Axis Bank / irresponsible executives

I have a credit card account, i was trying to call the customer care from last 4 days, no response, i have never seen a bank being soo irresponsible. Without my notice additional amount was detected from my savings account. Beware!

i agree with you totally. nobody ever picks up any call in the customer care centre. i am trying since last one week

Today being Saturday 06/10/2007

I stay in Borivali West, Mumbai since last 30 years and I have ever ever faced a situation like this,

It was very surprising when I kept receiving bank promotion letters and also bank statements of a person by the name Mr Rahul Vyas, for the last 4-5 months, to my knowledge none of the family members in my family knew this name,

it was very disappointing when I called the customer care and asked to update the address of this person who had put my address or maybe he had put the correct address but erroneously entered by the UTI bank staff, I received an answer saying that it may be an error of the CPU dept, I called the branch the front office rep was so rude and banged the phone on me, I also visited the Kandivali Mahavir nagar branch where the person had the account, but instead they asked me to come on monday,

I once again request the bankers of kandivali branch or whomsoever it may concern to erase my address and update the required address of Mr Rahul Vyas (A/C 201010100049780)

Else I would be forcefully required to take legal action against the people to avoid any fraudulent activity. Kindly treat this as a last warning,
