Ky?ni The Triangle of health is great and I use it with my fam

The Triangle of health is great and I use it with my fam. But the other products ain't got no halal certificates like Fit20 and HL5. It would be real nice if y'all could consider gettin' them halal certificates so me and my buddies can use 'em too. Thanks! Esmael.

This company will get your attention, your money, and you will have to work very hard to meet their demands. Make sure you review the company guidelines for advertising. I was constantly harassed by this company, which made no sense because I am a business partner. If you don't meet the company demands, you're likely to find success limited as I did. Had I known, I would of not invested with Kyäni.

Ky?ni We started using Kyani in December

We started using Kyani in December . The products are okay, nothing really special. Our issue is that we signed up for the products to be shipped every two weeks. About a month ago, we moved and updated our new shipping address in our profile. Unfortunately, the products were still shipped to our old address. We called Kyani and told them about the wrong address. The person we spoke to said we had to call the company to change the address. But the address they changed was the one I had already changed (sounds ridiculous). Anyway, we never received the two shipments and informed Kyani about it. The person said there is nothing they can do but call UPS. So we called UPS and they said it has to be the shipper's responsibility. We called and talked to the manager, Amanda, and again she told us to change the address. We informed her that we already did, but she took it upon herself to change my billing address instead. My billing address hadn't changed, only my shipping address. Anyways, this manager said we had to call UPS to resolve the issue with them. After explaining to her, she said there was nothing they could do. So now we are out $260 because Kyani couldn't call UPS and UPS wouldn't change the address that Kyani messed up. We filed a claim with UPS, and now they have to go back to Kyani. After spending over 10 hours on the phone with Kyani and UPS, nothing was ever resolved. Do not order with Kyani, no one is in charge.

Ky?ni Kyani has been a godsend for me

Kyani has been a godsend for me. My daughter joined Kyani in 2016 and I thought it was a scam, but after trying their products, I experienced significant pain relief. I decided to become a business partner in 2017 because my health improved so much. The problem with multi-level marketing companies is that people expect to make tons of money quickly without any effort, but that's not how it works. Kyani has different ranks, a dream car program, and incentives, but it's not easy. You have to put in effort and motivation to move up. Kyani doesn't have a quota system or require monthly purchases, which is great. It's not a scam or pyramid scheme, unlike some other companies. Kyani focuses on products and customers, and they provide a lot of training and information. I personally know people who have benefited from Kyani's products. Some say it's expensive, but for me, it's worth it to have good health. I don't get sick and haven't been to the doctor in years. Becoming a business partner requires a financial investment, but you get training and product. Kyani is an excellent company with fantastic products and leadership. The founders don't take any money, which is impressive. I love the products and would continue using them even if I wasn't part of the business. Kyani is not a pyramid scheme or scam, it's a product and customer-focused company that has changed lives. I love Kyani!

I ain't gettin' my money back like they promised. They say they got some policies that nobody ever told me 'bout. They say they can't control their leaders, so they ain't takin' responsibility for my money troubles.

Ky?ni I canceled my autoship on June 17

I canceled my autoship on June 17. I remember calling and emailing Kyani on that date. Kyani skipped July and charged my credit cards and shipped the products on August 3 that I haven't purchased. I didn't place any order on August 1.

Ky?ni I got forced into joining Kyani, man

I got forced into joining Kyani, man. I was in this Zoom thing with a bunch of Kyani peeps, and they wouldn't let me leave without signing up. I shouldn't have given my card number, especially with everyone listening. They didn't even bother to read or tell me the terms and conditions. So, I reached out to Kyani, asking for my money back. I had to pay for shipping the product back myself, which sucked. But now, Kyani ain't even bothering to get back to me or give me the rest of my cash back. I paid a whopping $650, plus a 10% restocking fee, and another $30 to ship the stuff back. All I got was a measly $216.66 refund. I got pics of the box I sent back, man. This company is a total scam, no doubt about it.

Ky?ni As an independent business partner, I don't wanna be part of Kyäni no more

As an independent business partner, I don't wanna be part of Kyäni no more. So my sponsor (or salesperson) bought $814.00 CAD worth of products on my name and how can I have a repurchase? The products ain't arrived at my address yet but of course I don't want 'em. I'm still within your 30 days return period for full-refund, (or maybe 90%?). I dunno the exact % but I want a refund anyways. How long is the approximative time before Kyäni process my request? Referring to some customer complaints (here in ComplaintsBoard.com), I did follow all requirements needed and I hope there ain't other any mistakes.

Ky?ni I paid 995 bucks to become a business partner with Kyani, Inc

I paid 995 bucks to become a business partner with Kyani, Inc. But guess what? Just three days later, I realized it wasn't my thing. So I asked the team leaders to remove my name from the company. But man, those folks on the Zoom chat were giving me a hard time. They wanted me to think twice before leaving. I had to repeat myself and make it clear that I didn't want to be a part of it. To cut the story short, they even told me to ponder on it for a whole month. Can you believe it? So here I am, 995 dollars poorer and no sign of getting it back. I'm reaching out to you guys for help because I can't find any way to get a refund from Kyani on my own. I feel lost, like I've got nowhere to go.

I canceled the autoshipment on the Kyani website for a product package that cost $221.49 on 3/2. I received a tracking number indicating that it was shipped on the same day. I called customer service to inform them that I had canceled the autoshipment and asked if there was any way to cancel the March package. The representative informed me that it had already left the warehouse and suggested that I return it at my own expense of $20 for shipping. I didn't have the time to go to UPS for the return, so I decided to keep the package.

To my surprise, on 4/9, I received another package from Kyani, this time for another $221.49. I called customer service once again and asked why I was charged and shipped a product that I had canceled the shipment for. The representative explained that the cancellation was only applied to one place and not the other. Confused, I asked for clarification, and she mentioned something about a personal profile and a business profile. Apparently, I had canceled one of them, and she assured me that she would cancel the other one.

Finding the option to cancel shipments on their website was nearly impossible. After clicking through every single link, I finally found the cancel option and proceeded to do it. I had also called their customer service in March, but the representative failed to inform me that I had canceled one of the profiles. I was under the impression that I had canceled everything.

Now, in April, I am once again charged for the package. The company expects me to return it and pay an additional $20 for shipping. What's frustrating is that they don't even provide a return label. When I inquired about this, the customer service representative explained that it costs the company a lot to send return labels, and they expect me to bear the cost. It's outrageous that I have to pay $450 for something I had already canceled. I demand a refund of my hard-earned money and request that they send me a return label so I can send their package back to them. They shouldn't charge me for shipping it back to them and going to UPS.

Good afternoon, my name is *** and I live in ***. I wanna complain about Kyani. Lemme tell you what happened. I joined this company in August . I tried their products, but they didn't work for me. So, in January , I decided to leave the company. I canceled my business with them, but I didn't send in the paperwork. They said it was fine to email them a picture instead. So, I'm a reseller and I put my stuff on my *** store. Then, I sold an item, but I got a message from someone saying I had to take it down. The person who bought it tried to pay, but *** made me take the listing down. Now, the buyer thinks I did it and they're not happy. I explained the situation, and they understood, but it was still a bummer. They said I could send the products back to Kyani, so I did. I paid for the shipping and sent the cancellation paperwork too. I've been waiting for a month for them to refund my credit card. They never reached out to me to say when or how much they would refund. Today, on 3.2.2020, I sent an email asking for an update. They said they didn't know if it was my "starter kit" or something else, so they wanted to know that first. I told them it was products I was supposed to buy every month and they told me to send them back. Now, keep in mind, these products are worth over $400. The next email I got said they threw the products away and I wouldn't get anything back, no money, no products. Um, I paid for those things, they told me to send them back, and now I get nothing! I'm really upset and I think this whole thing is a scam! What can I do now?
