[Resolved] Bestcanvasterrible quality

I have ordered a canvas print from and my canvas arrived completely damaged! I contacted customer service they same day and they said that it was probably damaged during the shipment. They promised to make a new one. About a week later they said that my new canvas was ready.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Miami, FLI was so excited and happy that these guys actually kept their promise, but then they suddenly said that I have to pay for it!! I refused and demanded my money back. They said they were not able to do that because they did make my canvas and I received what I paid for. Terrible company nay to deal with!

  • Resolution Statement customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.
