So, I went to LXRandCo at Sawgrass Mills and let me tell you, it was a total bust. The bags they were selling were fake as heck. I mean, come on, if you're going to sell designer bags, at least make sure they're legit. And don't even get me started on the customer service. It was terrible. The employees were rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with LXRandCo. The product was not as advertised and the customer service was lacking. I hope they can improve in the future.

So, I was thinking of buying bags from LXR and Co, you know, the one in NY and NJ. I don't wanna buy online, I wanna see the bag with my own eyes, you know what I mean? So, I got my LV nevderful tote from LXRandCo and man, was I bummed out when I saw the condition it was in. The side strap just straight up broke when I barely even touched it. I mean, what the heck? But, I gotta give it to LXRandCo, they're giving me a full refund for it. But honestly, the savings ain't worth it if the bags are gonna be in this kind of condition. I think I'm just gonna stick to buying new from now on. Lesson learned, I guess.

I bought a handbag from LXRandCo for a whopping $833 in June, but I wasn't happy with it and returned it the very next day. It's now July 15th and I still haven't received my money back yet. I've been calling customer service every day, but it seems like they're not doing anything about it. A representative called me back two weeks ago and told me that they received the product back, but it's been more than two weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund. I'm extremely upset and frustrated with this situation, and I'm going to get my bank involved to look into this matter. I don't think I'll ever order from this company again. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't recommend LXRandCo to anyone.
