers personally run around frenzied, calling their DHL Centres in Malaysia and facilitating urgent delivery.
To add further injury the Customer Service announced with banality that "we had checked and the shipment is delivered...".
