I spent two hours on the phone, trying to add ten dollars to my data plan. The representative, was unable to add it to my account. They told me they would give me a credit of two gigs, for the time and trouble I spent. They lied. No credit, and I wound up having to fix the problem myself. The next day, I called and tried to add data to my phone, and the rep was able to fix it instantly, but no credit. Beware of this company. Spotty customer service, and they will lie to you, to try to keep you from complaining. God help you, if you ask to speak to a supervisor. They act like you want their first born son...
