I bought my beko model wm74165w on the 4 January 2017 and 5 months later the door exploded shattering glass around the kitchen.I rang beko on the day it happened 29May and they arranged an engineer to come on the Friday 2 June.the next day a phone call to say can't come will come on Monday 5 June.the engineer said his report would take a couple of days then someone would get back to me... nothing!!! I rang on Monday 12 June, Tuesday 13 June and finally Wednesday 14 June to be fobbed off with computers going down bladdey blah.I am still no nearer knowing as to when my machine will be fixed or replaced.I will never buy beko again and will tell everyone not to either.terrible service
