LXRandCo Misleading Listing and Disappointing Product from LXRandCo

So, I was looking for a new wallet and stumbled upon LXRandCo. I was excited to find a wallet that looked great in the photos and was described as being in excellent condition. However, when I received the wallet, I was disappointed to find that it wasn't as advertised. The card slots were well-used and the wallet had a musty odour. To make matters worse, there were cracks in the material that weren't shown in the photos or mentioned in the description.

I was really disappointed with my purchase and felt like I had wasted my money. The listing was misleading and the price was too high for what I received. I decided to return the item the same day I received it. I was really frustrated with the whole experience and I don't think I'll be purchasing from LXRandCo again.

Overall, I think LXRandCo needs to do a better job of accurately representing their products. It's important to include photos of the interior and any flaws in the item. It's also important to be transparent about the condition of the item and the price. I hope they take this feedback into consideration and make some changes to improve their customer experience.

LXRandCo Mixed Experience with LXRandCo: Great In-Store Service, Disappointing Online Store Processing Time

I recently visited LXRandCo's store at Hudson Bay in Canada and spotted a stunning LV bag. It was during the Cyber Monday sale and they were offering a 20% discount on their online store. However, the staff informed me that I had to purchase the bag online to avail of the discount, but they assured me that they would ship the same bag I saw in-store.

I decided to take advantage of the discount and purchased the bag on November 30th. However, I was disappointed to find out that it took them a whopping 15 days to process my order, even though I live just 30 km away from their location. I was eagerly waiting for my bag to arrive and finally received it on December 21st.

Despite the long processing time, I must say that the staff at their store were extremely helpful. One of them went out of their way to assist me and I really appreciated their efforts. However, I was not impressed with their online store. They did not send me any confirmation email after charging my credit card, which left me feeling a bit uneasy. Additionally, their online store did not seem very professional.

Overall, I had a mixed experience with LXRandCo. While I loved the LV bag I purchased and the helpfulness of their store staff, their online store could use some improvement. I hope they work on their processing times and online store to provide a better shopping experience to their customers.

LXRandCo Disappointing Experience with LXRandCo: Poor Customer Service and Business Practices

So, I was browsing the internet and came across LXRandCo's website. I was hesitant to make a purchase after reading some negative reviews, but I decided to give it a try during their women's day sale. I found a bag that I really liked and decided to purchase it. The next day, I received an email saying that there was a mistake and the bag was already sold. However, when I checked the website, the bag was still available, but for the full price before the discount. It was pretty obvious that they cancelled my purchase because they didn't want to sell it at the sale price.

I tried to contact customer service, but it was impossible to get a hold of them. I called and emailed during business hours, but no one answered. It was frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company in any way or purchasing from them. Don't let any good reviews fool you. I learned my lesson and should have believed the bad reviews that are all over the internet.

Overall, my experience with LXRandCo was not a good one. I was excited to make a purchase, but it turned out to be a waste of time and money. I hope that they improve their customer service and business practices in the future.

LXRandCo Mixed Experience with LXRandCo: Quick Delivery, Good Condition, Wrong Size, No Compensation - 3 Stars

I bought a Louis Vuitton Siena PM bag from LXRandCo's website and it came to Canada real quick. The bag was in good condition and I didn't have to worry about it being fake. The only problem was that it wasn't the PM size like I ordered, it was the way bigger MM size. I told customer service and they got back to me fast and we talked good. They said I needed permission to return it. But I decided to keep it, I just wanted some kind of compensation for the mistake. But they said no because it was on sale when I bought it. I don't really like that because they could have done something nice for me, you know? So I gave them 3 stars.

LXRandCo Unacceptable Quality and Misleading Description: A Review of [Company Name]

This company is not good. The description on their website is not very good. I was okay with the things in the pictures, but when I got my package, one of the wallets I ordered smelled like cigarette smoke. It seemed like they tried to cover it up with Febreze? I emailed them and they said they could send it for ozone treatment (leather is porous, it'll help the smell but won't eliminate it?) or I could use Febreze? What? They didn't say on the website that the item smelled like smoke. I take my health very seriously and third-hand smoke is a thing. I know I can't avoid all carcinogens in my life, but I would like to avoid them as much as possible. Holding a carcinogen bomb in my hands or on me is not ideal. They didn't even list that their item is a health risk. Even on Facebook Marketplace or sketchy car dealerships, people have the decency to list the items as smoke-damaged. This shows the integrity of this company. Don't buy from them.

LXRandCo Buyer Beware: LXRandCo's Overpriced Items and No Return Policy

I recently purchased a KepallB 50 from LXRandCo for 1200CAD. Unfortunately, the zippers were broken and the vachetta was cracked. I had to replace the zippers at LV for 150CAD and I am planning to replace the vachetta sides soon for 400CAD, or else the handles may give in. It would have been better to buy a new one for 2200CAD, but I learned my lesson not to go back to LXRandCo.

However, my boyfriend and I decided to look around the store and he got carried away with a discounted LV bag. We thought it was a good deal, but we didn't do our due diligence and research the bag beforehand. LXRandCo offered an upfront 10% discount, but with a catch of a final sale. My gut told me not to go for it, but my boyfriend thought it was a good deal. We forgot about the issues I had with LXRandCo before and made the purchase.

When we got home, I felt uneasy and shocked to find the same bag in excellent condition on Fashionphile for 60% less than what my boyfriend paid. It was even going for a further discount. I was kicking myself for letting LXRandCo con us into thinking it was a deal when it wasn't. Their pricing is way overpriced, and their 10-day no return policy is unacceptable. I will never go back to them again.

LXRandCo needs to learn from other resellers like Fashionphile or yogiscloset for their business to thrive. They need to offer better pricing and a better return policy. With Fashionphile, they have a 50% discount already from retail price before inflation across the board, then further 10, 20, 30% marking down. They also offer a 30-day return policy and a buy-back program if you're not happy within a certain time. LXRandCo cannot compete with their outrageous pricing and no return policy. I suggest checking out their sites and comparing their pricing. I feel bad for those who are not well-versed in luxury pricing and fall for LXRandCo's posing as a good deal when it's not. Don't take any upfront discounts only to be slapped with a no return policy. Trust your gut!

LXRandCo Terrible Customer Service and Defective Products from LXRandCo on Blue Fly

I recently bought a couple of bags from LXRandCo on Blue Fly, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I gotta say, their customer service is just plain awful. I mean, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

So, I got my bags and boy, were they in terrible condition. One of them was super dirty, stained, with worn-out leather and a broken zipper. I was so disappointed, I immediately contacted the seller to return the bags and get my money back.

But guess what? The customer service representative I talked to was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She told me I couldn't return the bags because I had already removed the "orange security cable". What a joke! That "orange security cable" was just a regular zip tie that you can buy anywhere. And get this, one of the bags didn't even have a zip tie on it when I received it. How can it be a strict company policy if they're not even following it themselves?

The representative also told me that this policy was clearly stated on the tag when I received the bag. But let me tell you, I looked everywhere and there was no mention of this policy anywhere. I tried to explain this to her, but she just wouldn't listen. She said she would talk to her supervisor and call me back, but of course, she never did.

So, I called them again the next day and got the same rude representative on the phone. This time, she told me I couldn't return the bags because they were "final sale". What a load of crap! If the bags were defective, dirty, or damaged, they should still allow returns for store credit. I asked to speak to her supervisor, but she refused to let me. Can you believe that? I was so frustrated and couldn't believe how terrible their customer service was.

In the end, I had to go to Blue Fly for help. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend LXRandCo to anyone.

LXRandCo Terrible Customer Service Experience with LXR&Co: A Warning to Potential Buyers

I went to two LXR&Co stores located in Century 21 in Morristown and Jersey Gardens, NJ. The staff at both locations were helpful and friendly. I bought a few items that were of good quality. However, when I made a purchase online, I had to deal with their Customer Service department, which was a nightmare.

I ordered a Hermes necklace on December 3rd, 2016, and my debit card was charged immediately. However, on December 4th, 2016, I received an email from LXR&Co customer service stating that they could not complete my transaction because my shipping address did not match my address on record with my bank. I contacted my bank immediately to confirm my information, and they confirmed that everything was correct. I then contacted LXR&Co, but they could not explain what happened. They did not apologize, but they confirmed that the product would be sent out via FedEx. They told me that the item would arrive by December 13th, but I was skeptical because it seemed like a long time to deliver. I was told that they state a 15-day delivery period on their website, which I found odd, but I assumed that it would arrive earlier. However, I was wrong.

On December 15th, I called LXR&Co again to find out the status of my order, and I was told that the item was still in the warehouse in NJ, but it would be sent out immediately. They gave me a FedEx tracking number and promised that the item would arrive on December 16th. I worked from home that day so that I could sign for the package, but the FedEx tracking info said that the item was not in transit. I called LXR&Co customer service around 4:00 PM on December 16th, but no live person was available to answer my calls. I left a message on their voicemail, but I did not receive a response. I attempted to contact them repeatedly over the weekend, but I received no response. I wrote numerous emails to the customer service department, but I did not receive a response. I called FedEx, and they confirmed that the item was never handed off to them.

On December 19th, I wrote another letter and called LXR&Co repeatedly. Finally, at around 11:00 AM, I reached a live person who told me that customer service works weekdays only from 9 AM to 5 PM. She was familiar with my case and said that she had written a letter to their logistics department to find out what happened. She assured me that she would get to the bottom of the issue and get back to me by the end of the day on December 19th. However, I did not receive a phone call, and according to FedEx, no status update had occurred.

Today is day 17 since I placed my order, and my experience with LXR&Co and this order has been horrible. I received misinformation, one returned call on December 5th, and nothing since. There was no concern about customer fulfillment, and there was a general lack of concern about their reputation and quality. It seems like they have enough business in spite of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Meanwhile, they still have my money, and I can only imagine what the process will be for a refund.

If you are going to buy from this company, I would suggest finding the product at a physical location and performing a traditional transaction. My experience with LXR&Co has been terrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

LXRandCo Fake Bags and Terrible Service: My Disappointing Experience at LXRandCo Sawgrass Mills

So, I went to LXRandCo at Sawgrass Mills and let me tell you, it was a total bust. The bags they were selling were fake as heck. I mean, come on, if you're going to sell designer bags, at least make sure they're legit. And don't even get me started on the customer service. It was terrible. The employees were rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

When I finally did, they gave me the wrong information about the bag and it ended up being a completely different one than what I wanted. LXRandCo LXRandCo Review: Disappointing Product and Customer Service Experience

I recently had an experience with LXRandCo and I have to say, it was not the best. I decided to purchase a bag online, but when it arrived, it was not what I was expecting. The pictures on the website did not accurately represent the product I received.

When I tried to return the bag, I found it difficult to navigate their customer service. It was not easy to get in touch with someone and when I finally did, they were not very helpful. It was frustrating to deal with and I ended up keeping the bag because it was too much of a hassle to return it.

I would recommend buying LXRandCo bags in person, if possible. When Lord & Taylor brings them in to sell, it's a great opportunity to see the bags in person and make sure you're getting what you want. Plus, you can avoid the headache of dealing with their online customer service.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with LXRandCo. The product was not as advertised and the customer service was lacking. I hope they can improve in the future.

LXRandCo Disappointing Condition of LV Tote from LXRandCo: A Review

So, I got my LV nevderful tote from LXRandCo and man, was I bummed out when I saw the condition it was in. The side strap just straight up broke when I barely even touched it. I mean, what the heck? But, I gotta give it to LXRandCo, they're giving me a full refund for it. But honestly, the savings ain't worth it if the bags are gonna be in this kind of condition. I think I'm just gonna stick to buying new from now on. Lesson learned, I guess.

LXRandCo Terrible Customer Service: LXRandCo Fails to Refund $833 Handbag Purchase

I bought a handbag from LXRandCo for a whopping $833 in June, but I wasn't happy with it and returned it the very next day. It's now July 15th and I still haven't received my money back yet. I've been calling customer service every day, but it seems like they're not doing anything about it. A representative called me back two weeks ago and told me that they received the product back, but it's been more than two weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund. I'm extremely upset and frustrated with this situation, and I'm going to get my bank involved to look into this matter. I don't think I'll ever order from this company again. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't recommend LXRandCo to anyone.
