Beachbody / follow up to refund request

I contacted live chat said there was NO record of my return...when I gave him all the shipping info...and the time and name of the BB employee that all magically appeared...I was promised my return would be in my account by end of the week. Messageboards also responded timely...and stated the same...

I did receive a Partial refund but the full amount promised.

As per my previous email...I was guaranteed a full refund including postage costs! I only received $63.44 of that...I was promised $77.17 plus return shipping $ $7.17 since I did cancel on the same day...but they told me to call the next day Monday to cancel since my order would NOT ship for days.

This was approved by a supervisor...and verified twice prior to me shipping the product back that was received March 31!!

I have sent another inquiry to messageboards...but not gotten any response as of yet...
